That's because the comment swap feature is glitching for the majority of Mibbians, so barely anyone is actually able to post comments through it. You would have more luck by posting a comment swap blog or participating in the manual threads in the forum

Is the swap ever going to be updated? It's been like a year of you guys saying Dujo is going to fix it. Also, if it's not working for a majority of users, why not take the feature down while you update it?

Honestly, only Dujo can answer that! He has a long list of things to do for Mibba, and in this past year he has not only gotten married but had a baby girl, so he has obviously been very busy and with little to no time to spend fixing things on Mibba. As an admin I possibly would take the feature down temporarily, but we don't have access to that.

How long does it usually take to receive a comment? As I have posted 82 comments and received 48 in return. Is comment swap not working?

If you look at the comments above, you will see that this same question has been asked a lot of times. The comment swap is currently glitching for most users, so not many people are able to post comments through it.

Have a look at the last few posts in this thread and you'll see that almost every user of the feature is having issues, and that we're waiting on the site creator to fix the comment swap feature.

The comment swap feature requires you to comment on the story that you've been given before it'll give you another story. However, as you can see above, the feature is glitching for a majority of users and the glitch that a few (myself included) are experiencing is the story getting 'stuck' even though you've commented and met all the requirements, which means it should give you a new story but isn't doing so.

If you're looking to do comment swaps at the moment, it might be an idea to use the manual comment swap thread or post a blog looking for people to comment swap with, as a lot of people have stopped using the swap feature until Dujo has the time to fix it for everyone!

I really hope this swap gets fixed soon. I joined this site in hopes I'd get comnents on my story. Three chapters later no comments but quite a few reads. I've done 4 comments on the swap and nothing. Please. I hope this gets fixed soon.

If you take a look at the posts above, you'll see that the majority of users are also experiencing this glitch. There is nothing we can do - we just have to wait for Dujo to fix the feature.

So I've made four comments but only received one, also it says I'll receive a new story if I read: and then there is no story linked.

Its a glitch that a lot of us are experiencing. Duj has to fix the comment swap feature.

Hey, I was wondering if there's been a lack of people using this feature recently or if it's just stopped working altogether. I've posted twenty seven comments and only had eighteen in response which is starting to get a little ridiculous.

Is this website starting to come out of use? I'd be really sad if that happened, I've been here for almost five years now and it's helped a great deal with my writing.

I have been doing this for a while now and have commented on stories but have never received a comment back, am I doing this all wrong or has this happened to people before?
