Jordan sighed her eyes scanning over the map for the hundredth time. She didn't understand how it was so hard to find a small town. Sighing she pulled into a gas station, her eyes landing on a sigh, 'Welcome to Arcata.' A soft smile forming on her face, finally. Stepping from her car she stretched, her body ached from all the driving. Moving through the small parking lot she stepped into the nicely cooled building. A soft jingling sound emitted into the air, a short pudgy guy stood behind the counter. His eyes brighten seeing they young brunette. Rolling her eyes she shuffled her way though the store looking for a beverage and something to munch on. She knew it was a while before dinner, and no body knew she was coming.

Jace shifted in his chair, the chair swaying back and forth as it pivoted. He was bored out of his mind, and there was nothing to do. Crime was at a low until dark, but the day shift dragged on and on. It wasn't his pick, but he knew if anything big was going to go down he would need to know. Sighing he placed his head down on the desk in front of him, closing his eyes letting himself drift.

Christian pulled into the parking lot of the gas station at the edge of town since he needed some coffee to get him through the rest of his shift. Nothing happened inside of the small town of Arcata. The police station was basically just a bunch of people sitting around, eating donuts, and drinking coffee. This cop actually had ambition though, just waiting for his big break in a major city. He walked inside of the tiny mini-mart while flashing a smile towards the owner behind the counter. "Hey, Rudy," He greeted before immediately going to the side to pour a cup of coffee. The short, pudgy man seemed to be one of his better moods from the smile he gave back. Turning to glance over his shoulder, he saw a pretty brunette from the corner of his eye. That would explain everything.

Trinity smiled, leaning back into her chair. Tonight would be the night that they finally put their plan into action. They wanted to leave their mark on the town permanently, but nothing too dramatic just yet. That would ruin all of the fun. Picking up the can of paint, she shook it in her hand before giving a test spray to see the alarming red. Everything would go according to plan. Then, she heard the sound of a man's voice calling all of the members to assemble in the front room. "You all know your jobs. Just do them." The man announced before they filed into the cars to go towards the location.

Jordan shuffled through the store, very aware of the eyes of the store clerk. Sighing she grabbed a bag of munchies and a Diet Mountdew. Stopping on the candy isle she started browsing through the sweets. Hearing the chime of the bell she looked up, her eyes slightly widening. She didn't think she'd ever seen a man in uniform look that good. A light blush grazed her cheek as she looked back down at the candy. Nibbling on her lip she bent down and grabbed a Milky Way. Turning she slowly made her way to the register.

Jace sighed, standing from his desk and moving through the station. His partner was suppose to pick him up for patrol, exiting the building he looked around the parking lot looking for his police car. Shaking his head he shook his head, pulling a cigarette from his pocket, quickly lighting it up.

Christian couldn't help but continue to notice the brunette moving throughout the store. It even seemed like Rudy couldn't take his eyes away from her. Starting to pour his coffee into the cup, he turned his head slightly to see her bend down to pick up something on the lower shelves. DamnHe was the only thought that came to mind. Completely distracted, he forgot about the cup in front of him and the scalding coffee overflowed onto his hand. "Shit." He cursed as he moved quickly to find a napkin for his hand, shaking it out.

Trinity sat in the back of the car when they started to move out towards the local market. They knew that the cops would be patroling close to the area but it didn't matter; it would only be jail for the night anyway. Within a matter of minutes, they pulled into the empty lot of the closed market. Each member started to file out of the car and made his or her way to each side of the building. "Let's go," Trinity looked over at her partner before moving to the side of the building with her spray paint.

Jordan tried to ignore the stares for the clerk, as she placed her items down. Out of the corner of her eye she could barely make out the cop, his sideways glances at her brought a small smile to her face, it was as if she was being friendly to the clerk. She handed over her card once the clerk had taken his time ringing her items up.

