They could all be foster kids in the same foster home. Then on Pandoras 18th birthday he can come into that large sum of money left over from the previous pandora. That way they really don't have rules, they could be the oldest kids there so they have their own secluded area, and most people don't adopt 17 year olds!

idk, I don't like the idea that they all knew each other before. I was thinking they would be more like mostly strangers and they've only heard of theo thers in passing or in rumors or stuff youkow? Because if they've lived near one another or with one another then they would have already worked out any problems and all and you can't really pull the "these 8 kids all live in close quaters and know nothing about one another and don't talk and aren't friends or dating already" kind of thing youknow?

ALSO... I had another idea but I'm not to sure about it. I was thinking that in Sloths first chapter he should have to go to the guidance counselor due to attendance issues which are causing him to fail! SO the counselor decides to sign him up with one of the office aides (being Pride) to help him get his shit on track so he can graduate! (Which would entail Pride nagging Sloth in the mornings to get to school, and both their grades basically depend on each other.) and that's why/how they start talking! Since I assume Pride would show up at Sloths house in the morning to get him to go to school, etc.

Don't be afraid to shoot the idea down, I just can't really think of a way to bring these two together since they're on different parts of the social spectrum xD
