"To the basement, then?" Stubbie says, letting a blonde take his arm as he leads the way. All the girls follow, except for a pretty redhead who comes over to Andy and takes his arm.

"Hi," she says, twirling a strand of silky hair. "I'm Haley."

"Ally?" Andy frowns at her, then shakes his head to clear it. No. No, this can't be Ally. Everything about her is so wrong.

"No," the girl drawls out. "Haley."

"Yeah. Isn't that what I said?" Andy's drink sloshes over the side of his cup as he pulls her along into the basement. She huffs behind him.

  • A Fading Memory
    Fan Fiction
    Rated R (for slash)
    Status: Completed.

    Summary:
Sean's whole life is ripped apart by a fire that kills his parents. Everything he ever had and ever knew is gone forever. He, his elder sister Stella and younger brother Jay decide leaving Merthyr will be their one shot at forgetting the awful event that nearly killed them. Little does Sean know that his new life is connected to that of a man who died 15 years ago. As he begins to uncover the secrets of the mysterious I.W, his remaining family are plunged into danger.

    Excerpt:
An overwhelming sensation of dread and depression came over me. The freezing wind wrapped around me again dragging me to the darkest corners of my mind. All the murderous nightmares, all the sinister faces, all the disembodied voices. They weren't real, but were they? I wanted to kill, I wanted to destroy anything I could. A scream ripped across the valley, Mam's scream. Drowning in smoke and fire, clinging to her husband. Dad's voice, desperately trying to get Stella to let go and run. They were old, frail, weak. Stella's scream, the crunching of the roof caving in, the crushing of bones. The firemen's shouts, the arms around my waist. The man holding onto Stella, the men trying to free Mam and Dad. Then fresh air, daylight. Then the nightmares, the voices and faces. Then Ian.

I started to cry again, seeing the very same things in Ian. Ian's parents died in a fire, so did his sisters and his brothers. Ian was dragging me into the darkness, because he wanted someone to be with him. And I wanted someone to be with me. I stumbled towards him and collapsed into his arms. He kissed me tenderly, wiping tears from my eyes.

"You see now? We're just alike. I am you and you are me." He whispered, taking my hands. "And you don't have to put up with this pain anymore, you know what to do."

    Story Type: fan fiction
Rating: R (for language and smut)
    Genre: romance, teen, drama
    Status: Active!
Summary:Kellin and Matty have hit the six month mark in their relationship and everything is going great. Have things been too good to be true? They say every ounce of pleasure is worth a pound of pain. Will that cliche be tested with them?

Kellin has his loving parents, Jaime and Vic who always have his back and they're delighted to see their son so happy.

"Kellin, I know things are hard sometimes, but you two will make it through anything, I firmly believe. Nothing, and I mean nothing can drive a wedge between a love as strong as yours and Matty's. I know you boys are meant to be together forever."
Excerpt:“Kellin, is everything okay?” I hear my dad, Jaime call to me.

“Yes Dad! I just uh… tripped! I’m fine!” I call back, Matty and I both cringing and my ears perk as I listen for any footsteps. Shit. I hear someone hurrying up the stairs. Our eyes widen as I run across the room, hurrying my ginger haired boyfriend to my closet, shoving him inside and shutting the door just as my door opens.

“Are you okay?” Dad asks, his eyes peering around my room. I swallow hard, watching as his eyes land on the ever present sunglasses Matty always has that are laying on my bedside table from where he removed them before lying down. He cocks an eyebrow, his eyes moving back to me standing protectively, suspiciously in front of my usually left open closet door.

“Y-yes sir,” I tell him, nodding nervously. Damnit Kellin, you’re so obvious when you’re hiding something. Of course he can see something is up.

“Are you sure? Why are Matty’s sunglasses on your nightstand? He’s always got those,” Dad asks, crossing his arms in front of his chest.

“He uh… Left them here yesterday,” I explain quickly, my eyes widening as there is a small thump from inside my closet.

He heaves a small sigh and rolls his eyes, trying to keep his face serious yet his eyes shine amusement, “Matthew, you can come out of the closet now.”

