Singer Dido always seems to soothe me, I actually have a slow playlist on my i-tunes, and I have some slow songs from some of my favorite bands, Fall Out Boy, Boy Like Girls, and Switchfoot. Only Hope and Let That Be Enough by Switchfoot always seem to ease away stress and make me sleepy :)

Back when I had a computer in my room, I had a playlist of soft/mellow songs and I would always leave it on whenever I went to bed. One of the songs were Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime by Beck. It's a really slow song, but it always put me to sleep. It's really pretty, too. (: Other songs were Your Guardian Angel by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin, and...Don't Forget by Demi Lovato. :shifty :XD

I can't fall asleep to music. I listen to the lyrics and think about what they mean, and then I start making up a story to it, and then I think about the guys in the band, and then that makes me think of something... Too much thought.

I like sleeping to mindless noise, like the hum of an AC.

    Any classical music, or acoustic.

I generally sleep to Yiruma and Lifescapes albums. In Love

I'd recommend finding some acoustic stuff on iTunes or something of the like and buying the acoustic versions of songs. The Vitamin String Quartet does some great versions of songs, but they make it classical.

I can fall asleep to anything, even Bring Me The Horizon. :XD As long as I'm ready to actually sleep, it doesn't really matter at that point.

But lately, if I want to induce sleep when I'm not actually tired yet (an incredible feat for an insomniac xD) I put on Brand New. In Love
