Hello girls! Yeah, I know about the previous thread being locked, but there was just too many One Direction threads hanging around, that's why. I kinda look back at the pages and found out there were four threads specially made for these lads. Directioners are pretty mental after all, haha! (I mean that jokingly...)

Anyways, here's some gifs of my OTP's!

It's been about a year that I've liked them, and I can remember a time when you'd search up "One Direction" on Mibba and things would rarely pop up. Those were the days, when my school wasn't full of over-the-top stalkers and weirdos that deserve to be slapped in the face.

Only a year ago, it was.

Give them another year and they'll mature like Justin Bieber and all the crazy stalker fans will detatch themselves to find some other teenage sensation. I used to hate them simply because of their annoying fans but then I actually listened to their music and realized they aren't all that marketed toward kids. I'm sure in another year they'll be even less.

In another year, they'll be all grown up, that's for sure. I'm only upset that I haven't been there for the entire process. For Justin Bieber, he's 5 years older than me, and I discovered him on Youtube when he was around 11. I didn't have an account, but I stuck with him the entire time, and I've been there, watching him grow and mature, just as I have been doing. For One Direction, I heard of them after the X Factor and such, and I haven't been there since the beginning, but I am here now.

I don't think we have to be there since the beginning to call ourselves fans, but it's nice to discover some bands first before anyone else does and stick with them til they've made it to the top. I really got into One Direction only in March this year and to be honest, I was kinda irritated with them before that.

Yeah..ohmygod..that's exactly like me. I heard about them last September but they annoyed me until March, when I got to know more about them..Honestly, i thought they were trying to copy tHE Beatles or Justin Bieber, and that irritated me, because I have so much respect for the afore mentioned group and artist, but...I didn't want to hate them without having a reason. I hate it when I or anyone dislikes someone or something without a reason so I did my research and fell in love..haha!! I got into fanfics around July when one of my friends told me aobut them

I worked in the book industry for nearly six years. Unfortunately (or is it fortunate?), I did have the children's section under my care for a period of time. And during that period, I had teenage girls coming up to me and inquiring about One Direction's autobiography. I didn't know about them at first (the bookstore where I worked at didn't carry 1D books, lol) but after seeing a demand for it, my colleague and I did a little research about the boys. We were appalled by them initially (well, what can you say about a couple of mid-20's) as it is, well, a pretty-faced boyband. However, in the end, my colleague was the one who initiated me to watch WMYB video as she said she had fallen in love with Zayn. She's such a riot and I can only thank (or blame?) her for getting me into the 1D bandwagon. I'm such an irony as well, haha!

Yups, I worked in a bookstore before and not to sound like I'm boasting whatsoever, but I do have quite the knowledge in books. Honestly speaking, I got sick and tired of books after seeing them everyday, that I kinda gave up on reading. Nowadays, I do my reading on Mibba, but before that, I did a whole lot of reading on Quizilla, which unfortunately, have quite a lot of crappy fics. Facepalm

Yeah..hhaa. I would never get sick of them..haha

I used to read on Wattpad but it sucked...they don't have the guidelines that Mibba has...That's why I love Mibba

I disliked them with a passion before I took the time to listen to some songs that aren’t played on the radio. Every time I’d see a music video or a picture of them on the internet I’d roll my eyes. I didn't think they were attractive or that talented, to be honest. I'm used to bands like Napalm Death, Lamb of God, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Wormrot, etc. And band members with sleeves, giant muscles and that kind of stuff. I didn't like One Direction at first because they didn't scream lmfao but I fell in love with them when I heard "I Want" and watched a few youtube videos. And they’re all equally attractive and they seem nice. Then again, I find everyone attractive and nice…

I would scout around for supernatural-themed books, but I'd normally pick out vampire-themed ones. That, I will not get sick and tired of. I collect vampire books and I kinda have a mini shrine of them, haha!

Wattpad stories sucked as well. Mibba's standard of writing is pretty high, compared to Wattpad. I lurk around One Direction fanfiction.com and the stories there are also not up to par with the 1D stories which are posted here. I know Mibba has since branched out to several fanfic sites, but I don't think I'll be transferring my stories on harrystylesfanfiction.com as of yet. I tried and my chapters were all cut. -.-

Sarah Dessen, Alex Rider... Haha, I've recommended them all to undecisive adults and children alike. Mr. Green The irony is that I don't read them. Whuuutt... I'm not really a fan of romances, hence that's why you seldom see romance-themed fics written by me. I only have one 1D romance, and that was called Scene Queen and Drama King, which I think you've already read it before.

I think i have, and it was good!! I'm not really into the whole AU scene..haha. I'm a total Potterhead though!! Ask me the most random, most obscure Harry Potter question, and I'll have the answer!! Haahaa

I'm such a sucker for the whole AU thing, as I love to see the creativity in how other writers portray the characters and yet keep their characteristics. Sounds mind-boggling? Simply put: in AU's, writers are free to stretch their characters beyond their imagination and yet keep their quirks and traits. Like what Louise (bright eyes.) did with her 1D Peter Pan inspired fic. I love that so much, it's a pity that she's currently on hiatus with her writing.

This doesn't mean that I think that romances are bad, just that it gets a little... mundane after reading them for a while. Because probably reading a romance back to back to back isn't such a good idea. :|

Omg, another Potterhead! I am a Potter fan too, but my knowledge might be restricted as I kinda forgot the books in detail.
