Bryce gave her a halfhearted nod, and fell back on the pillow. A few hours later, he woke back up, and found his way home. He walked inside, and went to his room. He had school the next day, and he had a feeling he was still going to feel like shit. Sighing, Bryce rolled up in his room, and smoked until he was ready to sleep again.
He could hear his dad in his room, pounding, and huffing away. Soon he'd shoot up, knock out, or come into Bryce's room, and give him a reason to miss school.

It was Friday, the day of the party. Bryce finished his last class, and the band met up for a quick practice. They had been working on different sounds, but they were excited to perform their newest piece. Loading up the van, and sending a message to Makenna, they were off to the party.

Upon arrival, the guys dispersed and got themselves set up. Kingston was busy sipping from his flask while everyone was setting up. He nodded to Makenna, "Want a sip?" He smirked, "Don't worry, ol' Bryce won't be mad."
Bryce looked over, and rolled his eyes. "Can you not liquor her up before the show? I want her to hear the song we finished the other day." He rolled his eyes, and smiled to Makenna.

Madi was sitting on Chris's lap. The party was just getting into full swing. It had been a couple weeks since Madi, and Ashton started hooking up. It had happened a handful of times since their first time, and nothing made Madi feel more alive. She just had to get Chris extremely fucked up, then she could go off with Ashton. Half the time nobody noticed when they disappeared, anyway. Madi gave Chris a kiss on the cheek, and made her way to the kitchen. Grabbing a drink, she talked to a few of the girls in the kitchen.
Her sleeves rolled up some, and her friend
Taylor looked down. "Can you please tell me why you're still with him?" She had watched her best friend go through this for years. "Ashton always gives you good looks..." she wiggled her eyebrows.
"Yeah, but Ashton also does twice as many drugs as Chris. It's not like he's much better, honestly." She did have to admit, whenever they've hooked up, he's been on something. Whether it's just smoking, or drinking. He's never been even remotely sober. Pulling her sleeves back down, she hugged her friend, and went back to Chris. She kept making eyes to Ashton.
Chris told her to get up, then he went to the kitchen. Leaning down to get in the fridge, his ears perked up when his name was mentioned. "...I'd fuck his girlfriend, too. Shit, man." He stood up, and his head snapped to the side. When he wasn't completely intoxicated, he did care about Madi. Well, he made it seem that way. He really wanted to make sure she wouldn't try to run off. Going back to the chair, he whipped Madi up by her wrist, and pulled her back down onto his lap.
Madi looked over to Ashton, worry in her eyes. She knew what would be happening later. Even when she wore something that wasn't revealing, if any guys made any comments, it was on her. She looked down to her hands, and attempted to keep her breakdown at bay.
