Mikkie smiled watching her climb out of the bed, "Okay, fair enough, but when the time comes," he said softly. He sat up in the bed, "Yeah that sounds awesome Laila, what were you thinking?" he asked. He had been missing going places with her, and having her push him out of his comfort zone.

Laila smiled. "Well let's go dancing or something." she shrugged. she wanted to feel young just a little longer even if she couldn't drink. Laila turned to him running her hand through her hair. She grinned and bit her lip. "Unless you have a good idea?"

Mikkie looked at her, "dancing sounds awesome actually," he said. He climbed out of the bed, and made his way towards the bathroom. "Dancing then, a meal out," he suggested.

Laila smiled and kissed him again. "I love it." she said and then changed into a dancing dress that would be more fun to dance in for later and put on some heels. "Ready?" she asked him.

Mikkie nodded, he got up himself heading to the dresser. He got changed into some clean jeans, and a shirt. "All set," he said, reaching for her hand. He led her outside and to the car.

Laila smiled and got in the car with him. They headed to a little place they hadn't been to in a long time. She parked and they got out getting in line.

Mikkie grinned and walked with her, "this place is fun, thank you for making me come out," he said. He put his arm around her, "I've always liked spending time with you, and that you make me do new things," he said.

Laila grinned and kissed his cheek. "I am glad you think so. I love going out with you and dancing." she said and got into he club with him. She took his hand taking him to the dance floor glad that she could hide in his arms if anything became too overwhelming.

Mikkie smiled and kissed her back, "yes of course, I love spending time with you," he said. He followed behind her, into the club, dancing with her for awhile. As one of the songs died down, he looked at her, "want me to go get us some drinks?" he asked her.

Laila smiled as they danced enjoying herself and ignoring the creeping tension inside. When Mikkie offered drinks she grinned. "Just water." she said over the music and took his hand going to come with him. There was no way she would be okay with being a lone in this crowd yet.

Mikkie nodded softly, holding her hand tightly, and pulling her up to beside him. He forced his way off the dance floor with her, keeping her safe. He made his way to the bar and ordered a drink for himself, and grabbed her a water. "Thanks for convincing me to come out again," he said softly

Laila smiled and kissed his cheek. "Thanks for coming with me. I couldn't do it without you." she said loving how protective he was of her. Laila leaned into him and sipped her water glad for it. She didn't know how she was going to get through all of this but for tonight she was going to ignore it satisfied with what she had done already today.

Mikkie nodded, "of course, I'm glad you felt like coming out again," he said softly. He struggled with crowds also, but had always liked how Laila would test him, and force him to join her. He smiled weakly, "shall we head some place quieter?" he asked

Laila smiled softly. "Would you like to?" she asked him not minding letting him sweep her away somewhere nice. Laila finished her water and leaned into him. She loved this man running her hands up his chest.

Mikkie nodded softly, "I think I need to," he said. He was beginning to get uncomfortable, and he hoped she wouldn't mind too much. He took her hand, "let's head out, and over to the park, for a little bit," he suggested.

Laila smiled and nodded. "Yes I think that would be nice." she said thinking it was a good idea to take it slow for both of them besides Mikkie was her grounding right now and if he needed to leave she believed he was doing the right thing. They finished their drink and headed out of the club.

Mikkie smiled and led her out of the club and to the park. "Thank's Laila, I was starting to get uncomfortable in there, how are you doing?" he asked. He took her hand and laced their fingers together.
He was happy to be out doing things with her again, but knew their ability to do this would be limited once she grew more pregnant, and after the baby.

Laila smiled. "I was uncomfortable at first but I did like it. I am good." she said and smiled swinging their hands gently. "I am glad we left though." she told him honestly. He was who she wanted to be with one way or another. Laila stepped closer to him and leaned into him. "You have been really supportive Mikkie but you haven't really voiced any of your concerns." she said softly.

Mikkie smiled and walked with her. He held her close, "Thanks, I'm trying to help you through this, like you have helped me through so much," he said lightly. He kissed her cheek, "I just don't want this to affect our lives too much, I want to know that no matter what we can still do things, just us, once in awhile," he said softly.

Laila looked up at him. "Are you worried that we will do less because i won't love you as much?" she asked not really seeing why else he might be worried about it. She wanted him to know he meant so much to her and that wouldn't happen but there might be stents that they would be doing nothing because she was not only pregnant but going through a lot emotionally.
