Addy laughed and gave him her address. "It's the third house on the right with the red mailbox. It's the only one with a red mailbox actually on my street actually," she explained. Everyone always seemed to go to the wrong house for some reason.

Jacob wrote down the address, along with the red mailbox tip. "Sounds great my dear." He purred out, sitting up in his chair. "I should be there in about fourty minutes, give you some time to prepare for a great day." He said confidently. "I'll see ya soon Addy." He said and with that Jacob hung up. He finished his breakfast quickly before hurrying upstairs and into the bedroom to find something nice to wear.

Addy smiled, hearing him saying her shortened name. It was kind of nice. She went to her room and got dressed into a pair of blue jeans and a black shirt and a red plaid jacket. It had been getting chilly out, and it wouldn't be long before it started to snow. She pulled her hair up in a neat bun on the tip of her head and then fixed her makeup.

Jacob picked out a simple pair of jeans, and a plaid,flannel, button up, shirt. He rolled the sleeve up just above his elbow, then searched through the closet in search of a jacket. He picked out his fall hunting jacket which he slipped around his shoulders before heading out to the car. Within the fourty minutes Jacob had arrived at the door, he walked up and let two sharp knocks ring against the door. Jacob eagerly awaited her answering the door, a stupid grin on his face.

Addy heard a knocking on the door and hurried to the door. She smiled as she saw Jacob through the peephole in her door. She pulled open the door and smiled and him. "Hey," she greeted. "It's great to see you again especially without the background noise of the bat."

Jacob grinned and held out his to Addy. "Wonderful to see you as well, I certainly have to agree, it'll be nice to not have to worry about others interfering." He said and looked Addy up and down quickly before leading her down to his car, Jacob opened the passenger door for her. He then headed around and got into the drivers seat.

Addy pulled her seat belt on as he had went around the car. She had in place when he shut his door. "So what do you have planned?" she asked curiously. It was exciting to be here with him, and she was willing to just about anything if it didn't require her to do violent. Her eyes looked him over as she waited for him to answer.

Jacob shrugged his shoulders as he slowly pulled out, doing a U-turn to head towards his house. "I'm not too sure, however I have a training session later, I just remembered that, you can either come and watch or train with me, or I could bring you home and come over after." He offered and glanced from her back to the road, slowly making his way back to his house.

Adeline looked at her hands as she thought about his offer. She wasn't really sure what to do. "It doesn't matter. I can watch you if you want. I have actually never done that. The most exercise that I do is a treadmill that I have in my apartment or walk around town, so I don't think I would be very good at training with you," she admitted. "But I do want to see you train though." She smiled brightly at him. She knotted her fingers in her lap as he drove down the streets. Her neighborhood was now quite a few blocks away, and she wasn't surprised. Her neighborhood was a one of the more expensive placed in town that barely anyone could afford. She barely could, but it was really close to college and work that it was just the best location for her.

Jacob nodded with a grin. "I could show you a few things. Maybe a couple self defense moves?" He offered. Jacob didn't want to straight up say being with him wasn't the safest, he figured she would know by common sense. But even if she didn't, self defense was always good to know. He drove into one of the rougher neighborhoods, it was known gang territory, close to another's. He knew his house wasn't very impressive. It was small, good for him because he was a single man. Once he pulled up in front Jacob opened her door, leading Adeline into his house. It looked like the stereotypical house of a bacholer, stuff was strewn about, he had cans and bottles laying around. Once inside Jacob kicked the stuff aside, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "I'm a bit of a mess." He said in apology.

Addy shrugged. She had always been told to take some self-defense xlasses, but she had never really considered it until now. Something about Jacob made it that much important for her to know it. She looked around his house and didn't really expect it to be orderly like hers. "It's fine. I have seen worse and roomed with worse. I have an older brother who barely knows how to do laundry," she said, waving him off. She looked around the house trying to get a layout of it. She ran her fingers on the wall and chairs as she did so. "It's actually pretty nice. Simple, not oversated."

Jacob bit his lip and laughed, he looked into his kitchen before turning back to her. "Stay here a moment." He said and hurried into the kitchen, making sure to place his few handguns, as well as his switcheblades, he threw a few dishes into the sink, then returned to his living room. "Alright, let's go sit in the kitchen." He said and grinned, leading her in then pulling up an extra chair. "So, Adeline, I rally would love to get to know you." Jacob said quietly, biting his lip again.

Addy looked at him and sat down in a chair. She looked down at her hands and shrugged. "There isn't that major about me. I'm just a girl from a small town who moved here to become a fashion designer," she said. She looked at him with her blue eyes. "So what do you want to know about me?" Her eyes watched him curiously. She was sure that she didn't know what to say about herself.

Jacob rolled his eyes and leaned on the table, looking across at Adeline. "Everyone has a story. What's yours?" He asked, then got up from the chair and went to the fridge. "Want something to drink while you think?" He asked, grabbing himself a beer, which he cracked open and took a quick swig from.

Adeline looked at him and sighed. She nodded at the offer of a drink "There's nothing that stands out about me, Jacob. I'm just a girl from a small rural town that moved to the nearest big city. I have an older sister and brother. I'm pretty close with them, and my mother died when I was a child," she summarized. She didn't think of as exciting. "I don't have a life that's strange. Growing up was normal except for my mother dying when I was a kid." Her eyes searched his face. She didn't really let herself think about her mom because she would only become sad.

Jacob grabbed a bottle of coke and set it in front of Adeline, sitting across from her once again. "And I'm just a guy who grew up in a rough neighborhood and in the wrong crowd." He said and sipped the beer again. "There's more to me than that, you know it, and more to you than that. But I won't bug." He murmured and smiled across at her. "Wanna play pool, or foosball, or watch a movie?" Jacob suggested, his phone buzzed a moment later and he pulled it from his phone to read the text and respond.

Addy shrugged her shoulders. "I'm just not good at describing myself," she said shrugging. She didn't know what to say. She thought about his offer and turned them over in her head, trying to figure out what to do. "I have actually never played pool before actually," she said looking up at him. She was curious about pool for such a long time.

Jake stood and grinned, he led Adeline down into his basement where different games were set up. He walked to the pool table and set up the balls then found the cue ball and stick. "Alright, do you know anything about it or want me to start from basics?" Jacob asked and lined himself up, eyeing down the cue stick as he prepared to hit the ball.

Addy watched him move around the room curiously as he had set up the table. "I know absolutely nothing about this game. I have seen a fee people play it, but I have never really understood it," she explained. "I think it would be for the best to start at the basics." She could only imagine what he was going to teach her, and more curiously how.
