Asher kicked off her slippers and hopped into bed. The alarm clock on her nightstand read 11:00 which meant that if she studied for an hour she could get a total of... no hours and no minutes of sleep before it was time to wake up and go to school. She debated on whether to study at all but remembered the test her third period teacher had promised the next day. So she dug her textbook out of the bottom of her backpack and cracked it open.

I drove down the road and pulled into my driveway and got out of my car. I unlocked my front door and walked in. I slammed it shut behind me and walked up to my room. I opened up the window so that it wasn't too hot. I then pulled my shirt off of my body i then pulled off my jeans leaving me in my underwear. I walked over to my desk and began to play some music singing along with the guitar since my vocals hadn't been added "we keep writing talking and planning, but everything's changing. We all know what to do but no one does it. Now this time has passed full of regret" i screamed "two in my heart have left me a while i stand alone. When they get back it won't be the same" i sang out before walking over to my dresser by my window. I slipped out of my underwear and put on a pair of silky basketball shorts.

(It's cool also i'll have to post the song tomorrow, i'm on my phone, but are you comfortable writing NC-17 content? Like sex scenes and shit like that?)

Asher jumped at the sudden sound of music, dropping her highlighter, making a bright neon-yellow streak down the center of the page. She groaned. The neighbor's kid was home. She never really had anything against him but if he was home she knew she wouldn't get much sleep. Reluctantly, she slipped out of bed and started towards the window. Maybe she could tell him to keep it down or flip him off or something, she didn't really know what he would do. She pulled back the curtains and lifted up the window, freezing in her tracks when she saw him standing there, half naked.

once I finished singing the song I walked over to my computer and turned down the music some before grabbing a cigarette. I grabbed my lighter and lit it, inhaling the smoke before releasing it. I finished it and put the bud in the ashtray. I hadn't even noticed that Asher was standing in her window. I walked over to my dresser and rummaged through my clothes. Once I found a pair of underwear I pulled my pants off, now completely naked. I heard my parents car pull up in the driveway and I walked over to the window (after getting dressed), bending out it to see my mom drunk and my father helping her.. "Greattt..." I muttered. I ducked out of the window and closed it. I grabbed a duffel bag and began to fill it with clothes and things that I needed. Once they were inside and in there room I threw my bag to the ground and jumped out my window. I picked it up and walked across the road to Asher's house. I knocked on my door and rubbed my neck waiting for her to answer.

Asher felt her cheeks burn as he slipped out of his pants and she instantly pulled the curtains shut. She paced around in her room for a moment, trying to clear that image out of her head. She probably would have burned a hole in her carpet walking in circles if there weren't for a knock on the door. She froze. Oh God. He'd seen her looking at him, hadn't he? He probably thought she was a pervert. She walked down the hall to the front door as slowly as she could. Maybe if she took too long he would leave. When she reached the door, she had stand on tip-toe to see through the peep hole. Yep, it was him. She swallowed hard and then opened the door. "I'm not a pervert." She blurted.

"OH," She said, looking him up and down. She was listening to him talk but not really processing, just feeling weird. "I don't know,Matt. My parents aren't even home. They don't get back until late tomorrow." She looked around almost as if they might pop up out of nowhere. She didn't really know how they would take the idea of him staying. They didn't like visitors especially when they weren't home. But then again, he wasn't exactly a stranger. He had lived next door for maybe ten plus years and they knew who he was. And he did need a place to stay..."Okay. Just for tonight. If they find out that I had you here, I'm dead." SHe opened the door wider so he could come in.

Asher smiled slightly at his comment about her mom and ran a hand through her hair. "Well, this lady up the street stops by in the morning to check in when the folks are out. If she found you on the couch, I think she'd have a cow." She shut the front door and locked it before starting down the hall. "So I guess you have to sleep in my room." She looked over her shoulder to see if he was coming.

"Uh, yeah." She blushed and put away her things. She looked around for a moment to make sure everything was in place and then at him. "So make yourself at home or whatever. I need to go change into my pajamas." She rummaged through the bottom drawer of her dresser for some clothes and then disappeared back into the hallway to go and change. She returned a few minutes later in a tank top and a pair of black boy shorts. She silently cursed herself for turning down the full-legged pajama pants her mom had offered to buy her the last time they went shopping, but it beat wearing the zebra onesie she'd gotten for Christmas.

But then again, she guessed that if Flora stumbled into her room in the morning it would look a little weird. The lady knew better than to come in there though. I sighed quietly and looked into her eyes. "So why don't you stay with one of your friends?" she asked me. " I just, They're a while down the road and I wasn't able to drive" I explained.

Asher tried to ignore his first comment and instead nodded thoughtfully. "Well you got lucky this time. If you came by while mom and dad were home, you might be sleeping on the front porch." She rested her head on a pillow, her eyes still trained on him. "I heard you singing earlier. You still apart of that band?" She was making smalltalk and trying not to think about everything she had seen through that window.

I got up and grabbed my phone before plugging it into the nearest outlet. I crawled in beside her and sighed quietly, rolling on my side to look at her.

Asher scooted over to make more room for him. "Just a warning, I know Taekwondo. Just thought you should know that." She said to him sleepily, folding her hands under her head like a pillow. It hadn't quite sunk into her mind that she had a guy in her bed and her neighbor at that. She just looked at him , her leg bushing slightly against his and grinned like a madman.
