Never Found Anyone Like You

"But you never asked her what she wanted did you? You're our best friend, Remus - you think we're just going to let you ruin everything, she's trying to save you," he whispered softly as he looked at him, 'The potion should be done by the time we get there you start it tomorrow - every day till the full moon and you should be lucid during your transformation.. you won't be able to hurt anyone this would be revolutionary," he said to him softly, "and she did this for you, she'd do everything for you," he murmured as he looked at his long time friend.

She nodded a little, 'It's weird, ever since i can remember i've been able to do simple magic... for me my first time realizing i wasn't normal i was in a really high tree myy neighbors dog had chased me up it; when i tried to get down after it left i fell... i should have hit hard and broken several bones but i stpped short of the ground then hit the ground gently,' she said softly

He sighed, sitting down. “I’m supposed to allow her to ruin her life with me? To be alienated from places because she’s involved with a werewolf? I love her which is why I’m not going to accept her,” He murmured. “She’s welcome here as long as she needs, but nothing more. James has a life to offer Lily. Money, a stable life. You, much as you both deny it, have a future to offer Lucy. You have money, a home, the ability to work... any children you have won’t be plagued with what I’ve been,” He said to him. “I am grateful for the potion, and I will come get her, but I don’t ask me to do more.”

She smiled a little. “Always wondered what it was like for muggleborns, must have been a right surprise for you and your parents,” She said as she brought the tea over. “When I was younger I accidentally hexed my sister, she was getting ready for a date and shoved me out of the bathroom, all of a sudden warts started popping up everywhere, and well... yeah,” She said as she handed the tea to her.

"Then her magic will continue to fail, and her business will go under eventually," he said lightly then sighed a little, "the laws will change, mate you can't keep her like this... it's not fair to either of you," he said to him shaking his head a little. A part of him wanted to pummel him into the ground but he knew Lucy would beat the crap out of him in return.

"Come.. we musn't waste time," he said to him as he apparated back to the house then walked to the alcohol cabinet pouring himself a drink, 'would you like some rosie?" he asked.

"You know I don't drink, Sirius," she said to him with a weak smile as she sighed.

"Well figured I'd try," he shrugged a little.

Lucy looked up as he appeared, Remus appearing a second later. She saw him go straight to the liquor and sighed, pouring the potion into flasks for Remus. “Remus, the potion she made is here, separate by day. All seven are here, I’ll put them in a bag for you,” She murmured. She walked over to Sirius and put her hand on his, making him set the glass down.

Remus walked in and sighed a little. “You’re coming to stay with me for a bit?” He asked softly. “I have a room for you, and you can rest until you’re better,”

"You want me there?" she asked him as she looked at him then sighed, "but I suppose I need to monitor how the potion is reacting, can you make me a poison antedote just in case?" she asked Lucy as she looked up. "Some of the ingedients are... questionable," she mumbled lightly, "But so far it's so good.. I'm not dead yet,"

"You took it?" Sirius asked her furrowing his brow.

"Of course I did, had to make sure it wasn't leathal," she said shrugging. "It's gross as hell but thats about it,"

She stared at her. “I don’t think non werewolves can take that without repercussions,” She murmured. “But sure I’ll make one, I’ll do what I can to speed it up, but it might take a day or so,”

Remus stares ather. “It’s fine, make her the antidote, but I’ll be fine with it. Don’t take anymore,” He told her, standing up. “And well, you’re welcome to stay with me if you want, unless you’d rather stay with Sirius and Lucy,”

She sighed a little closing her eyes, "I'll be there to make sure you're fine," she said to him lightly as she looked down then sighed a little finishing her tea. "I'm ready to go, I'll need to stop by my place to pick up some clothes,"

he sighed, "Are you sure you'll be okay?' Sirius asked her as he looked at her.

"I'll be fine," she said as she looked at him smiling a little then stood up "Just," she stumbled a little then held onto the chair for support.

“I’ll go to your place, traveling by magic alone isn’t something you can do about now,” She murmured. “I’ll get it and send it by floo, just keep an eye on your fireplace,” She said, crossing her arms.

Remus sighed a little, bit believing he was responsible for this. “I’ll help you then,” He murmured, walking over and helping her lean on him. He sighed, leading her toward the fireplace.

“Lay her down almost immediately when you arrive,” She said seriously

When she arrived at remus's home she sighed a little, "I'm sorry to burden you like this,' she said to him softly as she looked at him, 'it wasn't my intention, I know you don't really want me here," Rosalie murmured as she walked to the spare bedroom leaning against the wall as she went.

Sirius sighed, "do you think she'd ever move on?" he asked as he looked at lucy.

She sighed a little. “I don’t know,” She murmured, apparating to Rose’s home and then apparating back. She set the things into a bag and set it in the fireplace, calling out Remuses home and watching as it disappeared. She turned back around and began cleaning up, using her wand to send things to the kitchen. “Where’s that dreaded house elf,” She murmured, shaking her head a little.

