I just think it'd be awesome to have like two of our characters remain onboard the plane and then the other two go through the terrifying experience of being strapped with bombs. Weird

So we down for that idea? Then we can move one step closer to starting this!

I'm definitely down for that idea. It makes for a very high-octane story and it means I can get all creepy and evil, which I am totally digging. tehe

So I'm off on holiday for a week as of tomorrow, but when I get back I'd really like to get everything off of the ground and running on this! I'll be back next Saturday, so if we could wrap up all of the planning and everything, then we can get it up and running by the time I hit uni again.

Kayleigh had the idea above this post somewhere to have some of the passengers taken off of the plane and hitting an area of importance in the story with human bombs made out of those passengers, as well as blowing the plane up near the airport or something to that effect. Is everyone else down for this? It gives us a basis for a storyline and means we can decide what happens with characters and who is going down with the plane and everything like that. Weird

Also, we're all good with the order of the characters, so that's the posting order started. We need a title, and to choose what point-of-view we want to place that in, unless we already did that and I completely missed it. The only suggestion I have for a title is Hijacked, so any other suggestions are gladly welcome. tehe

I like Hijacked for the title. It kind of grew on me after having it as the name of the thread hahaha. I also like the idea of being strapped to bombs. Meaning the characters. Not me. Shifty

What are the relationships between our characters going to be? Like, are the four of them going to group together and make friends over mutual terror, or are we doing four separate storylines?

I agree. Hijacked has grown on me as well as I reference to this idea by that name so I'm good with that as a title.

Also I don't think they'll be entirely separate storylines because clearly there'll be some communication between them while on the plane, but from films I've watched hijackers generally don't like passengers talking just in case they attempt to regain control, so unless we're going to have it that the hijackers allow them to talk (but I couldn't see that) there's going to be limited talking among them, except in whispers/behind hands/secretly, once the hijackers start their plot. Also it's more like they'd become allies, rather than friends, in the situation and only if they survived would they probably bond over the experience and be more likely to become friends.

Actually, there's another story called Hijacked on here and I have this odd thing where I don't like naming stories after another that's on here, especially if it was last active just a month ago. Shifty

Oh gosh, okay. We need to brainstorm alternative title ideas then. tehe

Yeah, I'm with you on this one, Kayleigh. I think they'd definitely interact at points, but it'd be an ally relationship rather than a friend one. They all have their own individual personalities and stuff, but I reckon it'd be easier to have them interacting even if it is only through the likes of whispers and stuff like that.

Don't say that because I'll end up doing the whole 'loving glance' thing as a joke. lmfao

The only two I have are Intercom (although I have no idea why because it has nothing to do with anything) and Flight [insert number of our imaginary flight in here]. Facepalm

Every story needs a bit of humour in. tehe

Intercom could work. Like the plane's intercom could play a vital part in the initial hijacking, and if it's going to be in the middle of the night while people are sleeping, what a way to wake them up and get them to smell the (terrorist) flowers? Weird

That might be an idea. How creepy would it be if you were stuck on a plane, all sleepy like and then the intercom comes on and alerts you to your plane being hijacked. Super creepy. Weird

I thought I'd replied!! Facepalm But I know! When my alarm goes off, depending on whether I get static, it gives me a heartattack and I bolt awake from that, so imagine what it'd be like to hear that they've been hijacked and they could potentially all die? Of course Jamie and his mates are dicks and one will inevitably think it's all a joke until a gun is put into their face. Mr. Green

Does anyone else have any ideas for titles, or does Intercom work for everyone? Cute I'd like to get this all set up as soon as we can, so I'll get a story page worked up once we're decided on a title! Cute

Why do I keep doing this?? I thought I'd replied! Intercom works for me, and ideally I'd really like for us to have this up and active before the 20th because I'm going to London then and moving into uni accommodation the following day where freshers week is commencing which doesn't sound like I'll have a lot of time for that week.

I have no idea. tehe Okay, I'll set it up as a story page later on once I've done some staff stuff. I'd need to have it up before the 15th if we were going to do that because I've got my (re)induction at uni and then (re)freshers for the remainder of the month, pretty much. lmfao I doubt I'll be super busy for most of the month but it's just in case. We just need to fix up one or two things and then we'll be peachy. I'll draft up a list and tag everyone in it either tonight or tomorrow evening, depending on how much I get done tonight.
