Abigail rolled her eyes as Matt tried denying that he was. She wasn't stupid, she knew he drank out of anger and that's why he was in his current state.
She wouldn't deny if someone asked her about her drug use. She knew she was an addict, she didn't like to be labeled that, but she was.
"I will, give me a minute okay?" She grabbed her purse and walked into the bathroom. She quickly poured coke onto the counter and turned on the water, in hopes to cover up her snorting noises.
She didn't bother to break it up more, which made it hurt more when she snorted it. She quickly cleaned up and headed down to the lobby just before the ambulance drove away.
"Yes I did." he said with a smirk. The rush of the heroin was flowing through him, making him feel amazing. Almost better than any other time.
He grabbed her hand and walked out the door. He flagged down a cab and held the door open for her.
Once they got to the restaurant the wait was twenty minutes. He pulled her outside for a smoke, leaning against the front of the building as he lit his cigarette.
"We should've called first." he said sarcastically flashing her a smile. He was feeling extra cocky, he figured it was just from the glorious drug that was in his veins.
