I'll Be There

When they got to the dorm she walked in with her pass code trying not to make eye contact with any fans who stood by, she walked up to the door and unlocked it. "Hello?" she said as she peeked in with her eyes closed knowing they all had a habit of walking around naked. "Cover whats not to be seen!"

She followed Katie into the room, wondering what she meant but keeping her eyes down. "Do they do it often?" She asked, looking around and noticing a shirtless Jongdae out of the corner of her eye. "Oh. I get it." She said quietly.

Minseok walked out of his room and went over. "Hey, make yourself comfortable. We're all showering right now."

"I've seen things I wish I hadn't," she admitted as she opened her eyes then smiled a little, "I smell food what did you order?" she asked as she walked over and hugged Joonmyeon.

"Oh! she brought her friend! We've been wanting to meet her!" Jongdae said excitedly as he pulled his shit on.

"Hi," She waved, not sure what to make of it. "Nice to meet you," She said to him.

He shrugged. "We're not all bad," He scoffed, going to the kitchen to get a drink.

"Hey, I felt awkward for a week before coming here," she scoffed back as she shook her head a little.

He smiled and waved, "I hope she didn't tell you bad things about us," he pouted a little.

"Nothing too bad," She smiled a little, shaking her head. "Why, is there something I should be worried about?"

He shook his head. "No reason for that, you're always welcome. No matter what, you know that."

"Of course not," he laughed a little as he looked at her, "We're angels," he laughed.

She smiled a bit, "have you seen Baek? He hasn't texted me back yet," she said as she motioned to her phone.

"I'm sure you are," She smiled a little. "Angels that consistently cause trouble, no doubt."

He shook his head. "No, he should be in his room, but he's been acting strange. He probably needs time alone. So we shouldn't bother him."

She nodded a little,"Oh, alright," she said as she looked at him, "Well lets eat I'm starved,"

He grinned, "Of course, what kind of angels would we be if we weren't?"

"Monsters, more likely. What do you normally do after shows?" She asked curiously.

"Sounds great," He said, sitting down and grabbing a plate. How did you like the show?"

"eat, play video games and relax," he smiled a little, "It's like winding down, then we usually pass out and Katie puts us to bed,"

"You all did amazing! I was very impressed, I'll be buying the album as soon as I get paid," she smiled a little as she looked at him, "You all looked like you were having fun,"

He shook his head. "You don't have to buy the album, we can give it to you. It's no big deal."

"Video games? What about movies?" She asked curiously.

"No I want to support you, I'm a fan first and foremost - I just have liberties they don't," she smiled a little with a shrug, "Besides I like the excitement of waiting in line for it,"

He nodded,"Sometimes we do if w'ere too tired, but we're pretty wired tonight,"

"Thank you, but you really don't have to. What are you up to tomorrow?"

She nodded a little. "What do you want to do? Play video games or watch a movie? What kind of games do you have?"

"Not much, mostly finishing up a few things and I have a final on Tuesday but then I' m free for two whole weeks," she said to him as she took a seat around their table. "I can't wait, what about you guys?"

Jongdae shrugged,"I don't care either way, but we have all sorts of games to play; horror to cart games,"

"I really like cart games, do you want to play?" She asked. "I'm pretty good at them too, so when I win, can you sing for me?" She teased amicably with a small smile.

"We have a few more performances, interviews, but soon we will have a short break. We might have to travel for our last few concert dates." Minseok added, sitting next to her.

He smiled, "What do I get when I win?" he asked her curiously as he looked at her.

"That sounds fun , you all work so hard it's about time you got a break - I swear you haven't slept an entire night since your debut year," she scowled a little, these boys were important to her. She'd learned so much about all of them when dating Baekhyun - it was hard to imagine they did so much in such little time.

"Whatever you want, I suppose." She smiled a little. "But, you're my favorite vocalist in Exo, so I'm going to do what I can so that I can get a private concert."

He laughed a little. "It is what it is, and we all signed up for it. We're having fun, but it will be nice to sleep for a bit."

He grinned,"Your favorite, huh? Am I your bias?" he said in a cute voice as he leaned closer to her.

She shrugged a little,"Still, need to take care of yourselves," she smiled a little as she looked at him - he was so handsome but she broke the eye contact and thanked Joonmyeon for fixing her plate.

"Favorite vocalist," She grinned but sighed to herself. She had a soft spot for Kai, but she didn't exactly want to tell him that and make him self conscious. "You are my bias, one of them."

"Yes, I know. We work hard, so we have to. But you're welcome to come by and check on us, no matter if Baekhyun is here or not. You can come see the rest of us instead." He said with a small shrug.
