I saw Awesome As Fuck yesterday in a store and I'm sort of mentally slapping myself for not buying it. AH.

A clock with their faces on it would be so awesome!! And I almost bought the American Idiot one, they had the Kerplunk one and the AI one at the store, but my friend was all, "No! Get the Kerplunk one!!!" So I did.
Most stressful moment at a store. It was between the clock and a Dookie shirt and my friend also didn't know if she wanted a shirt or not. We stood there debating for a good twenty minutes before I finally asked them for it. xD
We're slowly going to buy that store out of all its Green Day things...

I still have yet to watch all of Awesome As Fuck by myself. I watched it with my friend but every time I've started it at my house I end up either shutting it off or falling asleep.
And I can't start it without crying because I'm lame as hell T_T
(21stCB live makes me tear up whenever I hear it...that song started off three of the best nights of my life)

It's not lame, I'm the same. I tear up when I hear 21CB and Good Riddance live because they were the start and the end of the 2nd best night of my life. (The best night of my life being the first ever time I saw the band. Surprisingly, I didn't cry at the beginning of that show, only the end because I knew they weren't coming back and I didn't know when I would get to see them again.)

I'm still broke as fuck so I can't buy Awesome as Fuck. Plus, the day came to my city, I couldn't see them cause my cousin had a baby and stuff.

I'm the exactly the same. The opening of 21CB gets to me because it was so overwhelming when I saw them live. I still cry during 21 Guns because it's so stunning, and naturally, Time of Your Life.

His engagement is news to me too. I feel kinda ashamed.

I think that his engagement was news to a lot of us. Just for the fact that Tre is so secretive about his private life. There were some pictures of the two of them at the beach awhile back but those didn't even tell us who she was. I think he's just real cautious about not letting his personal life get out to the general public, which is why it came as a shock to everyone.

Unrelated to any other conversation going on...everyone should go and vote here for Billie Joe as favourite replacement in the 2011 Broadway.com Audience choice awards thing.

It's the second last category on the page and it would be really cool for him to win that title because he really was quite awesome as a replacement.