  • Title: Paper Walls
    Authors: myself and TeenWolfSupreme
    Type: Fan fiction
    Rating: NC-17
Genre: Romance | Comedy | Drama
    Status: Chaptered |Active

Summary: Home is so much more than just these four walls that surround us. Home is more than a simple apartment number or a mailing address. This city is our home, and these people around us are our family. Though we may not share the same blood or the same upbringing, one thing we do share is this crazy, beautiful thing we call our lives. From our relationships to finding out our purpose in this world, we share the same struggles.

We may have our ups and downs, we may not always get along with each other, but one thing is certain: we will always be there for each other.

Excerpt: That’s just how it was between the two of us: electric. There was still that undeniable chemistry heavy in the air. We were still drawn to one another, like magnets, because the feel-good influx of hormones always present at the start of a relationship had yet to fizzle out. It had to be, by far, my favorite point in a relationship: that easy-breezy phase where you were still just getting to know the other person, but it was past that initial awkwardness. It was the time before the ugliness began to seep in, before things became complicated by jealousy, control, even boredom.

Story Type: Fan Fiction, Pierce The Veil
    Author: parabatai;
    Rated: R
    Genre: Romance, Teen
    Status: Active, incomplete (chapter 13/?)
    Summary:
    They say she attracts death.

    They warned him.

    He didn't care.

    Exerpt:
"There's that girl, the one who's parents died in a car crash."

"Isn't that the girl who's brother overdosed on heroin?"

"Mayella Dunham, that's the freak who's aunt and uncle killed themselves so they wouldn't have to take care of her."

"Don't you know she attracts death?"

"Didn't her best friend get raped and murdered?"
    "Something like that."

I held my head up with pride, not letting their words phase me. I walked passed them and down the hall of the high school. My locker was located near the window. It was raining. Little drops of of clear water fell from the clouds and created puddles on the ground. I always thought that when it was raining, which it rarely did since this is San Diego, that it was my family telling me that they were at peace now.

  • Title: Faded Polaroids
    Type: Fan fiction
Rating: NC-17 (for explicit sex in multiple chapters)
Genre: Romance | Comedy | Drama
    Status: Chaptered |Active

Summary: "The funny thing about the past is that it never stays in the past.”

Time passes, people change, but some memories never seem to fade away. Whether we like it or not, there are always those certain people that played such a major role in our lives that they become a part of who we are.

When it comes to facing our past, we have two options: we can either run from it or learn from it.

Excerpt: Despite my mother’s disbelief, Logan and I were not a couple. The woman was hell-bent on the idea that I was hiding this secret boyfriend from her, no matter how much I tried to convince her over the phone that this was definitely not the case. It wouldn’t have been smart of me to go out of my way to tell her about how we were getting an apartment together and even introduce the two of them the last time she flew out from South Carolina if I was trying to keep our relationship on the “down low”. If he was my “secret boyfriend,” I must be fucking terrible at keeping secrets.

But it’s not like her assumptions were anything new. It was hard for people to believe that two members of the opposite sex that lived together and got along so well weren’t somehow romantically involved. In all honesty, we’d tried the dating thing in the beginning, it just didn’t work out. The two of us melded better together as friends, with no romantic feelings and no jealousy involved. Our arrangement wasn’t all that complicated, it was just a little difficult to explain to the outside world.

“So Logan….” I started off in my most charming voice as I strolled into the living room. “I kinda sorta need you to do me a favor.”

    Rating: R
    Genre: Romance
    Status: Completed

    Summary:
Kathryn was just about to get her life on track, moving out of her parents place and in with her boyfriend in a completely different city. That was until a meteor struck the town sending it into panic and human like creatures have taken the place hostage. White walls maybe the last thing Kathryn will see for the rest of her life.

    Excerpt:
I walked into my bathroom to stare at myself in the mirror, wearing my red and white polka-dotted shirt with a black cardigan over it. Black skinnies, light pink heels, pin straight hair, and dull green eyes looking back at my pretty pale face. Touching the mirror to cover my face I let out a sigh, I lifted my hand to show the smudge marks underneath.

