Gabby smiled, keeping herself closer to him as he kissed her. "Derek." She spoke softly as she pulled away from his lips finally. "I can't believe this has finally happened." She spoke softly, even though they were the only ones in the plane. She then sat back in the chair, just looking at Derek. She still couldn't believe it. She was Mrs. Derek Shepherd.

Mark shook his head, still smiling at her. "Nothing dear." HE chuckled as he moved towards their bed, slowly sitting on the edge of the bed, still watching her. "How did I get so lucky." He said aloud with a bright grin.

Derek laughed and smiled at her, "I can't believe we're married either. I truly love it." He smiled holding to her hand. He leaned over kissing her neck lightly before relaxing back into the seat closing his eyes. He knew it was going to be a long ride and he couldn't wait till their honeymoon began.

"I ask myself that everyday." Emily smiled slipping into his tee shirt and some gym shorts. She walked over to the bed where he was sitting and lent in kissing his lips. "I'm very lucky." She whispered straddling his lap and smiling as she kissed him again as the baby moved. "The baby moved." She giggled putting his hand where the flutter had happened.

Saying nothing, Gabby just watched as Derek relaxed. "You know, seeing this side of you is very attractive." She laughed lightly, putting a hand on his thigh. "Seeing you relaxed is just such a nice sight to see." She whispered as she started to rub his thigh a little. "So, what's the first thing you would like to do?" She asked as she leaned in and kissed him softly on the lips.

Mark grinned, putting a hand on Emily's small bump. Feeling the baby move, well flutter around, Mark just chuckled and grinned even more. Leaning down, he lifted up Emily's tee and kissed her little bump. "Hi little one." He whispered as he pulled the shirt back down before kissing Emily on the lips once.

Derek took and smirked at her, "Right now i'd like to have my wife." Derek whispered grinning at her. "But if not here, when we get to our hotel room. That's the first thing. After carrying you across the threshold." Derek winked smiling at her.

Emily returned the kiss and locked her arms around Mark's neck. Smiling when they parted she smiled at him. "I can't wait till we know what we're having." Emily told him softly staring at him as she smiled at him. She kissed him one more time before moving off his lap. She heard a knock on their door and looked at him funny.

Going towards the door she took and pulled it open seeing a young girl there. "I'm looking for Mark Sloan." She said.

"Mark." Emily shouted feeling her temper flare up as her boyfriend walked through the apartment.

"Dad?" The girl asked smiling.

"Dad?!" Emily raised her voice staring at Mark.

Gabby couldn't help but giggle at Derek's words. She was completely in love with this man and still couldn't believe that they were finally married. Leaning in closer to him, Gabby allowed her lips to be captivated by his. As they kissed, she finally pulled away to look at Derek in the eyes, the look of love still danced across her face. "I can't wait for this." She whispered in his ear, sending chills down his spine.

Mark heard his name being called, and instantly wondered what was going on. When he entered into the Family Room to see a young girl standing there and then calling him dad definitely through him for a loop. "Dad?!?" He exclaimed as he practically had to catch himself from falling out to faint. He looked at the young girl, very confused. Since when was he a father. "Are you sure you've gotten the right Mark Sloan?" He then asked.

"I can't either." Derek whispered to her and pulled her close to his side. "I am excited for this adventure and us to be together." Derek told her.

"Yes, dad." She smiled. "You screwed my mom nearly eighteen years ago. Resulted in me." She smiled. "I can't believe I found you."

"Neither. Can. I." Emily sneered out narrowing her eyes at Mark.

"Who is she?" She pointed towards Emily.

"I'm his girlfriend." Emily snapped out.

"Oh, well fiesty aren't we." She smirked. "So I need a place to crash. Mom said it'd be ok." She shrugged.

"Who the fuck is your mom and why would she say that?" Emily growled underneath her breath.

"Samantha Riley. I'm Sloan." Sloan narrowed her eyes at Emily.

