“As long as their happy I honestly wouldn’t mind what we have,” Zack stated.

Artemis turned into her side so her back was to Matt and quickly wiped away a few tears that had escaped her eyes.

“Even if it was twins?” Fae joked.

Matt looked at her, frowning. “Are you okay?” he asked.

Zack’s eyes widened for a few moments before he nodded. “Yeah,” he agreed. “Even if it was twins.”

“I’m fine,” Artemis mumbled. “Just a little sore.”

Fae smiled softly at him. “Thank you,” she said.

“I’m sorry,” Matt said. He sat up, looking at the door. “I’m gonna go get dressed.”

“You’re welcome,” Zack smiles.

Artemis stayed quiet, trying to not start crying even more.

Fae pulled away from him and sat down to continue eating. “Do you really think your parents will like me?” she asked.

Matt stood up and walked to the door, opening it and stopping when he saw Apollo standing there, teary-eyed. He quickly walked past the other boy since he was naked, going back to the bathroom to gather his clothes.

Zack nodded. “Of course they will,” he insisted. “They don’t have any reason not to like you.”

Artemis grabbed one of Matt’s shirts out of his dresser, putting it on and frowned when she saw Apollo outside the door. She walked pasted him into their room, just wanting to go back to sleep and not deal with him or Matt.

“I’m just worried they won’t trust me,” Fae said. “I know if I was in their position I wouldn’t be very trusting of strangers.”

Apollo wiped his eyes and followed his sister, sniffling. “Why, Artemis?” He whimpered.

“Well you aren’t human so I’m sure they’ll trust you because of that,” Zack insisted. “It’s humans that are the problem not anyone else.”

“Don’t,” Artemis pleaded. “Don’t ask me to answer that when I don’t even know why I let it happen.”

Fae nodded her head. “Should I get them something?” she asked.

Apollo frowned, shutting the door to the bedroom and hugging himself. “I hate it when you do this,” he mumbled. “You don’t deserve that.”

“You don’t have to,” Zack insisted.

“I fucked everything up,” Artemis sniffled. “I deserve worse.”

“I want to make the best possible impression I can,” Fae said.

Apollo frowned and shook his head. “That’s not true,” he said. “You don’t deserve to be treated that way.”

“You’ll so great I promise,” Zack insisted. “Just trust me.”

“You don’t even remember the other timeline so you don’t have a right to say anything,” Artemis snapped.

Fae nodded her head. “I do trust you,” she said, smiling softly at him.

“What timeline? What are you talking about, moonbeam?” Apollo asked.

Zack smiled. “Good.”

“I cast a spell,” Artemis admitted. “I fucked everything up and I thought if I stopped Zack and I from being together everything would be okay and it’s still completely fucked.”

Fae finished eating, cleaning up after herself. “Want to do homework?” she asked.

“What do you mean you cast a spell?” Apollo questioned. “You’re a human.”

Zack nodded. “Yeah,” he mumbled. “We can do that.”

“We’re not human Apollo,” Artemis mumbled. “We’re demigods.”

Fae smiled and led him into the living room. She grabbed her backpack and took her textbooks out. “I really enjoy spending time with you like this,” she said.

Apollo stared at her in shock. “We are?” He questioned.

Zack smiled. “You’re pretty fun company yourself.”

“Zeus is our dad and our mom is a succubus,” Artemis stated. “We’re not humans.”

Fae smiled, leaning over and kissing his lips softly.

Apollo sat there for a moment, processing everything Artemis just told him. “Do Mom and Dad know?” he questioned.