“Hello you ugly motherf*cker,” I told myself, looking at my tattooed hand leaving the bathroom.

Walking into my messy room, I picked up my backpack from the floor and threw it over one shoulder. Unlocking my bedroom door I checked to see if anyone was in the hall then booked it down the stairs. I had made it too the door when I heard something behind me making me turn around.

  • Title: Your Eyes Caught Mine
Story Type: Fan Fiction | Bring Me The Horizon
    Rating: PG-13 (for language)
    Genre: Romance, Teen
    Status: Chaptered, Active

    Summary:
As much as it's nice to be getting ready for the holidays, it's also a time for high school students to pile up their books and study for finals. Oli Sykes is unfortunately one of them and he's decided to step it up and head to the public library every day to actually study. However, he doesn't have his own car to get there and has resorted to taking the bus.

    That's when he sees her.

She was standing at the bus stop and smiled at him, causing Oli to even smile back. The two share a held gaze and ever since that small moment between them, her look has been imprinted in his mind and he can't stop thinking about this girl.

    Excerpt:
When Oli walked closer to the bus stop, she turned her head and looked at him. He noticed her green eyes and couldn't help but look at them. Without even realizing it, he was staring at her but the girl didn't seem to think this was creepy. Instead, she smiled at him and showed her teeth a little. This made his eyes look at her smile and he noticed a little gap in between her two front teeth.

He immediately darted his attention back to her eyes when it occurred to him that he was focusing too much on her features and he just smiled back while trying to hide his embarrassment. All she did was smile wider and laughed to herself, slightly amused by him. Thankfully, the bus arrived at that moment and she gave him one last glance before heading inside.

Oli got on as well and went straight for the back to avoid sitting near her. He looked outside the window and leaned his head against it. Looking at the buildings that the bus passed was a way to keep himself from looking over to where she was sitting. And yet, he found himself doing it again, looking down the aisle of the bus. As he looked at her, he couldn't help but have her laugh in his head. The laugh that escaped from her lips, the same lips that curved into a smile as she looked at him with those green eyes.

  • The Chronicles of City Lights and Modern Love

    Type: Chaptered, Original Fiction

    Genre: Romance, Organised Crime

Summary: As the battle between her Italian and Australian families begins to slowly rip her apart, Alessandra Evangelo escapes to Manhattan – a place where she has no friends, no family and no idea what to do with herself. Add the Italian mafia to the mix and that makes for one hell of a confused teenager.
Then she meets Carmine. He's charming, intelligent and darkly handsome, and has a bad boy demeanour that could make any girl go weak at the knees.
Is he the answer to all her problems or the cause of a whole lot more?

Excerpt: It was one of those nights that I knew I’d never forget. The hall was lit with sparkling chandeliers and crystal brackets on the walls, the ground carpeted in a regal purple. It was a location fit for royalty. The air was warm and the atmosphere was magical; the scene could have been pulled straight out of a dream from when I was young. The only thing missing was my charming prince, but even he was beginning to show himself in the form of Carmine.

Despite the grandeur, there was a constant feeling of impending danger. People say that the eyes are the windows to the soul and each pair of eyes I fixed on with would send another dose of adrenalin into my bloodstream. Each pair of eyes had seen terrible things; that I could tell. These people had seen anarchy at its best – the world at its worst.

  • Title: Consequences
    Rating: NC-17
    Pairing/Fandom: My Chemical Romance, Gerard/Frank/OFC.
    Type: Chaptered Fan Fiction.
Status: In slow progress, chapter 2 posted.

    Summary:

Annaliese and Gerard are best friends. They've just finished their sophomore year and are on their summer break. Their life is a normal as that of any other person. But that all changes when Gerard manages to score them fake I.D's that gets them into a nightclub in the city. That's where they meet Franklin.

