Alexander was scarfing down his food as she was speaking, though, and only took a moment longer than when she finished her question to finish his food. So, he got up, and carried his dish over as well, washing it as he finished chewing. Once he was finally finished, he said," It doesn't matter to me. Not like I have any appointments to keep." He chuckled, and then continued," If you are awake enough now, I say the earlier- the better."

Amber pulled off a ponytail from her wrist and quickly pulled her hair up and out of her way. "Then I am ready to go now." She moved away from the counter and took a few steps out of the kitchen. There was no point in just wasting time. They might as well head over in the morning and see if they could hit it or if they would need to wait. Besides they may miss their opportunity if they waited too long and amber really wanted to bring some food with her.

Alexander nodded, and turned to walk out of the kitchen as well. He headed into his bedroom, and soon returned with sweatpants on, and a vest folded over his shirt. On the front of his vest, though, rested ten holsters with a knife lodged in each one. All of them seemed to be sizable throwing knives, while the two at the bottom were obviously different- each with a knuckle guard on them. "Shall we go?" He asked, motioning to the window.

Amber did a double check, making sure that everything she needed was where it should be. After that she headed to the window and moved a leg over the side of it. "Since you mentioned roof jumping I am assuming that we are going up." She said before reaching onto the top of the window and beginning to pull herself up and to the roof. They were already at the top floor so it did not take her long to get right onto the roof. Once there she took a look around, trying to get a good layout of the city around her. Knowing the layout would be a good thing in case she was ever getting chased.

Alexander followed her out of the window, and quickly up onto the roof. Once up there, he began stretching his limbs separately, doing final prep for the run. He turned to her as he finished, and then said," Okay, so you'll just have to follow me across the set of roofs to get there. We'll be going from here, to the blue roof, then the green, then the grey, then down two stories, and to the lower grey roof. From there, we'll have a pretty good view of the building, and then we can decide as to whether or not we'll hit the store."

Amber went over to the edge of the building and looking at the next. The distance was not terrible and it was definitely a jump that she would be able to make. So she turned back to him, standing at Alexander's side as she began to stretch out herself. "You lead the way and I will follow you." Amber told him before wiggling her hips a bit to make then loose. Once Alexander began to run to the edge Amber followed.

Alexander nodded to her, and then took off running to the edge of the roof and strode across the gap, coming down lightly on the next roof, before continuing in his long stride and taking the next leap and coming down on the third building in a roll, before using the momentum to spring back up, before turning back around to wait for her.

Amber followed Alexander closely, but left enough room so that right before she jumped he had already landed on the next roof. It gave her enough time to stop in case something happened to him. Once she landed on the roof behind him, Amber shook her body out a bit before moving to his side. She kept her mouth closed, not knowing how dangerous this area or anything. Sometimes just saying a single word could get you into a heap of trouble. So she looked at him, waiting for Alexander to make the first move. Surely he knew more about this area and what it held.

Alexander nodded to her, and then turned and took off for the last two roofs. He made the first leap easily, and landed softly to stay in stride and avoid rolling. He made the last leap with a roll, and then walked to the edge of the roof and knelt down, looking over the edge. He motioned for her to follow, without even looking back.

Below them was indeed a small grocery store, with a fire escape directly below them leading to the ground. The store, although, seemed to have some walkers standing around- five at least around the exterior. Alexander sighed, and said," Do you think we should make the risk?"

Amber moved next to him, kneeling down on the roof as she looked inside the store. From what she could see there were only five walkers, which wasn't too bad. It would be a bit harder to take down as a single person but she was sure that the two of them could do it. Though it probably was not a place that she would want to use her guns for, that would only attract attention. A small hum came from her lips before she turned to him. "It looks completely doable to me. Though the only weapons I have are my guns, which will be fine if we can get in and out of there quickly. Maybe not something we would want to do for looting." She rubbed the back of her neck. "We should try to take them out while we still have some distance."

Alexander looked at the situation for another moment, before saying," Well we could do that, or we have two other options. One, I could cause a very loud distraction a few blocks over and see if that draws them away. Two, instead of bothering with taking them out from afar, we could use knives and take them out quickly and quietly. Although, one of the biggest deciding factors would be whether or not you can take them out from here. Because I don't have my forearm with me."

"I would be able to shoot from here and hit them but once again it would make a lot of noise." Amber wrinkled her nose a bit before shaking her head. She wished that she had something other than guns at the moment. Though while she could use a bow she did not have one and had no way of getting one and knives were beyond her at the moment. However she did have a crudely made hatchet that would work. "It sounds like we are going to have to get close for this." She decided. It was five to two but Amber-and surely Alexander- knew how to handle them.

