A few minutes later, Gabby walked out of their closet, dressed similar to the former First Lady, minus her blonde hair. "Mr. President." She winked as she walked over towards their bed. She smiled as she heard him chuckle. "Do you approve?" She asked as she grabbed his hands.

Mark smiled, hearing her yawn a little, knowing that she was exhausted. "Sleep well my dear." He said and kissed her cheek. He then kept his arm around her waist as he laid there with her. After a few minutes, Mark started to drift off to sleep as well.

Derek grinned holding to her hands, "I most certainly approve." Derek grinned leaning in and kissing her lips as he took and let his hands roam her body.

Few hours later, Emily felt sick to her stomach. Slowly climbing out of the bed she made her way to the bathroom. Gripping to it she let a sigh escape her lips as she emptied her stomach. Frowning she shook her head hoping this part passed soon.

Gabby giggled lightly as she kissed him deeply on the lips. "Good." She simply responded as she wrapped her arms around his neck, reaching up on her tiptoes to continue kissing him. "Now tell me, Mr. President, what can I do to make this night even better.?" She asked softly as she ran her fingers through his hair then let her hands roam down to his tie.



Gabby laid in bed with Derek, wrapped in his arms. They were both tangled in the sheets, and just resting. She sat up, looking at him. "That was perfect..." She said and kissed him. "Mr. President." She giggled as she ran her hand down his bare skin.

Mark was laying sound asleep when he heard Emily get out of bed. Rubbing his eyes, he slowly opened his eyes to see that Emily was really out of the bed. Sitting up in the bed, Mark looked around seeing that their bathroom light was turned on, meaning that his fiancée was in there. He frowned a little as he heard her empty his stomach.

"It was perfect." Derek smiled at Gabby holding her close. "Every moment with you, Gabby is perfect." Derek told her cupping her cheek. "I couldn't imagine anything less. This is everything I have dreamed of ever since I first met you, Gabby." Derek smiled.

Emily wiped her mouth flushing. She took and sighed heavily as she brushed her teeth and rinsed her mouth out. Taking another pill she took and turned the light off seeing Mark awake. Frowning she walked over to him, "I am so sorry." Emily told him. "I didn't mean to wake you honey." She walked over sitting on the side of the bed staring at him.

Gabby smiled, leaning in to kiss him once more. "Derek Christopher Shepherd, life with you is perfect." She said as she kissed him. She then slowly pulled back to look at him. "We've had ups and downs, like any other couple in the world, but I would say that we are pretty good with everything." She whispered as she laid there with him. Letting out a soft yawn, Gabby closed her eyes for a second then reopened them, looking at him. "I think we should go to bed." She laughed lightly. "What do you think?"

Mark shook his head. "You don't need to apologize." He reassured as he moved over to her when she sat on the side of the bed. "I am here to help." He reminded her as he slowly pulled her into his arms, gently rubbing her back. "Can I get you anything right now?" He asked softly. "Because I don't mind at all." He kissed the top of her head, still gently rubbing her back.

Derek laughed, "I think so too. Because you have wore me out tonight." Derek smiled kissing her lips lightly. "Good night my angel." He whispered into her ear wrapping his arms around her and cuddling with her as he slowly let his eyes fall shut.

Emily shook her head leaning into him, "My stomach is settled right now." Emily whispered. "I don't think the baby liked the spicy chicken as much as I did." Emily giggled softly and held onto Mark as she yawned tired. "Thank you. For being perfect and for everything." Emily whispered.

Exciting, nervousness, happiness, reflect, etc. was running through Gabby's mind. Her emotions were truly all over the place, but at the end of the day, she was really looking forward to the day. She was marrying the man of her dreams and she wanted nothing more that she wanted to do. She had spent the morning talking with her dad abut this. She didn't want her mother around anymore since she passed away from cancer a couple of years prior, however, she had the memories, and that's what mattered most. Her father spent all morning saying how much he was thrilled that she was marrying Derek and that today her mama was looking down from Heaven, just smiling and crying tears of joy for her. Now it was time to put the wedding dress on, she wasn't going to do such until her Best Friend and Maid of Honor was back in the room from going to grab some snacks for them.

Down the hall, Mark Sloan was sitting in a room with his Best Friend, Derek Shepherd, reliving this moment with him. When Derek got married this first time with Addison, Mark slightly envied him, but never said anything. However, here they were know, both friends again, and with two completely different woman that they started their adult life with. Now, he was Emily and the greatest thing was going to happen between the two of them...he was going to be a father. He sat back on the couch in the room as he watched Derek talk to himself, telling himself to relax, and that everything was going to be okay. Shaking his head, Mark finally deciding to break up the monologue that Derek was having with himself. "Derek, relax." He said as he got up from the couch. "This is all going to work out. Gabby and you are the power couple...stop freaking out." He chuckled.

Derek turned looking at Mark sighing. "Hey shut up." Derek shook his head laughing lightly. "I'll be say that to you when your in the waiting area waiting on the baby to come." Derek chuckled smiling. "Thank you for being here, like always." Derek man hugged Mark smiling at him.

Emily made her way back to the room and smiled at Gabby. "Hey gorgeous." Emily said pushing the door up as she turned around revealing the bump that had been forming. Smiling Emily walked over hugging Gabby. "Calm down." Emily smiled.