Franklin is not like anyone they've known. He's alluring and charming but has a dark secret. He's a vampire. Little do Gerard and Annaliese know that they're slowly becoming infatuated with this fifteen or so old boy.

But once he has someone in his web he doesn't let go so easy. Both Gerard and Annaliese must face the consequences for what they did. Maybe they should have stayed home that night.

    Excerpt:

“Wait, wait, wait, what? You actually managed to score fake I.D’s? How did you- how did they manage to get past the border? Just how?” I was dumbfounded. I didn’t think stuff like this happened. It only happened in teenage comedy movies, or in stories, told in the cafeteria involving a friend of a friend. Not in reality; and definitely not to Gerard or myself.

“Yeah, well apparently this guy has had experience in dealing with ‘client’s or so he says from New Jersey and that it would be easy-peasy. He shipped them two days ago and they’ve made it! I guess he wasn’t lying. So what do you say? Want to come sneaking into a club in Jersey City tonight?” I could practically see the grin on his face through the cell phone at the mention of sneaking out and breaking the rules.

Gerard was always one for mischief. In second grade, he stole all the bags out of the cloakroom and hid them in the gymnasium closet at recess. By the time lunch rolled around and the other children went to collect their toys, were the bags finally noticed as missing. He was sentenced to two weeks lunchtime detention and thirty Hail Mary’s.

Although I didn’t mind attending the St. Peter Elementary School, a prestigious Catholic elementary school in Belleville, Gerard seemed to have hard time ‘following’ the strict rules, and was on many occasions serving detention. It wasn’t until high school did our parents, more specifically his, decided to save their money and send him to the local high school, Belleville High. I naturally followed him and enrolled shortly afterwards.

    Rating: R
Parings/Fandom: The Walking Dead, Daryl Dixon/OFC
Status: In Progress, 38 chapters posted

    Summary:

Charlie Asher has stayed true to her small town roots, despite her new big city life. All that changes though with the onset of the "epidemic"...aka the zombie apocalypse. She's forced to deal with loss, loneliness, and the grueling challenge for survival every single day. She doesn't have much left to remember her old life besides an old, dinged up i-pod that doesn't even work, and of course her memories. Until one day, she comes face to face with an important piece of her past. Her long lost childhood friend, Daryl Dixon. After eight years of zero contact, preceded by a bitter fallout, how will these two handle their unexpected reunion?

    Excerpt:

The silence was heavy as it suddenly fell between us. It felt like time had suddenly stopped as I stared at him, eyes wide. My mouth felt dry as I struggled to come to terms with what had just come out of Daryl Dixon's mouth. It was the last thing I had ever expected to hear from him. Not now, not ever. It stirred within me all the feelings I had been so desperate to understand. He looked just as shocked as I felt, frozen still with a look of utter terror etched onto his face.

"What the hell did you just say?" I asked slowly, taking a tentative step towards him. It felt like it was impossible not to hear my heart hammering away in my chest while my stomach flip flopped uncontrollably. He said he loved me. The words replayed over and over in my head. He had said the god damned 'L' word.

He shifted uncomfortably, averting his eyes. "It was nothin'. Forget it." He said quietly. "I'm gonna go check on Herschel."

He made a move to walk away. "No, don't walk away. We're talking about what the fuck just came out of your mouth." I said. He didn't stop, though, and I reached out to grab his arm as he tried to side step around me. I tugged him to a stop. "Don't walk away from me." I repeated.

  • Title: Chopped Orange Locks
Story Type: Fan Fiction | Paramore | Bring Me the Horizon | Hayley/Oli
    Rating: PG-13
    Genre: Romance, One-Shot
    Status: Completed

    Summary:
Hayley Williams has always been known for changing her hairstyle. Recently, she's cut off a lot of her hair and a lot of people have different opinions about her new 'do. One morning, she asks Oli what his own opinion is and he tells her that he doesn't just associate her hair with her looks.

