    I'm in Canberra, Australia.

I... hate it. The weather sucks, it's a rarity if a decent band play here, and almost everything when it comes to CDs and band merch has to be ordered in. There's not a lot of killings [that I'm aware of, anyway], but I know that the city center has a lot of drugs and alcohol going around. The high school I go to is made of epic fail, and every night ther's some fucking idiot doing burn-outs around the round-about outside my bedroom window.

Disgust I can't wait until I get out of here.

I live in good old England. :XD

I don't mind it here, but the weather can suck a fair bit. The good things about England for me personally is that loads of bands come here and Norwich UEA always has a really well known band playing at some point, and so does the waterfront so it's all good. (:

    I'm here as well.

Mostly, I hate it. I've been around the whole town in a day, so I've seen everything. They rarely build anything, and even when they do, it's usually another mall, and we have the exact same shops in them as we do everywhere else. No good bands ever come here, except for two which said they'd return, but didn't. It's just bland and boring, and they keep building new suburbs so it's always dusty, especially at the town center in my suburb.

Though I do love the people here, and that's probably it. I can't wait to get out to be honest.

It costs way too much for bus fare as I live in a little village and even though it is only 20 minutes away from the town, it still costs almost £2. There's nothing to do here except walk xD
The nearest place I could go to see bands is in Nottingham and that is 1 hour away and hardly any good bands ever play there. MCR played there once but I was too young to go :/

Gee Way, it costs £3 to get to town where I live in England. I know how it feels. But I like the rain so I like the UK.

Colorado. Middle of no where Colorado. Actually, it's by Denver which is cool but nobody would ever come her just to come here. They'd go to the mountains.

And we're rich. Like seriously, rich. It kinda sucks.

But we're health freaks, which is cool. And everything is set up for bike riders/ walkers, which is good, seeing as I can't drive and all.

It's always hot and humid, which might be a plus to some, but a definite no-no for someone who's been living in it for the past 16 years.
The people here are kinda mean, and the lifestyle here is pretty fast paced.

Butttt, to be fair, it's a pretty safe place to live in. Plus it's really small so getting around never takes me too long. :cute:

New Jersey, in this sh_thole of a town where everything closes down at 9:30 PM on a Friday night. Basically - it's boring, and there's nothing to do. I hate it.

It's okay I guess, but I find it a little boring sometimes.
Also, some people seem to think that everyone in Connecticut is a rich snob, which can be annoying. And New England is supposed to be pretty gloomy as well, isn't it?

I hate the heat that comes in the summer around here. It can get so hot. I've never liked the heat and I sure don't like being in over a hundred degree whether for half the summer. :grr: I can't think of very many positives about it at the moment.

As a fellow Southerner, I don't know how to take that.

    I live near Dallas, Texas.
I like the weather, but hate the city. The city I live in doesn't look very nice and is more rundown than ever. I've lived here all my life and it's just so bad now, mostly because of the city being wet. Ten years ago, there weren't a lot of murder/rape/drug/burglary reports as there are now, but that's because there weren't liquor shops. I can't wait to move away from Dallas and any place associated with it.

The few things I like are the weather of North Texas, and the fact that we have an independent school disctrict. And Dallas hosts the State Fair. But I'd rather be in Fort Worth.

There isn't anything to do... I mean, there is, but I think I've done it all. :tehe:
People always say "Whoa, you have... um, the... arch!" And I'm like "And that's it! Wooh!" :XD Maybe I'm just used to it.

Seriously though, the only good thing I can think of about this place anymore is the fact that quite a few bands visit here, often.

I live in Ireland. Crossmaglen, to be exact. It's a little farmer village near the North-South border.

    Good:
    1) The place is tight-knit so all your friends are around.
    2) The pubs don't care about legal age or closing times, so we get to par-tay all night =]
    3) Near the border, so loadsa people are stinking rich from smuggling.
    4) Near the border, so you just run across it when the police come after your drink and they can't do a thing.

    Bad:
    1) Tiny, so nothing to do.
    2) Violent, not so much now, but there used to be shootings and bombings a few times every week.
    3) Trampy :XD Loads of estates and things.
    4) The most exciting that happens is Paddy gets a new tractor and everyone runs to see it. Cue pictures on people's profiles of it, with comments such as "That's the stuff!" and "Ain't she a beauty?"
