A Royal Love

Sighing to herself, Cheryl took a deep breath as she looked at the doctor listing to what she was telling her. She couldn't believe her ears on what she was saying. Shaking her head lightly she looked at her once more unsure of what she was saying. Harry had a unexpected meeting and had missed coming with her.

Getting set up with another doctor, she took and made her way slowly towards the door as she left. Going home, she walked inside to see Harry pulling up. Walking onward she sat down on the sofa seeing Harry enter as she smiled. "Was everything ok, for the unexpected meeting to be called?" She questioned her boyfriend.

Harry sighed. 'Yeah, but I am glad to be home." He sat down and plopped down on the couch. "Sorry I had to miss the doctor's appointment. How are you feeling? What did the doctor say?" He asked.

Cheryl glanced over at him and smiled softly. Unsure of where to take the conversation she bit on her lip. "It went good." Cheryl told him softly. "Good news is, no virus or anything." She assured Harry.

"No virus. That's good." He then looked to her, raising an eyebrow. "What is it then?"

Cheryl stared at her boyfriend for a long second. Running a hand through her long, black hair. A faint sigh escaped her lips. "There is going to be a royal baby in seven months." Cheryl told him.

"A what?" He said with wide eyes. 'A baby?" He didn't know what to think about this. Yes he was happy but at the same time, they weren't married. "Are you sure?"

Glancing at him she felt the tears and blinked them back. Clearing her throat she rose to her feet, "Yes, Harry. A baby." Cheryl snapped at him. "A tiny little human, is growing inside of my stomach." She yelled out raising her hands above her head in an angry manner.

Seeing her snap at him threw the young prince off. He didn't know what to say. He frowned, feeling awful. "Cheryl...calm down..."

Cheryl narrowed her eyes at Harry, "Calm down?!" She yelled louder. "Get out!" Cheryl shouted watching him go towards the door. "I can tell by your reaction. Just get out!" Cheryl croaked out seeing him scurry out the door. Slamming the door in his face, she lent into the door feeling the tears fall as she closed her eyes sliding down the door slowly. She'd met his family, and loved them as they loved her.

Of course they wanted the two, to wed. But he'd never mentioned or asked her about it. Feeling all the emotions hitting her, she dropped her head crying. She was thrilled about the baby inside of her. She just wasn't sure if anyone else would be.

Harry stood there, staring at the door. This didn't not go planned and his reaction was not taking the right way. He frowned as he walked to his car. He climbed inside, just waiting for a phone call. He didn't want to bother her, but he knew that they needed to talk.

Few days oassed by as Cheryl say cureld on her sofa. Listing to her mom talking to her. She kind of tuned it out. Sighing she looked at her phone not seeing one missed text or call.

Harry had waited for her to reach out, but when she didn't he got worried. He finally thought about giving her a call, and then settled on texting her.

Hey baby. Please call me. I love you.

Seeing her phone light up. Cheryl glanced over grabbing it. Seeing the message she sighed softly. She knew they needed to talk. They needed to figure this out. Especially on how to tell his father, grandmother, brother, and her parents.

Come over. We need to talk this out. We need to figure everything out.

Harry didn't waste a single minute more. He got up, got his keys, then drove over to her apartment. He knocked on the door, waiting for her to answer.

Walking over to the door glad her mother had left. Cheryl pulled the door open stepping aside to allow Harry inside. Pushing the door up. She walked over to the sofa and sat down staring at Harry.

Harry sat down, staring at Cheryl. "Baby, I am sorry. I should have reacted better. I am really happy fo this baby, just surprised and my reaction came out wrong."

Staring at him she felt the tears wailing up in her eyes. "What are we going to do?" Cheryl questioned him. "Your family won't be happy. We're not engaged. We're not married. This is a disaster." She croaked out as the tears began falling from her dark brown eyes.

"Then we get married. I've been wanting to marry you anyway." Harry spoke with such honesty. "I was just waiting for the perfect time." He said as he pulled out the ring. "Cheryl...would you do the honest of becoming my wife?"

Staring at Harry in shock. Cheryl sat there stunned. Bringing her right hand to cover her mouth. The tears poured out of her eyes. "Oh my lord." She whispered smiling at Harry. "Yes, of course." Cheryl smiled.

Harry reached for her hand, putting the ring on her finger. He then kissed her and smiled. "I love you."
