@ bona drag.
So late here, but figured I'd add my two cents.
Bleaching it on your own can be okay, depending on what state your hair's in to begin with. If you're going to do it though, leave time between beaches and don't use anything too strong right away. I use the Live XXL blonde-ish colours and work my way down, eventually using the platinum blonde one at the tail end to take the remainder of the colour out of. It's not as high grade as the stuff that hair stylists use, but it's cheap, cheerful and doesn't destroy your hair as long as you leave enough time between bleaches (I left mines for weeks in between when I did mines a month or 2 back).
Another thing -- invest in hair oils. Lightening your hair
always ends up with you losing a tiny degree of your hair's healthiness, so they are basically lifesavers. I do a hot oils treatment / intensive conditioning treatment in my hair at least once a month when I'm bleaching it in order to allow it to get some moisture back. And ensure that you've got a quality conditioner. I've bleached my hair about 6 times in the past month and a half alone and my hair's still fairly healthy / moisturised because of that.
Honestly though, if you're concerned, I'd speak to a hair stylist first and see what they say. They're the experts.
Guys, has anyone ever had to replace a charger unit for a Macbook Pro that could tell me how much it cost on average? The adaptor from the unit to the plug is fine, but the actual charger cable is starting to come away from the unit on mines (no idea how, as it's only about a year and a half old) and I'm currently holding it together with plasters as I have nothing else to try and fix it. I tried looking on the Apple website, but it's going slow as sin and I can't be bothered waiting on it. I'd prefer to buy direct from Apple (there's a store in Glasgow, so it's not a crazy deal to get up there to buy it) but if you know of any other places then that'd be awesome too!