    Excerpt:
She loved this new hairstyle. Out of all the things she had done to her hair, this had to be her favorite so far. As cliché as it sounds, it really felt like a big weight was off her shoulders. When she cut off her locks, she was also cutting off all the troubles and issues of the past that tried to take over her. She couldn't hold on to those anymore. Hayley was no longer the angry little girl that she used to be and the past wasn't something to dwell on and cry about. Instead of living in the past, she was looking forward to the future. Her hair was her way of showing that. In her own words, she described it as a liberating and very welcome change.

After being in the bathroom for a few more minutes, she walked back into the bedroom and sat down on the bed. Hayley then turned her head to face Oli, who was still sleeping, and smiled. He was laying on his back and she watched his chest rise and fall, his breathing deep and relaxed. She lay down next to him and let her finger trace along the skull tattoo on his chest. He looked so peaceful and innocent as he slept. Whenever she saw him in this state, it was almost hard to believe he was the same metalcore singer who screamed his lungs out and jumped around on stage. But he was and he was hers. She couldn't be any happier about those facts.

As she moved closer to him, Oli's eyes slowly opened and he grinned at her once he gained consciousness. Despite not being much of a morning person like Hayley was, he never complained when he woke up early because he'd always be greeted by her smile. That smile was more than enough to wake him up and give him a good start to his day.

Her hand still rested on his chest and he put his hand over it. "Good morning."

Story Type: fanfic; Gabilliam (minor Ryden) college AU
    Rating: PG-13
Status: in progress; two chapters posted
Summary: William is dreading a history midterm when Gabe asks if he wants help studying. Ryan keeps insisting there's more to the story and won't stop sleeping on William's floor to get closer to one of William's residents.
    Excerpt:
    “So when’s dinner?”

“Dunno. They said in an hour at – “

    “Who said?”

William’s lips curled; he’d never seen Ryan so interested in a meal before. “One of my residents… Why?”

Ryan shrugged, shook his head and pulled off his gloves. “Just making conversation. How’s the boyfriend?”

William sighed, exasperated. “Ryan. We’re just studying. You know – “

“I know, I know,” Ryan cut him off as he rolled his eyes and made air quotes around his words. “You’re not.

While he wanted to be frustrated, he smiled. He remembered the first conversation they had, when Ryan told William he was beautiful. Only slightly less drunk, he kept telling Ryan, “You’re nice, but I’m not – “ or, “I’m flattered, but I’m not – “ and never finishing his sentence. Ryan continued to challenge him, and William had never really been able to word what he wasn’t. They knew, of course. Or at least, Ryan knew.

“So like, who is this guy, anyway? Is he one of your residents?” Ryan continued. William could tell Ryan was chewing the inside of his cheek – a nervous tick Ryan didn’t think was noticeable.

“No, it isn’t. It’s just this guy in my history class. No big deal. His name’s Gabe.”

Ryan smiled and bit his lip again. “He’s a senior, right? Gabe Saporta? Oh, Bill.”

    “What?”

“Oh, Bill.” Ryan covered his mouth but composed himself quickly. “I know him, is all. That’s where I’m going tonight, actually. You’re sure you can’t come?”

William frowned, crossed his arms over his chest as he leaned against his door. “You know I can’t. Why should I want to? I don’t know this guy, Ry. And I’m not particularly interested in knowing him either.”

Ryan squinted his eyes and stared at William for a second, as if judging his statement until he’d made up his mind. “I know him. He’s a good guy – he’s fun, and he’s nice, and he’s…I don’t know, cool? But not like, cool kids cool, y’know? Just like, calm-cool. Follow?”

He didn’t, but William nodded, not making eye contact with Ryan.

“Well, he’s going to help me study. Or we’re going to study together. I’m not sure about what’s going on.”

“Call him now!” Ryan exclaimed, and quickly tucked his legs beneath him. “Call him right now. Forget dinner, I’ll eat with your floor. Just like, tell him you’re hungry and – “

    “Ryan, I – “

“Alright, so maybe not,” Ryan. “We’ll all eat then. But then you should call him and have him come over. And y’know, study.” Ryan wiggled his eyebrows again, but William just laughed this time.

