I'm surprised no one has posted about the new Green Day single "Oh Love". I dig it, but I had higher expectations for whatever reason... I just thought it was going to be this insanely awesome song that would kick everything's ass, but I just think it's pretty good. I like where they're going more than American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown, even though I highly enjoy the two albums, but I just like the fact that they're going more "rock". I can't wait for the whole album to come out, though

I love "Oh Love" but I can't wait till Kill The DJ, which I think is the song they play during the billaboard video. I can't wait till they come to new orleans!

This is the exact reason why I came to this thread. I heard a song on my local rock station yesterday and I had a "Holy shit" moment.

I think Oh Love is an amazing song. I listened to it on repeat for over 2 hours. I am actually counting down the days until Uno comes out.

Oh Love is good but it's not their best work. Personally, I think American Idiot was the best album they've done.

I'll always be a fan of their older stuff, but I'm still impressed that they've achieved so much and are still writing more music, so I'm open to whatever they release. Honestly, 1,039 Smooth and Kerplunk will always be my favorite albums.

So... Let Yourself Go. Thoughts, opinions?

I heard Oh Love and Let Your Self Go and Carpe Diem from the Uno so far, I quite liked them all, I'm soooooo excited for all 3 of these albums to come out, I'll be getting them all

Yup, so far Kill The DJ is my favorite. I'm excited for the next three albums!

I absolutely love Let Yourself Go. I dig Oh Love, but I definitely like Let Yourself Go more. I guess I'm just more into their fast and catchy songs.
