Calvin frowned when he heard the first shot. He disappeared then reappeared with a machine gun. "I thought we could be friends Lucas!" He yelled as he shot a few of the guys and sprayed ammo into the people. He shot a few more guys then glared at Lucas. "Better watched Lacey." He threatened as he left.

Luke was already gone when the threat was issued but he had also called to make sure that Lacey was taken t a safe house. This was going to be bloody. Really, really bloody, he thought as he ran his fingers through his hair and got into his car. He made the car leave, knowing his men wither had their own rides or would die at the hands of the Columbians.

Brooke got to a flight of stairs and groaned. She was losing quite a bit of blood from her arm/shoulder wound. Leaning against the wall, she ripped the bottom of her shirt and tied it around it, hoping the pressure would slow the bleeding. Looks like Calvin just wanted her dead, she thought and for some reason, that filled her with pain.

Calvin looked at Brooke as she climbed up the stairs. He kicked the gun from her hand, then looked down at her. "Come here." He said, offering her his hand. He helped her up then took her back to his penthouse. He walked into the apartment and set her in the chair. "Stay there." He muttered. HE walked back and began to clean her wounds.

Brooke watched him cautiously. Waiting to see if he was going to pounce on her. She flinched slightly when he began to clean out the wound and she took in a shuddering breath. Looking around, she noted that the apartment was really nice but soon, her thoughts turned back to the man in front of her.

Calvin cleaned up her arm and put a bandage over it. He cleaned up the stuff and began washing his hands. He sighed, knowing this was going to be a hard time. He stood there, leaning against the counter, watching Brooke. Calvin sighed as he looked down at the floor.

Brooke watched him for a moment. She didn't move, didn't speak, barely even breathing, just waiting for him to make the first move. She had no idea the kind of mental condition he was in and if she was lucky, she wasn't going to have to find out.

Calvin looked at her, "Why's Lucas in charge?" He asked. He didn't think his friend would have moved up in the ranks like that. He looked over at the living room, then let his eyes drift back to her.

"My Dad died," she stated simply. "Luke fought his way with some loyal people and got to the top," she said with a shrug as she looked at him for a moment before looking out the window again.

Calvin sighed, "well I'm taking over the city am I would hate to hurt Lucas in the process." He said as he walked over to her. He got in her face, "But if I have to....I won't hesitate." He said.

Brooke shoved him back with her good arm and got up. "Don't get in my face. It's stupid t think that that would make your threat scarier," she said as she began to move to the door. "I'll pass the message along," she said.

Calvin glared at her when she shoved him. He grabbed her bad arm and twisted it, "I'm sure you will." He snapped, glaring at her. "Tell look he better guard his friends because they will all be disappearing." He said. When she went to argue he shoved his finger on her bullet wound. "Don't piss me off." He said as he shoved her towards the door.

Brooke bit back a scream as he grabbed her. "Calvin," she whispered as she touched his hand. "I'll deliver the message," she said as she pulled her arm out of his grasp. "I'll deliver the message." she repeated as she headed toward the door. She knew now that he didn't want her. He had never wanted her, she knew that now.

Lacey looked over as Luke walked in. "Are you okay?" She asked. She bit her bottom lip lightly as she ran her fingers through her hair. Lacey was really glad that he wasn't hurt. She sat with him for a bit then looked over when she saw Brooke come in.

Luke looked at her for a moment and sighed. "It was a massacre," he said simply as he got his phone and began to call people. This was going to be bad, he thought as he tired to figure things out in his head.

Lacey looked at Brooke, "Are you okay?" She asked her. She could see that her arm was bleeding, "Let me get something for that." She said. Lacey walked into Luke's bathroom and got down some things to wrap her arm. Lacey walked over to Brooke, "Sit down." She said softly. Lacey glanced over at Luke before she started to clean the wound, "What happened?" She asked.

Brooke took a shuddering breath before looking at them. "He has gone full on insane. He was talking about how h wis going to take the city and he honestly believes that he can do it," she said as she winced slightly. "He might be able to," she whispered.

Luke shook his head and growled slightly. "No, he won't. He is too much into revenge, that will cloud his mind plus we have the one thing he hopefully really wants...you," he said looking at Brooke.

Lacey looked at Luke once she was finally done helping Brooke. She sighed as she sat on the floor in front of her. She didn't know Calvin was so violent. Lacey bit her bottom lip lightly as she looked up at Luke. She was concerned that he was going to get hurt.

Luke paced around the living room, trying to figure out what to do next. "Brooke, did he say anything? Anything at all that would make you believe that he would still be interested in you?" he asked as he scrubbed a hand over his face. "What if we 'matched' you up with someone he hates...Jason," he asked.

Brooke shook her head. "He didn't seem to care about me at all. He wanted to control me," she whispered softly as she looked down. "He wasn't the Calvin I knew," she said softly as tears filled her eyes. "I can't predict what he will do," she said honestly.

Lacey looked at Luke, "Do you really want to make him more mad?" She asked. She stood up and walked over to Luke. She took his hands, hoping he would relax a little bit. "Maybe he is just trying to get a rise out of you." She said, looking up at him. She looked at Brooke, "Calvin wouldn't actually try to kill you would he?" She asked.

Luke looked down at Lacey's question and sighed when he saw the answer on her face. "We don't know....he is unpredictable," he said softly before he growled and ran his fingers through his hair violently. "I'm sending people after him....that's that."

Brooke shuddered at the thought and shrugged. "I would have said no but the last time we met he said that he hated me and now...I don't know....he might..." she whispered softly before shaking her head. "I'll do what you want Luke. You are the boss," she said.
