@ discoveringclouds I do have techniques to make me calm down, but when I'm really anxious, I can't seem to remember to do them. My heart races and my thoughts are really scattered. It's nearly impossible to stop and think. It almost feels like I'm dying or death is imminent. But I have prayed in other instances and yes, just that calm peaceness does help. (I know that peaceness isn't a word lol)
