Niko sighed as Kirby started up the stairs. He followed her and walked into the bedroom. He leaned against the doorway as she drank her wine. "I'm sorry this shit happened." He said to her. He knew that she was really excited about winning.

Mina looked over at him as he laid down next to her, then let him pull her close. She nodded, "Yea i'm fine. She will get over it." She said. She understood Kirby being upset, but she didn't know that song was going to be leaked. It sucked she couldn't even be happy about that fast of a success. "It's just weird because.." She paused and moved so she was facing him better. "Kirby is the only one who knew about that song." She explained to Jace. "I didn't even tell you." she said.

Kirby climbed under the covers, her puppy in her lap as she turned on the TV, drinking the wine fast. "I thought it was going to be my first number one" she said softly, stroking gizmos head. She sighed softly, looking over at Jace. "I mean... She totally just done this to spite me... She never told me she was releasing that song, she said she wanted to wait and hopefully it would be song of the summer" she said flatly, taking another large drag from the wine.

"Oh yeah?" Jace asked, raising an eyebrow. "What do you think that means?" He asked, playing with her hair softly as they spoke.

Niko sighed as he shut the door and sat down beside of her, "I'm sure that you will get another number one song." He explained. "I'm just shocked her song went up that fast. She was with us the whole time." He said, shrugging.

Mina shrugged, "I don't know. I don't understand why she would release it because it literally screwed her over." She said as she relaxed as she felt his fingers go through her hair. "It sucks though because I wanted to wait to release that." She said, laughing a little.

Kirby's eyes narrowed slightly as she looked at him "Are you defending her?" she asked, taking another drink. "I mean, she had to have authorised it Niko.. its not like a song can just leak on to itunes... I mean youtube or something fair enough but to be in the charts.. that was an official release Niko." she said, her voice quiet. She sighed loudly, scrolling down through her twitter feed. "Im just sick of her Nik, I'm sick of her always having the upperhand"

Jace frowned sligtly "You really think she would get it released Mina? i mean.. it seems like a lot of work to go to.. and she seemed pretty devastared" he said gently, following it with a shrug. "But I mea, you have been spending more time with her than me lately so you would know"

Niko shook his head, "No I am not defending her. I'm just trying to be rational because I really dont want to lose Jace as a friend Kirby. I mean I work with him and no offense but he was my friend long before you were in the picture. He my best friend." He said, looking at his hands. "and if putting up with Mina's shit it was he wants me to do then I will." He said.

Mina shrugged, "I dont know. I'm gonna find out though." She said. "I will talk to my manager when we get back to Cali." She said. "But I really dont want to talk about Kirby for the rest of the night if that is okay with you." She said as she ran her finger tips over his cheek before she kissed him.

Kirby sighed, holding her hands to her temples. "I don't want to lose him either Niko, and I mean I still have to go back on tour with Mina, I signed a contract... but can you just be on my side for like, 12 hours?" she asked. It annoyed her a little that Jace was willing to completely turn his back on Niko and her for Mina but Niko still wouldn't completely take her side for fear he might upset Jace. she sighed softly, turning her attention to the puppy as she forced herself not to cry again, she hated being so sensitive.

Jace nodded "That's perfectly fine by me babe, you wanna watch a christmas movie?" he asked, sitting up and pulling Mina in to his lap, holding her close to his chest as he kissed her forhead. "You are so beautiful, you know that?"

Niko frowned, "I am on your side Kirby. What the fuck do you want me to do? Go tell her to take her song of Iturnes? Fucking go yell at her and make her feel worse. tell me what you want?" He asked.

Mina nodded, "Sure." She said as she let him pull her into his lap. She kissed him when he called her beautiful, "Yea?" She asked him as she kissed him again. "You're not so bad yourself." She teased him before she kissed him deeply.

Kirby stared at him for a couple of seconds before she let loose "Act like my fucking fiancé Niko! You are trying to rationalise Mina, the girl who you called a spoiled bitch, coming in to rip the rug out from under my feet just because you are afraid that Jace might be mad at you. Meanwhile, Jace just quite literally kicked us out of his house to stick up for a girl he has known less than six months just because he loves her" she said, staring at him shaking her head as she waited for it to sink in.

Jace chuckled as he kissed her back, his hands wandering up her back as he pulled her tight against him,his hand beginning to fumble with the hook of her bra.

Niko looked at her, "Fine." He said. He walked out and drove to Jace's house. He knocked on the door, frowning as Jace opened it. "We need to talk now." He said. He stepped outside with his friend, "This whole Mina shit has got to stop." He said. "I'm so sick of fucking people defending her over Kirby. You have known the girl for five months. Four of them she did nothing but treat you like shit and use you as a booty call. so I'm going to out this out there now. "You are either friends with Kirby and me or your with her." He said, glaring at Jace. He couldnt handle Kirby being hurt all the time. "And if you choose her. You wont be coming to use when she dumps your ass because you upset her." He said.

