    Yeah, I'm going to exercise soon. I've made a Les Miserables exercise game for myself which is...intense at the beginning. I may shorten the number of each exercise down to fives and tens. I forgot about squats, I'll have to add that one in since I've got crunches on my list like six different times.

    I went to the fitness place again today. :) With my cousin. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, another 30 on this elliptical bike and ten minutes on this pedal elliptical machine thing. So not too bad. I went yesterday to, with my mom but she didn't do anything.

    I did about half an hour on the treadmill and maybe twenty minutes on the pedal elliptical machine thing. So I wasn't there long but god, I went to my cousin's house and felt I was going to die. My legs hurt, my arms hurt, my shoulders and back hurt, and my heart hurt and I felt I was going to have a heart attack.

    Good! It's great that you hurt that bad. It means what you're doing is working. I used to hate that feeling, but now I get really mad and upset with myself if I'm NOT sore because I know I didn't push myself hard enough.

    Yes, if you worked out intensely are are experiencing the pain the day after, these are tiny tears in your muscles that allow them to grow bigger and stronger. That way when you do the same exercise, your muscles are basically saying "I can handle and protect you from this."

    I'm not sure how I've done it since the last time I weighed myself (2 weeks ago) I've binged a little and rarely gone to the gym (twice a week as opposed to the usual 5, because of uni hours :/) but I'm now down to 66kg! Yay life!

    I've also decided to experiment and go vegetarian for a week. Just to see how my body copes and all that.

    So I checked out the videos @ The Ninth Doctor suggested and I couldn't even get through all 4. I got through 2 and a half. I was pouring the sweat, out of breath, and my legs were begging me to stop. BUT I feel accomplished and plan to work with them every day in order to be able to get through them all without feeling like death.

    I'm slowly getting back on track. I haven't been working out a lot lately. But I worked out for about an hour and a half or so this morning. It was pretty great. Now I've just got to get my diet on track and control myself tomorrow at my multiple Easter dinners!

    I'm vegitarian and I love it, I feel better. My parents make me eat a meat (chicken is what I choose) once or twice a month, which I guess is kind of healthy to do. So if you decide to go vegetarian you might try that. Even a bit of meat once a week could be good. Just be healthy about anything. :)