Jace stared down the street expecting to see the black Charger to emerge out of the air. Sighing he let out a puff of smoke as he causally leaned against the wall. Closing his eyes he leaned his head back. A funny sound emitted into the air, causing his eyes to open. Moving around the building he continued his trek down the sidewalk. A frown came to his lips as he noticed a bunch of kids tagging a building. Swiftly moving a cross the street he had no intention of arresting them quite honestly he gave up on caring for petty crimes. "Nice work," he smirked at the group.

After wiping off the split coffee from his hand, he sighed since he had allowed him to be distracted by the brunette. That couldn't happen again, especially since he was on the job. Christian shook his head, taking his coffee to the front cashier to pay for it. "Hello, ma'am." He greeted with a small smile since she was just ahead of him, wanting to be friendly. "Are you new to town? I haven't seen you around before." He politely asked.

Trinity paused when she heard someone's voice and glanced over her shoulder to see a cop. They were busted. Or not. It surprised her that he had actually applauded their gang sign on the side of the building. Most cops would have taken them into the station for the night, which was what most people already expected to happen. "Thanks." She grinned before finishing up with her piece of the wall, tucking the can back into her bag. "But aren't you supposed to arrest us or something? I mean, you're a cop, unless you just stole a uniform."

Jordan's eyes fluttered back to the cop behind her. "Something like that." She informed him, taking her items. Thanking the clerk she made her way out of the store. Heaving a sigh she felt like her whole body had relaxed, what the hell was that. She'd never been in trouble with the law, so she didn't understand the apprehension she had towards him. Then again it might just have been his looks.

Jace chuckled and rested against the wall, "oh no I'm suppose to." He offered her a smile. She was pretty cute, though the dime light and her hood made it difficult to make out all her features. "Nah I just figured I'd let you finish." He teased her, though he wasn't sure he wanted to do the paperwork for tagging, it seemed like too much of a hassle.

Christian gave a small nod to respect her privacy but couldn't help but be even more intrigued by the answer. She did seem a little defensive though. Hopefully he hadn't offended her. "A cute one ain't she?" Rudy chuckled when the door softly closed behind her. Fishing out the money from his pocket, he quickly followed after her into the front of the store. "Sorry, I didn't mean to be nosy or scare you. We usually don't have many pretty ladies in town." He awkwardly placed a hand behind his head.

Trinity just gave the officer as small eye roll as everyone else finished up with their individual piece. She couldn't help but allow her eyes to trail down the officer's body while waiting. Maybe she was interested. Holding out her wrists, she raised an eyebrow at the officer. "Alright, are you going to take me in now?" She questioned since they were all finished. Everyone seemed to be satisfied with the product on the wall.

Jordan stopped turning to look at the officer, her brows furrowed, he just didn't give up. Nibbling on her lip shrugged, "it's fine." She told him, "just don't like people prowling into my business." She shrugged, cops weren't on the top of her list. But that's what you get when the majority of your family is criminals. "Beside I grew up here." She told him honestly. Her parents had moved them away when her brother got wrapped up in the gang business.

Jace smirked down at her, before stepping closer to her. "So you're going to come willingly?" He asked, his hand reaching up brushing his knuckles brushing against her. He expected her to pull away, though then again she looked like she was a little turned on about the situation she was put in. And he wouldn't mind taking her against this wall, then again prison bars would be a nice change of options.

"Of course. I don't think that anyone would appreciate to that." Christian could see that she just wanted to be left alone and he would regretfully oblige. Looking back towards his car, he figured that he should be on his way. "I see. Well, I hope you have a nice day then.. May I had your name at least?" He politely asked as his last piece of information he wanted from her.

Feeling his knuckles brush against hers, she looked up at him through her long lashes. He was certainly daring his approach. It was pretty obvious what he wanted. Trinity didn't think it would be any fun if it were this easy though. "I was just thinking I would save you a bit of trouble but if you insist that I run.." She trailed off with a grin on her face before glancing over at her fellow gang members.

A soft smile formed on her face as she turned and walked to her car. The thought of leaving him hanging was almost to easy to pass up. Though once she opened her car door, she looked back at him caving. "Jordan." She told him slipping into her car, slowly taking off driving toward her uncles house.

