I wish more of them would tell me what they liked and what they hated about the update or the one shot/drabble. It would help me out so much.

I would really just like to know why you like the story.
It'd help me as the writer so much.

I would want them to tell me what they think of my characters. If they hate them or love them, and who. I mean, I love the comments where they tell me they've practically pissed themselves laughing at a scene (something I strive for) but I'd really like to know how my characters are doing and what I could do to make them deeper.

You typed "bra" instead of "brat" (or anything of that nature).

I had someone do that to me, and it turned out very funny.
They pointed out that in my author's note, I put "I want to know who I'm doing" instead of "how I'm doing." I was laughing for about half an hour at my own dyslexia.
And it makes me happy that people are actually paying attention to my story. ^^ Which is another thing I wish people would say more often.

"Popping the tiny cherry..." - Audrey, what's that?

I wish people would just say that they got it. Some stories are a bit more personal than other, so it would be nice if people really understood it - not necessarily liking it or anything, but just getting it.

I like it when people notice my own style of writing. I mean, there's being able to write and then there's having your own style. I get that sometimes, and I think that's the best, because I feel like I try too hard to be like other writers I read (on here or otherwise). I wish people would say that more often :)

I wish they would tell me what their favorite line was or what they got out of the chapter. Some of my readers leave regular comments like that and it just makes my day. But thats only two out of around 65. -______-

I'd like for people to tell me what they're thinking as they read.

I just wish someone would tell me that they maybe like my characters-or hate, that's also something- and maybe if my story is...different than others that they have read. But different in a good way.

I just love to hear good job or interesting or "This part was cool/neat/interesting/insert description here." Or they comment on little things. Or how they liked or disliked what happened.

    Hell, comments in general.

And suggestions on how to improve. Not just saying "You need to make this better." That annoys me. Telling me how I can make it better is like giving me a hundred buck for no reason. I love it. XD

I wish readers would pick apart my stories and tell me what sentences sounded bad and which sounded good. I think so many readers are afraid they'll offend the author that they don't say what's on their mind.

"The chapters in Perpetual Guilt are pretty abrupt - especially the first one. You need smoother transitions."

I would just want them to tell me something more other than it was great and to update soon. With something so small I'm not even sure the reader actually meant it XD. I would like to read why they liked it, and the more details the better, especially if I had done something specific for a chapter that meant a lot to me.

^ Yeah, or when then just put <3? It doesn't really motivate me ><
Another thing I'd like to know....I'd really like to know if my humor was actually funny. I mean, I think it is, and I think other people think it is, but I'd really like to know about a sour joke.

I wish the readers would actually take their time with their comments.
Like, instead of saying "Good update. Can't wait for more!", they could elaborate.
Tell me what you like, what you hated, what could have been said, what that reminded you of.
'Cause, really, I don't post my things on the internet just for someone to say they "liked it" and want more.
I want people to help me improve my writing.

As much as I love it when my readers say that they loved my chapter, I wish that they would tell me what they didn't like so that I would know what to work on. I also like it when they tell me what something reminded them of and what everything made the reader think of.

I wish they could tell me they feel excited every time it's updated. Or tell me what kind of mood they get from reading the story. And what makes them interested. Mostly plot stuff. :D
Because taking English classes will natually improve my sentence structure and things of that sort.

"Wow, this sucks, you should really just stop writing alltogether."
Shifty ...Okay, maybe not like that, but I'd really just like if someone gave me some constructive criticism, instead of the usual "I really like this story. Subscribing!"