Mina let him take her Bra off then kissed him again. She stopped when she heard someone knock on the door. She sighed as she moved away from him let him got get it. She took her dress off and looked for her pajamas. She frowned when she glanced out the window and seen Niko and Jace yelling at each other. She grabbed her phone and texted Kirby. What is your problem? You literally sent Niko over here to make Jace feel bad? Grow up Kirby. This whole poor me shit is getting real old. She sent the text and sat down on Jace's bed.

Kirby stood staring at the empty doorway for a minute before she reacted. "Where the fuck are you going?" She called out, running on to the landing, but by the time she got there he was gone. She sighed and went back in to her room, slamming the door and picking up her wine. She noticed Gizmo burying himself under the covers, whining. She picked him up holding him to her chest. "Oh baby I'm so sorry, it's okay" she whispered, feeling bad that her and Niko had scared him. She picked up her phone as it buzzed, still clutching the puppy.

She sighed reading the message, but at least she knew where Niko had gone. I didn't send him over there Mina, it was his choice. she replied, tossing the phone to the end of the bed as she slugged down the remainder of the wine bottle.

Jace laughed snidely at Niko "oh yeah, now you care about Kirby's feelings?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "come off of tyour high horse Niko" Jace tainted shaking his head at his friend. "You don't need to make an ultimatum out of this Niko.. I don't want to have to pick and choose. If your girlfriend could just keep her mouth shut instead of throwing a hissy fit when she doesn't get her way everything would have been fine" Jace said.

Mina rolled her eyes and tossed her phone on the floor. She ran her hands over her face and groaned.

She looked over as Jace came back into his room, "Is everything okay?" she asked.

Niko rolled his eyes, "Yea Kirby is the one causing the issue. Not your back stabbing booty call up there." He said. "Whatever Jace dont fuckkng talk to me unless it is about the band. When you pull your head out of Mina's ass let us know." He said before he for back in his car and headed back to Kirby's house. He walked into her room, finding her. "Dont fucking talk to that bastard again." He said.

Jace groaned, waiting to hear Niko's car pull away. "He's just being a dick, trying to fight on Kirby's behalf" he said, rolling his eyes as he sat back down on the bed next to her. He didn't like fighting with Niko, they we're best friends, but he didn't like how him and Kirby we're talking shit about Mina either.

"So where were we?" He teased softly, pulling her in to his lap.

Kirby nodded at him as he walked in. "Have a drink with me Niko.. it's just you and me, you can't do anything wrong. I just really want to be drunk with you right now" she said with a soft giggle, kissing his jaw.

Mina smiled as he pulled her into his lap. "Hmmm...I believe we were right here." She said as she took her bra off before she kissed him, letting her hands move down his chest. She pulled his shirt off then kissed along his neck.

Niko shook his head, "No thank babe. Really I'm not drinking anymore." He said. He kissed her, "We can hang out though." He said as he pulled her close and kissed her deeply.

Jace chuckled, pulling her t-shirt off over her head as he began to kiss down along her collar bone. "have I told you that you're beautiful?" He teased, as he gently teased her nipple between his teeth.

Kirby kissed him back, her hand running in to his hair. She pulled away gently her lips only millimeters from his "I'm a little drunk" she whispered with a cheeky giggle as if it was a secret.

Mina smiled, "I think you have." She teased him, moaning as she felt his mouth on her nipple. "Jace." She breathed as her fingers moved through his hair.

Niko chuckled, "Yea I think so." He said as he kissed her softly. He sat down and pulled her into his lap. "So what do you want to do for the next two days?" He asked.

Kirby thought for a second "I don't really know... I mean.. if you want we can take the car up to blue mountain, spend the night in the cabin?" She asked him, wrapping her arms around his neck as she smiled at him.

Mina pouted when he pulled his hand away for the fourth time, "Babe!" She whined, seeing him smirk. She put her hand on his chest and pushed him so he was laying back on the bed. "You're not funny you know." She teased him before she kissed him deeply and moved her hips against his. She kissed along his neck as she unbuttoned his Jean's and pushed them down.

Niko smiled, "That actually sounds like a really good idea." He said as he kissed her, running his fingers through her hair. "We can get away from everything and relax." He said.

Jace chuckled as Mina began to whine, kicking his feet to slide his pants off as she unbuttoned them. Slowly he slipped her underwear down her legs and began to pleasure her, slowly slipping his finger in to her.

Kirby nodded, letting her head relax aganist his chwst, petting her puppy as it climbed in to her lap. "I think we should get married in February" she stated, tilting her head to look up at him.

We're finished the tour in February, unless it gets extended.. but I'm not really sure I want to extend" she said honestly, her words slurring a little. "I mean.. the California weather will be just the perfect temperature.. warm but not so warm wverybody will look sweaty and uncomfortable.. or I mean... If you wanted to come home there will probably still be some snow up by the cabins" she told him gently, playing with her hair.
