Derek smirked at his wife as he let his hands trail down her body. “Mmm, Gabby.” Derek whispered to her as he kept trailing her body before devouring her lips.

Emily shook her head, “Just some uneasiness in my back. The doctor said that was normal, though.” Emily whispered to Mark smiling at him.

"Mmmm...." Gabby smiled as she allowed her lips to be captured by his. "You are the perfect husband." She whispered as she pulled his boxers off, getting 100% lost in this moment with him.

Mark nodded, smiling at her when she smiled at him. "Okay honey." He spoke as he looked to her, trusting that everything was going to be okay. "Well I am here if you need me to do anything." He whispered.

Emily smiled at Mark, "I know." She lent over kissing his lips lightly smiling. "Don't you have to work today?" Emily asked Mark as she adjusted herself again feeling the discomfort come back before it gently began fading.

Gabby smiled once more at her husband, still feeling like she was dreaming. Kissing him once more, she allowed her hands to slowly run down his bare arms, letting her finger tips feel his muscles and every detail that there was of Derek Shepherd. "What are we saying...that you and I are the perfect couple." She laughed softly.

Mark looked to her, smiling when she kissed his lips. "Yeah." He said, answering her question. "I technically do have work, but I am more than willing and able to take the day off, if you would like me to do." He reassured her, carefully watching her. If there was one thing he wanted to do and Ade sure he didn't right was to make sure that she was comfortable, relaxing, and felt like she was really being waited on...because that was what he wanted.

Emily smiled, "I wouldn't object to you being here today." Emily told Mark smiling up at him. "I'd much rather enjoy it." She smiled at him.

Gabby smiled and kissed him once more as she felt her body wrapped around him. After a while, Gabby was laying next to Derek, her hand on his chest. "Honey, you wore me out." She laughed lightly. She reached up to him, kissing him softly.

Mark smiled and kissed her, "I can arrange that." He said before getting up to go make a quick phone call. He then came back and smiled. "Well I am yours all day." He grinned.

Derek took and smiled hugging to her as he held her close to his body. "You wore me out, gorgeous." Derek told her smiling as he took and kissed her lips softly smiling at her.

"Good, I love the sound of that." Emily smiled slowly sitting up in the bed putting her hand to her rounded stomach as she smiled. "I do have an OB appointment today." Emily told him smiling.

Gabby couldn't help but laugh lightly as she allowed her lips to be captured by his lips once more. "Lets just call it even then." She laughed lightly as she ran a hand slowly up and down his chest. As her hand slowly moved up and down his body, Gabby laid there for a second just admiring her newly placed jewelry that was on her hand. She was still in shock that she had became Mrs. Derek Shepherd. She could feel the tears well-up once more; these being tears of happiness. "Derek, I love you." She spoke as she closed her eyes.

Mark's eyes light up a little when he heard her say that she had an OB appointment today. "Oh wonderful!" He said with much excitement as he leaned over to place a hand on her swollen baby bump. "I love this bump." He said softly before kissing her softly on the lips.

Derek smiled at her, "I love you too, Gabby." Derek whispered to her kissing her head smiling. He kept her close, closing her eyes wore out himself.

Emily smiled feeling his hand on her stomach, "And the tiny human inside, loves you." Emily smiled lightly. "Every time you touch my stomach. I feel small flutters." Emily smiled.

Gabby closed her eyes, officially worn out. "I love you, Derek." She said once more time before falling asleep in Derek's arms. The next morning when Gabby woke, she looked up, smiling at the man asleep next to her. She still couldn't believe that they were married, and boy did she feel like the luckiest woman in the world. She stayed quiet, just watching Derek as he peacefully slept. She slowly rose from the bed, doing everything she could NOT to wake her husband.

Mark woke up the next morning, quickly getting ready for the OB Appointment that got rescheduled from yesterday. He looked over to Emily and smiled, almost not wanting to wake her up. He leaned in though and softly kissed her on the top of the head. "Good Morning Sweetheart." He whispered as his hand slowly trailed down her body to her small bump. He watched and waited for her eyes to flutter open before leaning down and kissing her softly on the lips. "How are you this morning?" He asked. "Ready for your appointment?"

Derek rolled over a little as he looked at Gabby watching her slowly get up. "You ok?" Derek asked half asleep as he laid on his side staring at his wife.

Emily shrugged, "I guess I am." Emily stood in her outfit as she took and fixed her hair into a pony tail. "I feel horrible. This morning sickness is kicking my butt today." Emily told Mark smiling softly.

Gabby froze in place when she heard Derek's voice. She looked to Derek, hearing him ask if she was okay. "Yeah." She said with a small smile, seeing he was still half asleep. "I just didn't want to wake you." She said as she laid back down.

Mark frowned. "I'm sorry honey." He said, kissing the side of her head. "Maybe the doctor can give you something to help with the morning sickness." He said.

Derek took and slid over to her holding her close. "Ok." Derek whispered to her kissing the side of her head as he began dozing back off.

"Oh she has. But it isn't helping." Emily smiled at Mark. "It's part of pregnancy." She kissed his lips lightly smiling. "We better go before we're late." She smiled.

Gabby shook her head a little as she watched her husband start to doze back off to sleep. "You can't tell me that you're going to sleep all day....." She sighed softly, teasing him.

Mark nodded, walking out of the house with her and to the car.

Once they were at the office. Emily signed in and waited. She couldn't wait to get this appointment over with. They were finally finding out what they were having.

Gabby fake pouted. "And you didn't really wear me out?" She laughed lightly as she laid back down next to Derek, cuddling up against him. "You want to really sleep for a few more hours..." She said as she looked to her husband, reaching up to kiss his lips.

Mark looked to Emily, waiting patiently for the nurse to call Emily's name. As they waited in the room, Mark looked around at all the families in there. He still couldn't believe that he was going to be a father. He was nervous, but boy was he excited.

Derek chuckled as he held onto her. "I could think of a few ideas, I want to do to you right now." Derek whispered against her lips. He took and held her close kissing her lips deeper.

Emily caught a glimpse of Mark looking around. Smiling she took and lent over kissing his lips lightly. Holding his hand into her own as she smiled at him. "Nervous?" She asked him lightly.

Raising an eyebrow at him, Gabby couldn't help but chuckle. "You could think of a few ideas." She smiled. "Well, that just sounds like a wonderful idea." she kissed him deeply as she ran her fingers through his hair. 'Would you like to share with you what you are thinking? Tell me some of your ideas." She whispered softly.

Mark looked up at him and nodded, kissing her lightly. "Yeah, I am a little nervous." He said softly. "Nervous, but excited." He admitted as he looked to her. "But I know in the end, everything will be okay." He reassured her, placing a hand on her small bump. "How about you? Are you nervous?"

Derek grinned, "Now if I shared. That'd be no fun. Because then that would take away all the surprises." Derek smirked at her as he kissed her lips. "We should get ready though. Your first surprise is about an hour and half away from getting going." Derek smiled.
