Elias Sutton was making his way down the aisle toward his handsome fiancé. The man, Andre Nichols, was way older than Elias, but they were still madly in love with each other, or at least Elias was... Most of Andre's attraction toward Elias was that the male was still a virgin. Elias was young, and cute, and Andre hoped that he would be good in bed, especially their first time sleeping together. Elias didn't know that Andre was mainly marrying him so that they could have sex - he would've broken the engagement had he known. Upon reaching the altar, Elias and Andre held hands, smiling at each other. Elias wasn't smart enough to realize that there was something off about Andre's perfect smile, though.

Mitchell watched as one of his friends walked down the aisle to be married. He shook his head slightly, wishing he could be happy for Elias. But after he had met Elias' fiancé, he could no longer feel that way. Andre was too old for Elias, but Mitchell couldn't say that to Elias' face, could he? He exhaled, watching the ceremony, hoping Elias wouldn't actually marry Andre... But within fifteen or so minutes, the two were exchanging rings, and Mitchell stiffened up.

Jakob watched as his long-time friend walked the aisle. He supposed he was happy for Elias, the first out of their mutual friends to marry, but on the other hand... Andre was older than Elias. Jakob was older too, sure, but there wasn't quite the significant difference between themselves than there was with Elias's fiance. Age rarely bothered him, but Andre... he'd not met the man before the wedding, hadn't seen Elias in person in quite some time, but something seemed off about the man.

Antoni had almost arrive late, which was ridiculous as he left early on purpose just to get there on time. But, none of that had mattered in the end. He'd made it, slipping into a space next to Mitchell and watching as Elias made his way up to the alter. Mitchell looked stiff and tense, and Antoni really couldn't blame him. Antoni knew little abotu Elias's fiance, almost husband, but there was something off about how he looked, how he acted.

Rings were exchanged and the besotted look on Elias's face wasn't mirrored in Andre's. Besides him, he sensed Mitchell stiffen and patted a comforting hand on his shoulder.

Elias and Andre were pronounced married, and Andre pulled Elias into a kiss that seemed more heated than it should've been. Elias gently pushed him back a few moments later, positively glowing as they made their way out of the church, to the waiting limo that would take them to the reception. He caught Jakob's eye, and cast a shy smile at him, one that Andre did not fail to see. If Andre had not come into the picture, Elias thought he would've tried to marry Jakob. Once in the limo, Andre jerked Elias close to him by his wrists, his grip hard enough to bruise. "You're my husband, Elias. You will not look at anyone like you just looked at him." He ignored Elias' soft whimpers of pain, releasing a wrist to jerk Elias' head back, planting a rough kiss to the other's neck, claiming him as his own with the hickey he left behind. He pulled back then, releasing Elias' other wrist. "I'm sorry, darling," he cooed, brushing away the tears that had shown up in Elias' eyes, kissing all over his face. Andre had a hot and cold personality.

Mitchell smiled at Antoni as the other man came to stand beside him. "Doesn't Elias look great?" he asked, but made no mention of Elias' soon-to-be husband. He was concerned for Elias, hoping Andre was just having an off day. But deep down, he wasn't sure.

As they exchanged rings, Mitchell felt Antoni's hand on his shoulder. He leaned against Antoni slightly, nuzzling into him. Antoni could calm him down so quickly. "Elias' husband makes me mad," he whispered after Elias and Andre had left the church. Mitchell exhaled slowly, turning to look an Antoni. "You look good," he said softly, biting his lip. It was obvious how much he liked his friend.

Jakob pulled himself from his thoughts in time to school his expression when Elias glanced over, returning his shy smile with a warm one. He watched the newly weds climb into the limo together, allowing his expression to drop once again when they were out of sight. He always considered the younger man to be 'the one that got away' as such. By the time he'd convinced himself he might have a chance, Elias had already found Andre and... well, it all went on from there. Jakob wasn't one to put himself in between two people if they'd found love, so he threw himself into his job and hobbies instead. The small Judo dogo he was part of was an excellent way to let of steam and frustration, and the amount of travelling he had to do for work led to reasons to avoid the couple.

His gaze lingered on the limo as it drove away, heading towards the reception, and Jakob sighed, shoving his hands deep into his pockets and heading over to join his friends for the journey to the reception.

Antoni hummed in agreement at Mitchell's question, sliding an arm round the other man's shoulders fully as he leant into him.

"I guess we'll have to keep an eye on them," he sighed. "As much as I'd like Elias to be happy... I can't say I'm too pleased by his choice."

Antoni looked down at his friend, quirking a smile in response to his compliment. He knew Mitchell liked him, and he liked Mitchell too- to an extent. It was just the matter of commitment. Antoni's track record wasn't exactly a plesant one, and he'd be loathed to ruin his friendship with Mitchell by adding him to a long list of relationships he'd screwed up. At this point he wasn't sure if it was a matter of finding the right man, or if it was just a problem with him as a person.

