Longmire

((Skipping to morning))

Walt was up before Vic. He had made them some eggs and bacon and biscuits. He took and put the pot of coffee on as he rubbed the back of his neck lightly. He smiled to himself still in shock that him and Vic had ended up together, it was something that he'd wanted for so long and it'd finally happened.

Cady slowly opened her eyes up to see the fire out, and Branch holding her tightly. Smiling she leaned over kissing his lips lightly and smiled. She took and stretched a little looking around at the beautiful outdoor nature around them as she smiled.

Vic laid there, still sleeping. However, she finally woke when she realized that she was the only one in bed. Opening her eyes, she started to wonder where Walt went off to. However, her question was quickly answered when she heard movement in the kitchen. Slowly sitting up and stretching, Vic got out of the bed, finally stepping out of the bedroom to the kitchen. "Good Morning." She said as she stood behind Walt, wrapping her arms around his waist from behind. "You're up early." She smirked.

Branch smiled, keeping his arms around her waist. When she leaned into him, Branch kept kissing her, not wanting to stop. Looking around, he just enjoyed the scenery. It was absolutely perfect, and just being with Cady made him SO happy. "Cady, this is absolutely perfect." He finally spoke.

Walt smiled looking back at Vic, "I couldn't sleep. So I took and came down here to fix us some food." Walt smiled turning around and hugging Vic as he lent down kissing her lips softly.

Cady looked up at Branch and smiled, "Yes it is. I wouldn't have this no other way." Cady admitted to Branch and smiled beamingly.

Vic smiled, kissing her softly on the lips. "Well I am starving." She chuckled as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "And I was lonely in the bed, so I figured I would find out where my bed partner was. "What are you cooking for breakfast?" She asked softly.

Branch grinned, "Oh I figured." Looking at her, he just smiled seeing her smile beamingly. "Well my dear, is there anything you would like to do?" He asked softly as he held her in his arms.

"Biscuits, Eggs, and Bacon." Walt smirked. "And coffee is brewing." He told her leaning in and kissing her lips. "Lonely, huh?" Walt smiled holding her close. "You're not anymore." He chuckled.

Cady looked at Branch and smiled. "I have to get home, and get ready. I have a meeting this morning with a client." Cady smiled leaning over kissing Branch's lips.

Vic blushed a little, "Yes lonely." She said as she leaned in, kissing him. "But you're right I'm not anymore." She giggled, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Walt Longmire I can't remember the last time I was this happy." She said as she buried her face into his chest.

"You want to interrupt this special moment." Branch chuckled as he kissed her softly on the lip. "Now, Cady Longmire, why on earth would you want to do that?" He asked with a small laugh.

"Wasn't you this happy with Shawn?" Walt questioned her holding her close as he finished up their food and kissed her lips.

Cady looked at him kissing his lips lightly. "Because this client has a child involved. And I know you gotta be at the station. Or my dad might hurt you." She warned smiling at Branch climbing into his lap and smirking straddling his lap.

Looking up at Walt, Vic buried her face into his chest. She felt awful to admit, let alone say the she wasn't this happy with Shawn. Sure things in the beginning had been good, but after a while because she was so devoted to her job, that turned out to be a different story. Finally looked up at him, Vic sighed and smiled at him "I was happy with Shawn for a while, but then something changed and it just wasn't the same after that." She explained as she rested a hand on his chest.

Branch chuckled a little, knowing that she was right. "And why Cady Longmire, do you always have to be right." He laughed as he kissed her softly on the lips as she climbed onto his lap. "You do realize you're making this hard for me to let you leave to go home." He laughed.

"I understand." Walt smiled leaning down and kissing her lips. "I'm just glad we're getting a chance together." he smiled.

Cady laughed, "Mmm, I know. But it's so fun to tease you when I know we both have to go. It makes you more fun the next time in bed." Cady whispered nipping his neck.

Vic smiled, kissing Walt once more. She pulled back, listening to his words and just smiled. There was something about Walt Longmire that just made Vic smiled and she never wanted to stop kissing him.

Branch smiled and groaned a little, knowing that Cady was right. "You should go." He said softly as he kissed her on the lips. "Before I change my mind." He laughed.

Walt smiled kissing her as he held her close. Leaning back from the kiss he smiled. "We should eat and get ready to head to the office." He told her smiling at her.