“Alright, fine, if you say so…” William shrugged, and Ryan beamed back at him in response. There was no need for such excitement, not that William could tell, but he wasn’t about to interrogate his friend on his joy. “Alright. I’m going to check on Adam and – “

“I’ll come,” Ryan said. He rose automatically, cracked his knuckles and made his way for the door. “I don’t think I’ve met your residents yet anyway.”

“Yea, well I’ll make sure to announce your arrival to them,” William joked, smiling slyly. He ignored Ryan as he rolled his eyes.

You are a part of me, you are essential to my being.

    Excerpt:
As I made my rounds with a new set of customers, I decided it was time to check back in with the blonde man's table, but stopped stopped in my tracks as I noted the abrupt change in scene. He sat with his head in his hands, alone. His girlfriend was gone, so quickly I turned just in time to see her rushing out of the restaurant, the same sick look on her face and her green eyes even more dead than they were earlier.

Sighing heavily, I slowly walked over to his table and cleared my throat.

Josh Farro listened to Paramore's newest album.

Everyone knows what happened when he and his brother left the band. How bitter and emotional he was. How it affected the girl he used to be so close to. Though he had since moved on and is working on music of his own, he knew there was one thing he still needed to do.

Hayley Williams had arrived in Tennessee to visit her mother. While she was in town, she got a call from the one boy she never thought she'd hear from again. Painful memories came back to her at the sound of his voice, but she agreed to meet up with him.

Their relationship was broken. It had been broken for years.

But it wasn't too late to pick up the pieces.

    Excerpt:
There it was, the album he knew he'd end up seeing someday. He stared at the three familiar faces on the cover, noticing that only two of them were looking back at him. She was the only one looking away, but he told himself not to look into that fact too much. That shouldn't bother him.

Before he was really aware of what he was doing, he lifted a hand up and reached for it. His fingers gingerly touched it and when he did that, he immediately pulled his hand away and glanced around. Josh then shook his head and let out an exasperated sigh, wondering why he was acting as if he was committing a crime. All he was going to do was look at it. Just look.

After finally taking it away from the shelf, he held the plastic case in his two hands, yet only by his fingertips as he still felt like he couldn't fully touch the item. He stared at the faces again, but mostly focused on hers and he was unable to even look away. To get out of this ridiculous trance, he quickly turned the case over to look at the back, deciding to read over the track list. He read each song name slowly and mouthed them, but not too loud so other people could hear him.

So many things were going through his mind. This was really the first album without him and Zac. After that whole event of why the two brothers had left, there was no doubt that Paramore was going to address that. Just by reading the song titles, Josh could already tell it was going to be the main topic of some of them. He wondered what she could've written and then he started to wonder what the songs sounded like and how much their sound had changed. Would they sound any different and would they even sound good? Maybe they'd sound worse or even better than they did before. With all these thoughts filling up his head, he knew he couldn't just put the CD back down and walk away like it was nothing because he was now curious. He had already formed these questions and the only way for him to find the answers was to listen to this album.

  • Title: Faded Memories
Story Type: Fan Fiction | Panic! At The Disco | Ryan x OFC (Main)
    Rating: PG-13
    Genre: Romance, Drama, and Tragedy
Status: active (will be updated every week)

Summary: It was said, “What was lost must be found again”. It’s been more than a year but still, she remained gone. He was still haunted by her laugh, by her voice and by her love. Will she ever come back? (Panic! AU)

Excerpt: There had been a sob and a flash of movement just at the corner of his eyes. He could barely register the sound of someone trying to close the door as silently as they came, he didn't see much aside from the color of the hair and the length of it but that didn't bother him. It wasn't like they don’t catch each other often in so many compromising positions and by the looks of it; it could have been Tennessee or whichever girl was in Z’s band. He couldn't muster enough care to go and look; Z was so warm and soft against him. The sound of her soft snore was enough to entice him and lull him back to sleep. In the future, he will probably point this as the time where he made his first mistake…or the second…or the third. Either way, it had been “a mistake”…like all the other times it happened.