"Okay. Then we'll make our way down the fire escape and take them down quickly and quietly." Alexander then took one of the knives out of his vest, and handed it to her, saying," Just in case your weapon gets stuck, these are thin enough that they're great to throw, but also go in and pull out easily. Take it for my sanity." If she took it, then he would simply nod to her and began his way down the fire escape. If not, he would simply sigh, put it back in his vest, and then continue down the fire escape anyway- taking point. Once they reached the bottom, he pulled a throwing knife back out of his backpack, and crept up behind a car that was in the middle of the street. He readied himself, and spotted his target about five yards away- one that was simply leaning against another car. Well, he cocked his arm back, and made the throw, hitting the zombie square in the temple. He then leaped over the hood of the car, and pulled out both of his knives with the knuckle-guards, and immediately went for the two closest zombies. They had noticed him now, and one was running towards him, while the other was limping towards him with a leg that no longer had a foot attached to the end. When the runner reached him, he spun in a very dancer-like quality to deflect the zombie- but also used the momentum to cave in the zombie's skull from the side with one of his blades. He pulled the knife out, and then front kicked the limping zombie, sending it to the ground. Alexander then got into a full-mount position on the zombie, and drove a blade through his skull as well, before looking up for any of the other zombies, as well as Amber...

Amber looked him in the eyes, seeing if he really meant what he said. Once she was sure that Alexander wanted her to have the knife, Amber reached forward and took it, thanking him as she put it somewhere safe but reachable. Once he started to move, Amber followed him closely. When they got right in front of the store, Amber moved in a different direction to take care of the other two zombies. When Alexander attacked she went right onto her feet and swung her hatchet, aiming for the neck. The hatchet landed deep into the body and Amber kicked right into it's chest, pushing the zombie away and out of her weapon. Then she spun and went for the second, hitting it right in the chest. Though that was not enough to kill it. Since she was close, Amber grabbed the knife Alexander gave her and stabbed him straight in the head with it.

Alexander then re-sheathed his two knuckle-guarded blades before rising and going to retrieve the throwing knife from the third zombie's skull. He then spotted Amber, and crept his way over to her. Once beside her, he tapped her on the shoulder, and pointed towards the store. He then led the way over to it, and pulled one of his knuckle-guarded blades back out, as well as a flashlight. He switched the flashlight on, and then stacked up on the side of the door, and motioned for Amber to stack up on the other side. Once she had, he told her," You take the left side of the room, and I'll take the right side. Remember to check your corners. We'll go from the aisles along the outside of the store, and then work our way inwards until we meet in the center aisle. Then we'll worry about the back rooms. Okay?"

"Shout if something happens." Amber told him. Then she turned, her back to him as she began to move through the store. She kept the hatchet close to her, keeping her back to a wall as she looked around for any walkers in the store. As she went through Amber made sure to check every corner, every shadow. Though when she got to the center aisle she stopped. Everything was clear on her side and she hoped that Alexander was having the same luck. If no one was in there it would be so easy to grab what they needed and leave.

There was a slight moan and a squishing sound at one point, when Alexander sunk his blade into the head of a zombie that hadn't taken notice of him until it was definitely too late. He continued on his pathway through all of the aisles, and soon thereafter made his way to the center aisle. He came right up to her and said," My side was all clear except for one- but I took care of him. I'll lead the way to the back, and then we'll take the offices room by room, and then the stock room together. Deal?"

"Deal." Amber told him as she moved behind Alexandet. There was nothing wrong with e plan that he had. She just hoped that there were no more zombies in the building. Though luckily it wasn't so big that they wouldn't be able to scan the whole place before taking what they wanted. Anyways the faster that they were able to get through all of this the faster they could get somewhere safe. So as Alwxandet lead, Amber followed him to the back rooms.

Alexander nodded, and led the way to the back of the store. There were two offices, and the stockroom- all labeled as such. He stopped at the first door, and slowly opened it up. Inside was the first office, which was completely empty. He left that door open, and then moved on to the second office, repeating the procedure. There was one zombie inside though, which he quickly took down with a shot to the temple. He checked the rest of the room, and then left and stacked up by the storage room door.

Amber went her own way, moving into the rooms that she needed to check. The first one was completely empty. After a sould check through of that room she continued on. In the second room she was not as lucky. There were two walkers. One was not facing her and the other was. She was able to take the first zombie out immediately. However she took some time with the second since it had noticed her. When that room was done Amber headed over to the storage room door where Alexander was. "I found two but it is clear now."