Emily took and cleared her throat, "I am going back to the bedroom." Emily said calmly as she could pushing the doors up. She felt the cramp and lent into the bed sighing a little bit at the small pain in her stomach. "Shit." Emily whispered to herself.

Gabby smiled, pulling herself closer to him as Derek wrapped his arms around her. "I've been wanting this adventure with you for a while." She spoke softly before kissing him softly on the lips. "So...what do you have in mind for tonight?"

Mark didn't know what to say. He wasn't really sure how to feel about this. He felt like he was in a dream, but knew that this was true reality. Just staring at the girl who was saying it was his daughter, Mark shook his head. As soon as the young girl told him who her mom was, Mark remembered...and just frowned. When Emily said that she was going to go back to the bedroom. He quickly followed her, knowing she was upset. Hearing her, he was worried. "Emily, honey? What's wrong?"

Derek smiled at her, "I am thinking when we arrive. We get busy." Derek smirked slipping his hand underneath her dress. "Because I am beyond...excited." Derek winked grinning as he kissed her lips hoping they landed soon enough. He was going insane wanting her.

Emily managed to straighten herself up when Mark walked in. She looked over her shoulder shaking her head. "Nothing." Emily told him sighing. "I am going to lay down, you can deal with that." Emily said pointing towards the front door. She climbed into the bed sighing softly to herself. She pulled the covers over her head and felt the tears fall. She sighed grabbing her phone when Mark was gone texting Gabby. Mark has a teenage, well eighteen year old kid. I'm cramping.

Gabby smiled at her husband, kissing him once more. She didn't think she would ever want to stop kissing him. Putting a hand on his lap, she just blushed a little. Sure they had fooled around before, but being married just made things seem even more exciting than before. "Patience, my dear." She laughed lightly. "We will get there all in good time." She whispered as she kissed him once again.

As she pulled back from him, Gabby laid back in her seat. She had been enjoying this moment when she heard her phone go off. She picked up her phone, seeing the text was from Emily. Quickly reading the text ,Gabby frowned looking at Derek. "Mark has an eighteen year old?" She said with wide eyes.

Mark frowned, not saying a single word to Emily. He knew that she was upset and there was nothing that he could say or do that would change her mind right now. He walked into the other room, knowing that he needed to talk with Sloane. Looking at the young girl standing in his living room, Mark sighed softly. "So...Sloane.." He said with soft sigh. "What made you decide to come find me?" He asked softly.

"Wait what?" Derek asked looking Gabby. "An eighteen...ohh." Derek paused a second. "I bet it was that one night stand he did in college." Derek admitted staring at his wife. "Oh this must be doing some damage on him and Emily. I hope she's ok." Derek said.

"Um." Sloane bit on her lip sighing. "Well mom said I could find you. And you'd help. I'm pregnant and I need a place to crash till I can get on my own feet." Sloane said staring at her father.

Gabby looked at the text again, then looked to Derek. "She's cramping." She sighed softly. She looked super worried now, and decided that she needed to text her back. "Should you go to the hospital?" She quickly text Emily back. This was not how she expected to start her honeymoon, but she wanted to make sure her best friend was okay.

Mark blinked his eyes. This was a lot for him to take in. He just found out that he had an 18 year old daughter...so he was a father. But on top of that, he was going to be a grandfather. "You're pregnant -- how far along are you?" He then asked.

"If she is cramping, Gabby she needs checked. I need to tell Mark." Derek said getting his phone and calling Mark. Hearing him answer he sighed. "Em, texted Gabby. She's cramping Mark. I have no idea what's going on. But you need to get your girlfriend to the hospital. She could be on the verge of miscarrying." Derek warned. He always felt like an older brother to Emily even though Arizona was her cousin.

"The er doctor said eight weeks. Not far." Sloane frowned. "I just didn't have anywhere's else to turn." She told Mark sighing. "I can leave." Sloane said.

