Lila smiled. "You are welcome my love congratulations on your first solo trip." she kissed him and then snuggled into him sipping the cider. "I love you Mikkie." she said softly.

Lila kissed his cheek. "I know you will do your best and we will make it all work." she said and then leaned back against him. Once she had finished her drink she set it aside and wrapped her arms around Mikkie's middle her ear pressed to his chest listening to his heart.

Mikkie smiled and held her close, "I know," he said gently. He closed his eyes and relaxed onto the couch. He ran his hands over her legs gently, "so how was seeing Chris for more of the day?" he asked her

Lila hummed at his touch. "I really didn't see more of him. He slept half the day then went to school and he's out now so really it was just in passing and he keeps looking at me weird." She chuckled.

Mikkie nodded, "well at least he's not bothering you, when I'm not around," he said softly. He kissed her cheek, as his hands kept moving slowly, "after we have both had a rest from our day, would you want to go for a walk with me, up to the overlook?" he asked her

Lila smiled and nodded. She knew Chris could be a lot but when he wasn't around his friends he wasn't that bad. Lila grinned as his lips pressed to her cheek. "Yeah a walk would be nice. I haven't been out all day." she said looking up at him.

Mikkie nodded, "okay awesome," he said excitedly. He seemed more excited than he usually got. He pulled her close and kissed her

Lila giggled at his excitement. She loved to see him so happy. She would spend all her time making him happy if she could.

Mikkie kissed her softly, "I'm looking forward to a dusk walk, it's been awhile since we did that," he said.

Lila nodded. "Yeah we kinda opted for sex recently instead." she teased and chuckled. Lila loved spending time with Mikkie in whatever way they spent their time.

Mikkie blushed softly, "well I do enjoy sex alot too, but I think we start with a walk tonight," he said

Lila chuckled and nodded. "I need to get out of the house." she said and smiled. Lila scooted closer and kissed him softly. "You feeling relaxed enough yet to go for that walk?" she asked him.

Mikkie nodded softly, "yeah I think I am," he said softly. He shifted standing up, then helped her off the couch. "You look really pretty today," he said quietly.

Lila smiled softly. "I didn't do much." she said. She had changed out of her pjs at some point and threw on minimal makeup, but she knew Mikkie and even if her hair was messy and she had no makeup on he would say the same. She put her shoes on and then stepped out with Mikkie into the night air.

Mikkie smiled softly, "well you always look beautiful," he said softly. He took her hand and followed her out into the cool air. He kissed her cheek.

Mikkie grinned, "come on lets get moving," he said softly. He began leading her on their walk. He picked a nice leisurely pace, just looking at all the sights, and admiring her

Lila smiled as she walked just enjoying the quiet and the cool air. She felt her hand in Mikkie's swinging back and forth lightly.

Mikkie could feel the weight in his pocket, he still wasn't sure today was the right time. He kept looking over at her, glad she was with him.
