Emma headed upstairs, deciding to lay down for a bit. She thought about calling Lennox to vent, but she was sure the other blonde had enough on her plate. But she needed to talk to someone, so she decided to call Jimmy.

Matt stepped out of the bathroom and saw Lennox laying on the bed. He knew she was probably expecting him to lay down with her, but he didn't feel like doing that yet. "I'm gonna go downstairs and watch TV for a little while," Matt announced.

Zacky sighed and then walked upstairs too. He sat on the bed and ran his fingers through his hair. He looked over as Emma walked in. HE wasn't sure what to say to her.

Lennox looked at him, "Okay." She said. She watched as he walked away then laid down again. She closed her eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Emma avoided looking at Zacky as she went into the bathroom attached to their bedroom. With Zacky sitting right outside, she knew it wasn't a good idea to call Jimmy, so she sent him a text instead.

Matt went straight to the freezer when he got downstairs and pulled out the bottle of vodka he'd hidden there. He had to be careful about where he kept his alcohol lately, since he knew Lennox wouldn't be happy knowing he had it.

Jimmy looked at his phone, What did you need? He replied. He was worried about her because he knew how Zacky was with her anymore.

Lennox opened her eyes, looking around the darkness. She hated that Matt never came to bed on time.

I just feel really alone. Emma texted back. She had to be careful how much she said, because she knew if Zacky found out she was even talking to Jimmy, it wouldn't be good.

By the time Matt decided he wanted to go to bed, he was too tipsy to climb the stairs. But there was no way he was sleeping on the fucking couch. "Lennox!" he shouted.

Jimmy sighed when he saw the text, I'm sorry Emma. He sent the message and looked up at the ceiling.

Lennox frowned when she heard her name. She walked downstairs and saw Matt. She frowned when she saw how drunk he was. Lennox managed to help him up the stairs though she stumbled when they got to the top and he almost fell on her.

Emma sighed and sat down on the lip of the bathtub. What was the point of talking to Jimmy if she couldn't really tell him what was wrong?

"Goddamit Lennox, youalmostmademefall," Matt slurred. He just wanted to lay down and she was making it difficult.

Jimmy looked at his phone, frowning when she didn't answer. You need to leave him.

Lennox frowned and rolled her eyes. She got him to the bed and let him lay down. She sighed as she laid back down, closing her eyes.

But I love him. Even as she typed this, Emma realized how stupid it sounded. But it was true. If it wasn't, she would've left Zacky a long time ago.

"Whyaren'tyou...talking to me?" Matt spit out, frowning when Lennox laid back down and closed her eyes.

Jimmy frowned, He's toxic for you though. He sent it and stared at his phone.

Lennox looked at him, "I'm just tried is all." She whispered.

I know. Emma locked her phone and leaned over on the counter, fighting back tears. Why did things have to be so complicated?

"You always wanna talk to me when I don't wanna," Matt mumbled. He frowned at Lennox again. "But I wanna talk you ignore me."

Jimmy sighed as he looked at his phone, I can get you out He looked up at the ceiling, hoping she would agree.

Lennox rolled on her side, looking at him, "Okay when talk." She said as she watched him for a moment.

Emma looked at Jimmy's message and closed her phone without responding. Jimmy just didn't realize that it wasn't that simple.

"Why won't you get off my back about shit?" Matt asked. This was just the first thing that popped into his head; he really had been expecting Lennox to keep ignoring him.

Jimmy sighed when she didn't answer. He laid down, closing his eyes. He wished he could help her.

Lennox frowned, "That's the first thing that you want to talk about? Really?" She asked. She turned away from him and closed her eyes.

Sighing, Emma grabbed her phone and headed out of the bathroom. She quickly changed clothes and laid down in bed, pulling the covers up to her chin.

"Hey, don't fucking ignore me," Matt hissed. He grabbed Lennox by the shoulder and rolled her back over to face him.

Zacky rolled over in his sleep and put his arm around her. He mumbled something and held her tightly.

Lennox frowned as she looked at him, "'I'm not going to lay here and argue with you." She told him.

Emma jumped when she felt Zacky's arms around her, suddenly afraid that he somehow might've figured out that she was talking to Jimmy, but then she realized he was asleep.

Matt felt his anger swell, fueled by the alcohol he'd consumed. "Why are you being such a bitch?" he hissed.

Zacky continued to sleep quietly as he held onto her in the night.

Lennox frowned, "So me not arguing with you is me being a bitch? Do you even hear the words that come out of your mother Matt." She said.

Emma woke up the next morning before Zacky and decided to have a quick shower. She slipped out of bed and grabbed some clothes before heading into the bathroom.

"Yes, I fucking hear my words, Lennox," Matt replied.

Zacky sighed as he woke up. He looked up at the ceiling, rubbing his eyes.

Lennox sighed, "You know you are impossible anymore." She said.