Mark chuckled at his best friend as they hugged. Pulling back from their hug, Mark looked to him. "I still can't believe that Emily and I are having a baby." He said with a smile as he puled his phone out of his pants pocket, deciding that he was text Emily to see how things were going on the bridal side. Hey baby, how's everything on your end? He then looked up to Derek, watching as he started to get ready. Walking over to his suit, Mark began the dressing process, knowing it wouldn't take the long, considering that there wasn't much to do with being a man. He kept his phone close to him, waiting patiently for Emily to text him back.

Gabby's face went from slightly pale to color when Emily walked back into the room. A small smile danced across her face as she eyed her best friend's little baby bump that had been forming. Knowing that she was going to be an aunt in a few months, put even a brighter smile on Gabby's face. Hugging Emily, she slowly began to relax and calm down. Her heart that had been racing nonstop finally started to beat the normal rhythm. Slowly pulling away from her best friend's hug, Gabby smiled as she started to slip into her wedding dress, using Emily has help with the zipping up, lacing up, and tying up process that went with the dress. Looking at herself in the full-length mirror, Gabby heard Emily's phone go off and had a feeling it was Mark. She just smiled to herself, and looked to her phone, kind of wanting to text Derek.

Derek looked at Mark seeing him text Emily made him smile. Derek took and smiled as he grabbed his phone. It wasn't bad luck to text? Was it? Derek pulled up the conversation between him and Gabby from the night before and smiled hitting reply. Hello my gorgeous bride to be. I can't wait till we say I do. I just wanted to let you know that, I love you Gabby! Derek laid his phone down and finished putting his tux on as he began working on putting his tie on and tying it.

Emily smiled at Gabby, "You look beautiful, Gabby." Emily told her best friend as she smiled even brighter. Hearing her phone she knew who it was. Leaning over she grabbed it seeing the message from Mark as she smiled. Everything is good baby. You guys ok? Emily looked at Gabby once she laid her phone down and helped fluff the dress up and fix it right. "You're beautiful Gabby." Emily told her best friend and smiled.

Gabby had been checking over herself to make sure she looked out when she heard her phone go off. She was like a little giddy school girl as she walked over to her phone, picking it up to see that Derek had text her. Reading over his words, Gabby put even a brighter smile on her face. Gosh, she couldn't believe that she was about to marry this man. Hello my dashing husband to be, I am counting the minutes till we say I do. I love you Derek Shepherd!" She replied back as looked over to her best friend. "Thank you Emily." She said. "And you look beautiful as well." She commented as she watched her best friend adjust herself in the light pink bridesmaid dress. "That color suits you really well." She said as she got ready to put the veil on her.

Mark looked at the text that Emily sent and smiled. He was glad to see that things were going good, not that he didn't think that wouldn't be going good. Yep, everything is good over here. I think Derek is just ready to get this over with so that he can be married to Gabby lol. Putting his phone back in his pocket, Mark watched as Derek put on his tux. "Very Dashing." He chuckled as he walked over to look at himself in the mirror, making sure that the bowtie looked good. He then turned back to Derek once more, "Let me guess, you just text your bride to be?" He chuckled as he saw the man look at his phone.

Derek grinned, "Yes I did." Derek told his best friend. "You'll be doing the same when you finally propose and commit fully to Emily." Derek winked at his best friend sighing. "Alright I think it's almost time to go out." Derek told Mark checking himself over one more time.

Emily smiled at her, "Thank you, Gabby." Emily told her. "I feel like a whale, but a cute one." Emily giggled smiling as she took and watched her best friend. She saw the message from Mark and smiled. She couldn't wait till her best friend and Derek tied the knot today.

Mark grinned at his best fiend, nodding to him. "You're almost done." He said with a smile. "In 30 minutes, you will be a married man...once more...but one that will live happily ever after." He spoke, chuckling as he patted his arm. "Lets go stand in our places so that you can see your beautiful bride walk down that aisle." He grinned, pulling Derek into a hug for a second. "I'm truly happy for you guys, and don't worry about Emily and I...I'll fully commit to her and propose soon...just wait." He winked, stepping out of the room with the groom.

Gabby rolled her eyes a little, "You're not a whale...you're an adorable pregnant Maid of Honor." She giggled, putting. hand on her best friend's growing bump. "Hi little one. It's Aunt Gabby." She giggled, and placed a sweet kiss on Emily's belly. Looking at the time, Gabby took one deep breath. "Alright, lets go get married." She spoke with a sweet smile as she had Emily help her with the veil. "Ready!" She said confidently. "I'm so excited about this." She exclaimed with a bright smile.

Derek smiled at Mark hugging his best friend back. Nodding his head, “I can’t wait to see that.” Derek smiled at Mark nodding his head. He took and walked out with Mark as he greeted the guests before he took and made his way up front and took his place. Taking a deep breath, he was trying to calm his nerves down but was failing to do so.

Emily smiled, “Thank you, Gab.” Emily hugged her best friend tightly. “Oh, before I forget.” Emily smiled pulling back as she took and removed the heart wing necklace off her neck. “So here we go. Something borrowed.” Emily smiled fasting it around her neck seeing Gabby staring at her. “It was from the first time the two of us met. I still can’t believe that we’re best friends like we were all those years ago.” Emily smiled walking to the doors with her best friend seeing Gabby’s dad as she smiled taking her place in front of her best friend as she glided down the isle seeing people staring as she smiled at them before taking her place beside of where Gabby would be standing in a few short minutes.