Cady laughed and leaned in kissing him one more time. "Come by the office and we'll go do lunch." She told him before heading up to her car. Once she got to it she looked back and smiled as she got inside and headed into town to her home to get ready before going into her office.

Vic groaned a little, going into the office was the last thing that she wanted to do now. "Yeah...I guess we should." She said as she leaned in to Walt once more and kissed her on the lips. Quickly finding something to eat,Vic quickly went to get dressed, ready for the day.

Branch smiled at her, nodding to her request. "I will be more than happy to come by the office later." He winked before watching her leave to head to her car. After she was gone, Branch started getting ready for the day. Once he was ready, Branch made his way to the Sheriff's Office, looking a little confused when it was only Ferg in the office.

Walt took and looked at Vic and smiled. Once he was ready he smiled at her "You ready?" He smiled at her.

Cady took and walked into the Sheriff's office wanting to talk to her dad about something and stopped. Looking around her dad was always here before anyone. "Um... Did I miss something?" Cady questioned staring at Branch and Ferg.

Ferg shrugged his shoulders when Cady asked where her father was. "That's a good question." He said with a small smirk. "It's really unlike him to not be the first one here...should we call him?" He then asked.

Branch was looking over at Vic's desk, noticing that she wasn't here either, which was ready as well. He looked to Ferg, shaking his head. "No, I think Walt is okay." He said, looking at the younger deputy then at his red-headed girlfriend. "Sweetheart I'm sure your dad will be in here in just a few minutes." He said with a bright smile.

Vic looked to Walt, checking herself one more time. You would have thought it was Vic's first day at the Sheriff's office as she stood there fidgeting with her clothing and hair. She finally stopped herself, mentally scolding herself for being so jittery. Turning to Walt, Vic smiled at him and nodded. "Yes." She said sweetly. "Let's go."

Walt smiled and walked out with her. Keeping her close it wasn't long till they were at the station. Once inside he noticed Ferg, Branch, and Cady staring at them. He cleared his throat, "Get to work." Walt ordered as he hugged his daughter and walking into the office with his daughter and speaking with her a moment.

"What's going on sweetheart?" Walt questioned her.

"Um, I am not sure. Like I have an idea dad. But not fully sure." Cady fidgeted.

"What is it Cady?" Walt questioned.

"I think I might be pregnant... and I am not sure on how to tell Branch yet." Cady whispered.

"Wait what?" Walt questioned as Branch opened the door up and Walt's eyes narrowed into slits.

Vic didn't say a word as she walked inside the station with Walt by her side. She hid her face a little as she tried to keep herself from blushing or at least showing her blush. Still staying silent, the young blonde moved quietly over to her desk instantly looking over whatever papers were on her desk If there was one thing she told herself that she was going to do, it was going to be relaxed about being in this relationship with Walt. Right now, the only two people who needed to worry about it was her and him. Watching as Walt and Cady walked towards Walt's office, Vic couldn't help but wonder what was going on; however, she knew that this was not the time to play noisy.

Branch looked a little confused as well as he watched Walt and Vic step in at the same time. He wouldn't dare question it, but there was definitely some small flags waving up in the air. Noticing how quiet Vic was, Branch just smirked to himself before going back to whatever it was he was going over with Ferg. However, that quickly changed when Cady asked to see her father in his office. He felt like something was up, and he felt it was a little odd that he didn't know what it was...or at least he had a hunch that he didn't what it was. Just then they got a call about someone needed law enforcement. At the cue, Branch knew he needed to let Walt know, even though he felt like it was something he and Ferg could handle. Going to Walt's door, he quickly knocked before walking in. When he opened the wooden door, he was a little surprised seeing Walt's narrow eyes staring directly at him. The only thing that ran through Branch's mind at this point was What the hell happened? Shaking his head to himself, Branch rose an eyebrow to the older man. "Uh, Walt, everything okay?" He asked.

Walt narrowed his eyes at Branch, "What do you want Branch?" Walt questioned.

Cady patted her dad's arm, "Dad." Cady mumbled staring at Branch and smiling a little. "Well Branch..." Cady walked towards her boyfriend and took his hands into his own. "Well, um." Cady mumbled a little bit. "I'm pregnant." She told him.

Branch blinked his eyes, he was a little shocked. "P-P-P-Pregnant?!?!?" He said, slightly. He just stared at her, a little surprised when he heard the words. He was having a hard time letting it register in his mind.
