I honestly have no idea. I hate to bother her if she's going through something, but she left us in a hard place, you know? Because now we have no idea what we should do.

Messaging would probably be the best way to go.
It sounds like we may (from the sound of her blog) want to talk about finding a replacement, as much as I hate to do that.

She said in her blog that she doesn't want to have to worry about updating cowrites so that seems like she's leaving the story

I just barely scanned over the blog. Now that I've actually read it I would say that's probably going to be our best bet. We can talk to Bec and Alex, but I'm sure they'll agree. I mean, I don't want to end the story since were so far in and this is one of my favorites.

This is legitimately depressing. This story is like the only cowrite I had faith would stick it out to the end. We should probably make sure Courtney's okay with letting go of Jaiden though.

I definitely want to make sure she's okay with it. Maybe once we hear from Bec we can have her pass court a message.

I've messaged her a few days ago and no reply. I haven't read her blog either so I'm going to read it and then give her the choice. Do you know anyone who would take this story on?

From what her blog said, I'm not totally sure she'll even come back on to message back. Katie said she tried to talk to her but didn't get a response.

I messaged her originally before she came on to make that blog and she didn't respond so something tells me she won't reply to the message I sent earlier today!

I'm thinking a blog is out best bet right now! Normally I would say we should give her a chance to get back to us, but since she didn't stop by and let us know when she wrote that blog, then I'm thinking we have no other choice!

That's what I think. And it's not really fair to make us wait when she just left things up in the air like that. A blog sounds good!

Would you like me to delay posting the next chapter (I've yet to write it) since the chapter after mine is Jaiden's or?

Well I don't mind writing Jaidens chapter this time around, so just post your chapter whenever you've finished it!

Blog is up, so now it's just a waiting game!
Alex, keep going with the chapter and put it up when it's done. I'm thinking we keep the post open for a couple of days, if nobody responds, we can discuss me taking on Jaiden's chapters or somehow writing her character out.

I'm so sorry we have to go through this again. At least last time it didn't have much impact because no chapter had been uploaded, but this time we are so much further in. I'm hoping this can all be sorted soon!

Alright, sounds good! May is dreadfully called the month of monstrous assignments before exams hit but I'll hopefully have it out by next weekend

We could even keep writing our chapters and then mention Jaiden every once in a while, because I think in the story Jaiden/Zayn were doing fine so we could just keep them like that? And at the end if they need some resolution one of us could write in how they overheard Jaiden and Zayn fighting or something and so on so forth idk ~ Just a suggestion if no one responds.

I'm thinking that's quite a good idea. Jaiden can still have interaction in our chapters and every once in a while her and Zayn can be mentioned so people can still see they're together.

Yeah! I don't think it'd be too hard to move her plot along/make her a background character in our chapters.

If no one responds though, I totally agree that keeping her as a background character may be in our best interests.

I'm thinking that our best bet right now is to carry on and just stop with Jaiden's chapters. We will keep her as a character in our chapters but she will become more background!

Is that okay with everyone?

I think that's for sure our best bet, just keeping her in the background and foregoing her chapters.