Jace smirked, stepping into her comfort zone. "You can if you want, though if I catch you," He whispered out to her, pulling his cuff out. "Then I get to use these." His smirk widen as he showed her them. He didn't care about her friends, she was proving to be the only entertainment he needed.

Christian watched as she started to walk away but still hadn't heard the answer to his question. It was starting to kill him. Just as she got into the car, he heard the faint name of Jordan reach his ears. "Jordan." He repeated with a sigh, watching her drive off. Hopefully he would see her again. Getting into his car, he went back to patrolling the streets.

Trinity took his suggestion as a challenge that she could easily win. "Hmm, you say that like you're certain that you'll catch me." She smirked right back at him, moving just out of his reach. "Okay, I will take on your challenge." With a nod, she charged off back towards the car and hopped in before they sped away.

Jordan speed on, her uncle lived seemingly on the other side of the small town. Though it should take a few minutes it seemed this town had more turns and stop signs making a five minute drive into twenty minutes. The two story house nestled back, a small shrubbery lined the perimeter. Pulling alone side the curb, Jordan killed the car, before slowly trailing up the drive way. Softly knocking on the door anxiety over took her body.

Jace smirked before throwing his cigarette to the ground, oh it was on. He wondered if she had a criminal record, it would make this easier on him. Chuckling he decided he had a date with a computer.

Christian drove back into the station to end his shift for the day without, of course, nothing actually happening. "Jones, switch off with me." He announced while taking a seat at his desk to write up the report for his patrol. That was always the hard part. Writing about nothing. With a sigh, he leaned back into the chair while remembering the brunette named Jordan from before. She was mysterious yet alluring, which was probably the most dangerous combination.

As they drove off, Trinity glanced behind her to see the cop's smirk. There was no way that he was going to catch her easily; her pride wouldn't allow it. Going back to the compound, they started to plan their next attack on the town. It was going to be a little more daring this time, making their presence known to the people.

Jordan woke up the next morning, stretching out on the bed she felt well rested. Looking around she wondered what woke her, grabbing her phone she looked at the time. Her eyes widened when she noticed she'd had ten missed calls. Gulping she knew who it was from, ignoring it she placed the phone back down. Getting out of bed she smiled noticing her bags were sitting at the foot of the bed. There's no telling who brought them in, her uncle probably had the newbies do it. Though she didn't need them, today she was going to go house, well and apartment shopping. Whatever she could find, it being a small town not many vacant house where worth moving into. Tossing her suitcase on the bed she quickly riffled through it, pulling things out to dress for the day.

Jace rolled over in bed, his eyes landing on his alarm clock. Groaning he laid back down, ignoring the thoughts of getting up. Today was his day off, well unless he got called in. Ignoring all thoughts of work, he remembered last nights incidents. A soft smile forming on his face, only happy now he knew who she was. After she'd left he went back to the station, running into Taylor, before he sat himself down at his desk and browsed through hundreds of criminal records. Finding hers, only having a few misdemeanors on her record.

After finishing up for the night, the cop returned back to his apartment to get some rest for tomorrow's shift. Every single day was merely recycled starting with a patrol and then ending with a report. He took a shower before putting his uniform and then sat down for some breakfast. His life was pretty simple but sometimes it was lonely. When he left his hometown, he ended up in a completely new state all by himself without his family. No girlfriend. All of his friends. Gone. After eating some breakfast, he left to go to the police station.

Trinity went to sleep around three in the morning, once everything was clearly mapped out. This time, they would be stealing some supplies from a local hardware store. The gang's supplies were starting to dwindle but there was no way that they were actually going to pay for them. Plus, they already had a man on the inside working the shift for the day. All they would do is threaten him with a fake gun and get the stuff that they needed. When she woke up, it was almost eleven and most of her fellow members were already eating some brunch. She joined beside them while one girl asked her what that cop's deal was yesterday. Trinity laughed while explaining since she found their little game amusing.