Elias' hands shook slightly as he stood in the men's bathroom at the reception hall, trying to apply a thin layer of makeup to cover the hickey on his neck. He stared at himself in the mirror. He loved Andre, and he hoped the incident in the limo had been a one-time thing. He wasn't going to tell anybody about what had happened, especially not after they'd just been married. He waited in the bathroom until he heard voices starting to come from the hallway, and he made his way out to stand by his husband, who casually slid an arm around his shoulders.

Mitchell exhaled slowly. "He's just way too old for Elias. He's been married twice before, and both marriages ended in divorce. I don't understand what Elias sees in him."

He grinned when Antoni quirked a smile, leaning in to gently kiss his friend's cheek. He wasn't shy about telling people the truth, as was made evident right then. "Antoni," he started to speak, but saw Jakob approaching and smirked. "Man, you've gotten old," he teased.

Jakob rolled his eyes with a smile at Mitchell's teasing.

"I think I found a gre hair in my beard the other day," he replied somberly. "But then I thought... at least I can grow a beard, I'm not to be forever plagued by patchy stubble like a certain someone I know..."

He grinned and pulled Mitchell into a quick hug, patting his back and glancing between the younger man and Antoni.

"Been a while, huh?" he sighed, casting a lingering glance to where the limo had vacated. "I can't believe he's gotten married."

Antoni glanced at Jakob, then back at Mitchell, watching the two as they spoke. He was curious as to what Mitchell had to say, but at the same time unsure if he wanted to hear it.

They wound down the idle greetings, a better reunion would come soon, at the reception, where there was alcohol, and he joined his friends as they piled into a taxi to follow Elias and his new husband.

Mitchell grinned cheesily at Jakob's comments. "Who says I want to look like you, brother?" he returned, the quick hug.

He and Antoni knew about Jakob's crush on Elias, and Mitchell was upset Jakob and Elias hadn't gotten together. "Well, it could've been you, Jakob. You know that." They climbed into the taxi, Mitchell holding onto Antoni's hand slightly. Within fifteen minutes, they had arrived at the venue for the reception.

Elias smiled, thanking those that had come for his and Andre's wedding. After about twenty minutes of greeting people, Andre slipped away with a soft kiss to Elias' forehead. Elias stood there awkwardly, though his eyes lit up when he saw three familiar faces. He threaded through the crowd to hug Jakob first. "I missed you," he murmured, holding on to him tighter than should've been expected.

Jakob pulled a face at Mitchell's words, aiming for an ill humoured smile but ending up with a grimace. He lapsed into silence during the ride to the reception venue and he couldn't help but soften his expression upon catching sight of Elias once again.

"Hey," he smiled as Elias greeted him, wrapping his arms round the other man and holding him close. "I missed you too, I can't believe you're married now..."

He pulled back, holding the man at arms length to admire him. "You really do look every bit the part."

Antoni rocked back on his heels, smiling faintly as he watched his two friends embrace.

"They're idiots, huh?" he commented to Mitchell, flicking his eyes over at the other man and quirking a grin. "I guess it's too late now..."

He watched them for another moment before eyeing Mitchell again, "so, uh, what was it you wanted to say, earlier?"

Elias hugged him tighter for a few more moments, eyes widening slightly when Jakob pulled away to hold him at arm's length. "Thank you," he murmured softly, shivering. Elias felt safe, happy in Jakob's arms. He didn't feel that way with Andre, but he didn't think too much about it. Just then, the lights dimmed, signaling it was time for the newlyweds to share their first dance. Andre appeared then, smiling sweetly at his beloved, casting a glare at Jakob when Elias turned to move toward the dance floor. "Stay the hell away from my husband," he snarled, before following Elias.

Mitchell smiled when he saw Jakob and Elias embrace. "It should've been them," he murmured softly, returning Antoni's grin. He turned to look at the other when spoken to again. "I... I love you, Antoni," he whispered, coming out as more of a question than a statement.

"You-" Antoni's eyes widened at Mitchell's confession. He'd known that Mitchell had feelings for him. But hadn't expected him to be so forthright about them, and... in love. That was big.

He scrubbed a hand through his hair, glancing at Jakob as Elias walked away, then back at Mitchell.

"I don't know if I would be good for you," he admitted, not meeting Mitchell's eyes. "I'm not too great at relationships and I don't- I don't know if I could risk you, like that."

He fixed his gaze on a particularly interesting section of floor as he spoke, finding it easier to just... not look at the gorgeous man besides him.

Jakob frowned after Andre as he steered Elias away, eyes narrowing at his parting words. It would do him great pleasure, he thought, to punch the man in the jaw. But... but then he didn't think Elias would be too impressed by such behaviour on his wedding day.

He'd have to be polite, stay civil, and keep an eye on the man whilst doing his best to avoid him.

