I'm feeling really sick as well, though I think it's a stress cold caused by NaNo. I'm thinking about quitting, tbh.

Girl, I know the feeling. But I honestly hope you push through it. I wanted to quit yesterday but you and Universe just inspired me to never give up. Sure I may not be working on my terrible NaNo story, but I'm still writing and that's what counts.

I do hope you feel better though. Try not to stress yourself out too much.

Thank you for the motivation! I've gotten way too far to just let myself quit. And as long as you're working on something, you're good. The both of us can do this!

yes!!! exactly. As long as your writing words, then it counts! Maybe try taking a break from your current story and working on some word crawls? Those are the only things that seem to be helping me at the moment.

Same, I was thinking of quitting last night, but I actually organized my chapters and stuff, so that got me somewhat motivated. Just keep writing!

wrote around 1k words tonight. as of tonight I've decided that I'm not going to try to reach the 50k goal anymore. I'm going to aim for 25k!!! Going to continue working on my Gilmore Girls mini series until I reach that word count. leggooooo.

Well, seems like my concentration on nanowrimo went out the window since my cousins came back from their dad's. I'm gonna be even more behind tomorrow...

Once again, it's nearly 10pm and my word count is zero. I have to get 2k in two hours... I fucked myself.

EDIT: I barely made it! 11:49pm and 2108 words!

Today should be a good day for trying to get caught up, since I found a small spark of inspiration late last night. Lol.

Same here, I was getting really bored with it so I've completely changed who my character is.

i havent even touched my NaNo story since the 1st? i've basically been focusing on word crawls. i'm probably going to change my story completely.

Well that's one way to get into it again I've kinda done the same actually. It's a mess tbh - I changed tenses and totally starting writing different.

I originally wanted my character to be a civilian, but as I was writing her I was thinking, shit this is so boring! So I made her law enforcement and suddenly, I have a wealth of things to write about

i've almost hit 30k. i do want to reach the 50k word count, but my main goal is finishing this story within the month. let's do this.