Gabby looked at Derek, almost shooting him the "I know" look when he made the comment that Emily needed to go get checked. She quickly looked back at her phone, sending the text to Emily that she needed to get checked and that she needed to tell Mark about it. She then stared intently at her phone, waiting for the reply...the one she was hoping for.

Mark looked to Sloane, shaking his head. "No, stay. We can figure this out." He reassured her. HE then looked at his phone, reading Derek's text. He looked to Sloane once more. "Please excuse me for a moment." HE then rushed back to the room, looking at Emily. "Emily, I know what's going on. We need to take you to the doctor's." He said, walking over to her, putting a hand on her back.

Derek looked at his wife and held her hand. "Mark will get her to go." Derek assured her. "Just relax baby." Derek told her rubbing her arm slowly trying to calm at her any means he could do so.

Emily swatted his hand away and stood upright best she could. "Arizona is going to take me." Emily whispered being stubborn. "You can deal with your daughter or whatever." Emily told him softly making her way out of the bedroom and through the apartment. She narrowed her eyes at the teenage sitting there. Seeing her cousin at the door she held to her going towards the elevator. Right now she was so pissed it wasn't funny. Arizona is taking me. I'll be ok. Stop worrying and have fun with your husband.

Gabby nodded, knowing that Derek was right. Mark would convince Emily to go to the hospital to get checked out. She was just worried how stubborn Emily was going to be towards Mark with everything. She went to put her phone down, when she heard it go off once again. She looked to see it was a text from Emily, reading over it, she couldn't help but frown a little. However, she wasn't going to argue with Emily right now, at least she was getting checked out...and that's what mattered. Finally putting her phone down, Gabby looked to her husband and leaned in to kiss him softly on the lips. "Mr. Shepherd." She whispered.

Mark frowned at Emily's reaction, "But..." He sighed softly. He wasn't going to cause a fight. He walked back out after Emily, watching as she got her things together to go to the hospital. Before she walked out, Mark looked at her. "Emily, please let me know how things go." He said, not knowing if she heard him or not. Once Emily was gone, Mark looked at the young teenager again. "Sloane...how would you like me to help you?" He finally asked. "Do you want me to let you stay here? Do you want money? Just tell me." He said calmly.

"Feeling better now?" Derek smiled leaning over kissing her lips softly. "I love you Gabby Shepherd." Derek smiled keeping his hand laced with her own and kissing her lightly.

"Well." Sloane looked at him. "I need a place to stay till the baby comes. I can get a job or something." She told him.

Emily heard Mark and kept a grip on Arizona. Sighing she shook her head. ONce she was at the hospital she got examined and listened to the oncall OB. Agreeing to everything she left with Arizona. She really wanted to sleep from the medication they'd given her.

Gabby smiled at their sweet kisses, and then slowly nodded her head yes at his question. She couldn't help but giggle a little when she heard Derek call her Gabby Shepherd. She still couldn't believe that she was married to him. Looking at their laced hands, Gabby leaned into Derek, placing her head on his shoulder. "How much longer?" She then asked as she looked up to him.

Mark listened to Sloane, and nodded. "Alright." He said as he took in what she was telling him. "I need to talk with Emily about this, because I can't just make that decision on my own." He explained. "Plus, I just need to still let it sink in the fact that I have an 18 year old daughter." He said. He looked at his phone, waiting for Emily to text or call him.

Derek smiled at her, “I think another three hours doll.” Derek smiled. “So just relax and rest. We’ll be there before you know it.” Derek kissed her one more time. He closed his eyes letting it sink in that Mark had a kid and one on the way. Sighing he wondered how his best friend was going to get himself out of this pickle he’d gotten himself in.

Emily pushed the door open to the apartment and saw Sloane still there. Sighing she knew she’d have to get used to it. Or leave Mark. That was the only option’s she could figure out at the moment. Seeing Mark eyeing her she stared. “I’m fine, Mark. I can’t have stress and I am on bedrest for a few weeks.” Emily told him softly going by Sloane and not speaking as she disappeared into the bedroom before sitting down.