Mitchell frowned at Antoni's reaction. "I see," he said, voice neutral. He kept his calm, but really he wanted to slap Antoni. He was mad, and upset, but didn't let it show. He turned, forcing a smile. "I'll see you both around," he mumbled to Antoni and Jakob, walking away toward the alcohol. He drank a glass of wine, letting a cute girl pull him onto the dancefloorz

Elias blushed lightly as Andre's arm encircled his waist. He gently placed a hand on his husband's shoulder and they danced with each other that first song, and then others were invited to join. He noted Mitchell with a cute girl, but was surprised Antoni wasn't there instead. Andre released him to dance with his mom, and Elias sought out Jakob.

Antoni watched Mitchell walk away, brow furrowing and a sick feeling in the pit of his stomach. He felt angry, mostly at himself, but also at Mitchell. Why couldn't the other man see he just didn't want him to get hurt?

He swore under his breath and walked away from Jakob without another word, heading to the bar with the full intention of getting as drunk as he could.

Jakob couldn't help but watch Elias as he danced, transfixed by the younger mans movements and wishing it were his arms round his waist. He nodded idly to Mitchell as he left, and let Antoni do as he please, sure they'd sought it out eventually.

His eyes hadn't left Elias when he and his new husband broke apart, and he watched the other man search for a moment before stepping up behind him.

"Who are you looking for?" he asked, "Surely you haven't lost your husband so soon?"

Mitchell danced like he didn't have a care in the world. He was trying not to let Antoni get to him, but eventually he had to stop dancing, and he headed to one of the side tables to take a break. He drank another glass of wine, before shifting to beer.

Elias gasped softly when he heard Jakob's voice from behind him. "Actually, I was looking for you. Would you care to dance?" he asked softly, grinning at his friend. He had really missed Jakob.

Antoni downed spirits like they were water until he was wavering, leaning against a pillar and glowering at Mitchell, forgetting he had no right to do so. He watched the man's movements, how he danced, when he talked to other, expression getting increasingly sour.

Even the sickening shots couldn't sweeten his expression, but still, he turned back to the bar for another one.

"Ah, a request from the groom?" Jakob grinned and gave a slight bow, eyes bright with mirth. "How could I refuse?"

He offered his arms to Elias, stepping closer, "It has been a while since we last danced, I suppose."

Mitchell noticed Antoni glowering at him, and he paled. He hesitantly approached the other. "Antoni," he began, but was cut off by a guy he had danced with, who kissed him firmly. Mitchell's eyes widened in shock and he tried to push the other away.

Elias grinned, blushing. He took Jakob's hand, pulling him to the dancefloor. At that moment, the song changed to a slow song. Elias' eyes widened slightly, but he shyly wrapped his arms loosely around Jakob's neck.

Antoni hadn't know what Mitchell wanted from him, but he did know that he didn't want to kiss that guy who'd just launched himself in the way, rather rudely.

Antoni downed the shot in his hand before launching the glass at the man kissing Mitchell, not even bothering to see if it connected as he strode forward and pulled the man back, punching him in the face.

Jakob rests his hands on Elias' waist, swaying gently to the music. What he wouldn't give to wrap the younger man up tight and hold him close, rest his chin on Elias' head as he leant into his chest...

It was a dream now, he'd had his chance, and all he could do was look at the smiling face of his friend as they danced together, keeping as much distance between them as he could for such a dance.

Mitchell's eyes widened again as a glass hit the man's back. "Antoni," he cried out, gasping in horror as his friend hit the other in the face. He stepped between them, holding Antoni's arms down to his side. "Antoni, it's okay," he murmured, lacing their fingers together, leading Antoni away.

Elias was the first to make a move. The lights overhead were off, the only light being cast from a disco ball, so nobody could tell who was who. He pulled Jakob in tighter, kissing his lips. He couldn't help it.

Antoni stumbled a little as he followed Mitchell, gripping to his hand as if it were a life line.

"He kissed you," Antoni protested, "he- and you didn't ask him to, it's not fair, Mitchell."

He pressed close to the other man, trying to gather him up in his arms but his arms didn't seem to be doing what he wanted them to.

"It's not fair," he said again, looking down into Mitchell's eyes with a frown.

At the feeling of Elias' lips against his all of Jakob's resolve broke. He could no longer recall why he wasn't holding the man in his arms closer, why they hadn't already kissed.

Jakob kissed back immediately, pouring everything he could from his pent up feelings these past few years into it. He held Elias close, revelling in the feeling of the other man in his arms. He couldn't help but groan lightly into the kiss, Elias felt just as he'd imagined-

Ah, Elias was married. He got married a mere couple of hours ago, this was his wedding reception.

Jakob tore himself away, horrified by his own behaviour.

"I'm so sorry," he blurt out. "I really- I shouldn't have, I'm so sorry."

Mitchell frowned, looking to Antoni. "And you saved me from him. For that, I am grateful. But do you think you could kiss me better?" he teased.

Elias trembled when Jakob finally pulled away from their amazing kiss. "I kissed you, Jakob. Why are you apologizing? I should've done that a heck of a lot sooner."