He sighed. “That’s not true, I just wish it were under different circumstances.” He said as the fire glowed green and her bag appeared, he went over to get it and set it onto the floor of the spare room. “Is... there anything you need?”

"no, not right now," she said to him as she sat on the bed then looked around the room then looked at her wand wishing she could do....something. she laid down and played with the bracelet on on her wrist - the one he'd given her in sixth year.

He looked at her, "I'm not sure, but I do know he hates you for whatever reason," he snorted a little.

She sighed a little and shook her head. “I’m sure he doesn’t like anyone that isn’t a sad life sucking human being,” She murmured, turning out of the room and getting a drink. “Why did you come back and start drinking?”

He stood in the doorway and sighed. “I’m surprised you still have that,” He mumbled. “Thought for sure you’d give it away.”

"I would never," she whispered softly, "its the memory that lets me cast my patronus," she told him honestly as she looked up at him then back at the bracelet, "I was stupid to think you could ever love me...it was just a school yard fling and I got too caught up," she whispered softly as she sniffled a little. "But I'd have fallen in love with you I think even if you an actual monster - like a vampire or something; but you're not a monster... your just a man who has stigma attached to you; you were four years old... it's unfair,'

He sighed a little, "I'm angry," he said as he looked down, "He says it's the best for her, that he is a monster doesn't want to pass down the gene and he won't give her the chance to say what she wants," he said to him.

She sighed. “We can’t understand what he’s going through, but we have to hope she gets through to him. I know you’re angry, but this is Rosalie’s fight, she has to make him see. Because I know for a fact, he wants to be able to have what James has. Or even us, but he’s scared.”

He looked down and sighed, going over and sitting by the bed. “You need to work on cheering yourself up. It’s the most important thing now,” He murmured. “You have to,”

'What if i.. what if i give him money enough so they can support themselves - he is worried about providing for her, what if i give him a trust,' he offered as he wet his lips.

She looked at him then reached out to him, 'will you lay with me?" she asked softly - not very sure he would but she wished he would just hold her like he used to. she missed him.

He shook his head slowly. “No. I’ll sit with you, though,” He murmured, sitting in the edge of the bed and sighing.

She nodded. “Like James already is? But okay. Say you add to what James is giving him. Was that the main thing?” She asked softly, going up the stairs to the sitting room.

he sighed a little, 'he is worried about... a lot of things, he thinks she could do better,' he said to her lightly as he followed her, 'I don't think it's fair he hasn't asked her what she wants - its like hhe wants to be lonely and morbid- what would he do if she went out and found'erself a new bloke..' he said to her.

She stared at him for a moment, she was angry, "I love you,' she told him ,'I don't care about what other people think actually it's the furtherst thing from my mine - my parents adore you, my siblings love you and they know... i'm not asking for a lot, i can support us and then when the laws change you can work too if its what you want," she said to him softly as she looked at him.

"Money or luxury isn't a necessity for me," she told him gently, "I just want you, "

“Then he would have to hurt. But I doubt she’ll let him go, why would she? She loves him and only wants him, she’ll never give up. He will give into her or they will remain apart together.” She murmured, going to get ingredients for her potions and heading back down the stairs.

She pulled out three cauldrons and began to heat them, adding what was needed for both. “And you, I know you want to help. But you’re going to need to let them work it out. Because I know you wanted to beat Remus earlier.”

He sighed a little. “Any children we had? What about them?” He asked softly. “I won’t put a child through this. Nor would I want to keep you from having children.”

'there is not garuntee they'd have the gene and even if they did ...remus i made that potion for you i'd make it for them too - or ...we could adopt,' she said to him softly as she looked at him , "How many wizard children are abandoned because of being who they are? we'd have a house full,' she told him softly as she looked at him then sighed a little. 'Research is still being done on the werewolf gene but there has been multiple studies that show in order for it to be passed it has to be through the mother, if the mother carries the gene then... then the child possesses the ability to turn during a full moon,'

rosalie sighed as she closed her eyes a little then groaned as she felt sick, 'we'd make it work.... unless you really don't love me... then I'm looking really desparate right now,"

He sighed a little, 'she'll become a muggle," he murmured softly as he finished his drink, "or she'll move on and he'll avoid us all completely,' he said to her then wet his lips a little,"she wants kids, badly - you know?" he said to her, "She told me one night, said she'd loved to have five or six kids,"

She used her wand to start the potions, brewing them all and stirring them. “Much as you’d like to lock them in a closet, once again, this isn’t your fight. Rosalie is strong, Remus doesn’t stand a chance. It will work out, I know it will. Now, do me a favor, I want some firewhiskey, but I want to get these going first. Can you grab me the ingredients from the cupboard?”

He shook his head. “Rosalie we don’t need to be having this conversation now, you should just rest. Please. You know I care, I just want you safe,” He said softly. “I’ve made my decision, leave it be. Do you want to talk about something else?”
