Green Day: Number SEVENTEEN

I had my iPod playing through the car speakers last night while mum, my little brother and I were driving home.
Heaps of Green Day songs kept coming on in a row and both my mum and brother were singing along and then my mum piped up and said "I was listening to that Green Day CD you made me a while ago in the car the other day and I was bopping along and singing! I was going to text you to tell you but I forgot!"
I have my family well trained.

I love training family members.
My little cousin still thinks that I'm best friends with Billie Joe (even though I've told her I don't know him...it got worse after New York and my story of standing right next to him ) and we always have to look at pictures of him and listen to Green Day when we're together. I think she once told me that she wants to marry him...but then after that she tells me that his wife is pretty.

And my mom made me play Dookie when we were coming back from a different city. She turned it up so loud...it was awesome.

My parents are the ones who got my family into Green Day, so yeah.

My aunt thinks that Billie Joe is hot. And she's close to fifteen years older than him.

I'm wearing that Made in the East Bay shirt right now. I can't believe it, I've had this shirt since my Freshmen year and it still has its color and there's no missing letters. It just goes to show what the power of Green Day can do. Next up, their Kerplunk! shirt! XD

I've worn a Green Day shirt for the past like six days. And I still have plenty left in my drawer.

I'm thinkin about takin Billie's signature, the one he did for me on my Green Day bag, and getting it tattooed on my foot. Only problem is that my mom says there is no way she is going to approve of it.
But I think I'm going to do it anyways.

He tweeted saying him and the guys are jamming and are having one hell of a ball doing it. Hopefully, we'll see another GD album late 2012 or something. Billie you tease!

Those tweets definitely made my day. I like to see that they're practicing and having fun because I'm sure that a great album will come out of it.
And hopefully rather soon...not in like, six years or something.

By the way, Billie tweeted again today, "What would theo do?" Who's Theo?
And, "Our next album will be available on cassette only"
Thank God I have one of those still.

I'm going to assume that he means Theo Stockman who played a part in the musical.

I don't have one but I for sure would get one if if that was the case.

I really love it when he talks about new Green Day albums and songs and stuff. Makes me real happy and excited.
