The Vengeful Ones

Danny shrugged, "I don't care what we watch." He informed her, before taking a huge bite out of his burger. "Whatever is playing is fine with me." He knew he was out of touch when it came to movies, usually he'd take his dates to Rom coms and mac out. But he actually wanted to please Nova so he was open to her suggestion. Scary movies were things his buddies would drag him to when they weren't doing anything.

Jaelynn furrowed her brow, "shouldn't you want me to come to your show and support you?" She questioned, "and beside if I couldn't go to the show means I couldn't go to the party either." She told him, taking the her last bite. Then backing up the rest of her food, she'd finish it later. Then sat back and looked at him, she knew that if she was going to be his girlfriend she'd have to put more effort into liking his music.

Nova looked at him, "Okay we will watch that then." She said, smiling. Nova ran her fingers through her hair once she was done eating. She finished her drink, watching him pay for their food. "Alright, lets go." She said. She got up and smiled as he took her hand.

Ryker chuckled, "Of course I want you to be there." He said. "I just don't want you to feel like I am pressuring you into anything." He explained to her. He took a sip of his soda, "Did you want to head back to the house?" He asked her.

Danny smiled as he watched her eat, he'd never been out with a woman that actually ate her food. Normally they'd order a salad or take the food to go. He'd never understood why women felt the need to hide eating. But he didn't dwell on it as he ate his food and once done he paid for their meal. Grabbing her hand he lead her out of the dinner, and down the road towards the theater. "So any plans for this coming up weekend?" He questioned, knowing he'd be playing his first gig. He'd really like it if she was there.

Jaelynn smiled at him before nodding. She knew that as a girlfriend she should want to please him. Even if it meant doing things she didn't want to or enjoy. "Yeah, lets go." She told him, before standing she grabbed her unfinished food and drink. Before following him out the door. "Thank you," she told him as he held the door for her.

Nova shook her head, "I don't have any plans. Well, That I know of anyway." She said, laughing a little. "I don't know if this whole living with Jaelynn thing means I have to participate in her family or not." She said. "I hope not." She told him as they walked. She held his hand, smiling as they got to the movie theater and got their tickets and drinks.

Ryker nodded, "You're welcome." He said as he walked with her. He smirked as he walked with her back to his house. He walked inside then sat down and turned on the tv, finding something for them to watch.

Danny smiled at her, he knew what living with strict parents was like. But he knew it was better than ever having been hit by one. "Well if your not chained to the family, I'd like you to come to the show this weekend." He knew that she'd more than likely go any ways. But he wanted her there for him and wanted her to know she was wanted. He paid for their movie, before opening the door and letting her in, then stood in line to get them a drink for the movie.

Jaelynn let out a soft yawn as she sat next to him watching what ever was playing. Even though it wasn't something she would have normally pick for herself she was still absorbed into it. But she couldn't help but feel tired, after all she'd woke up this morning not feeling well she figured it was just her bodies way of telling her to take it easy. Peering over at Ryker she noticed he was zoned into the tv, smiling softly she shuffled closer to him. Weaseling herself under his arm she rested her head against his should as she cuddled into his side. Letting her attention return back to the tv.

Nova smiled at him, "Okay, I would love to come watch you." She said. She walked into the movie and sat with him. She smiled as he put his arm around her. She took a sip of her drink as she watched the previews.

Ryker smiled as he felt Jaelynn rested her head on him. He let his arm go around her as they watched tv. He was so happy that she was comforable being close to him.

Danny smiled at her before taking his seat, "great." He whispered knowing they wouldn't be talking much in here. Finding them a good spot he sat down smiling as he slipped his arm around her. Turning to face the big screen before him. This wasn't one he was dying to see but he'd enjoy the trill none the less.

Jaelynn smiled as she felt him pull her closer, letting her self relax. Feeling herself slowly starting to drift off she didn't fight it. She had no idea when her parent would be back so taking a nap while hanging out with Ryker wouldn't be that big of an issue as it would have been if he was just a boy and not their friend's son.

Nova smiled as she felt his arm go around her and the movie played. She took a sip of her drink and rested her head on his shoulder. She was glad she was getting to spend more time with him. She just hoped that Jaeylnn's parents wouldn't try to keep her away from him.

Ryker was surprised when Jaelynn fell asleep. He watched the movie and decided to let her sleep. He figured if he let her sleep then he wouldn't have to worry about her being upset with him or him saying something that would make her mad.

Danny watched the movie as it progressed, he could easily say this wasn't his cup of tea. Most of the times scary movies kept him interested, but his mind was far from the action on the screen. Which in turned led him to getting bored with the show, though from a look at Nova he noticed her interest. But that didn't stop him from giving her his attention. First it started with him messing with lose strands of hair, then next he was gently rubbing her exposed skin doing his best to get her attention.

Loud chatter stirred Jaelynn from her slumber. Blinking away her sleep she lifted her head before looking at Ryker. "Why did you let me sleep?" She asked softly, curiously. The noise that woke her was coming from their parent's having arrived. They were wrapped up in their own conversions to bother with the two in the living room. Though she managed to make out they were planing a cookout.

Nova smiled as she felt Danny's fingers move over her skin. She looked at him, noticing he was more interested in her than the movie. Nova kissed him, feeling him kiss her back. She smiled against his lips as they kissed.

Ryker smiled, "Well, i figured you seems pretty tired." He said. He moved away from her as her parents came in. He was glad that they were planning another time for them to hang out. Ryker felt like he was getting Jaelynn to like him more.

Danny smirked as her lips touched his, glad she'd taken the hint he wasn't wanting to watch the movie anymore. Lifting his hand he caressed her cheek before cupping the back of her neck, letting him pull her closer. Letting her take control of the kiss he found himself relaxing into her. It was far better than any movie.

Jaelynn nodded softly, "thanks, I guess." She mumbled noticing how he put space between them. Raising a brow she turned to notice their mother's had entered the room, rolling her eyes she turned to look at the tv. She wasn't going to be able to talk much with him, and she sure the hell wasn't about to deal with her mother. She was always expecting her to act a certain way in front of people and her friends.
