Tae smiled and wiped his face. “Thanks Mina..” he said and started eating. “Can I borrow your car?” He asked Namjoon. “Sure but why?” He asked. “Rina wants to meet for lunch and I figured I’d pick her up, if that’s okay?” He asked. Namjoon smiled. “Of course, just make sure to bring us back something.” He chuckled.

“Rina can I talk to you?” Jungkook said softly but didn’t move. Rina got up and he pulled her into the living room. “What’s wrong?” She asked softly. “I had an accident...in Yoongi’s bed...I don’t want to tell him because I know how mad he gets sometimes..” he said softly. “It’s okay, you go eat and I’ll take care of it. I put your plate in the microwave.” She said, kissing his forehead. “Thank you unnie.” He said and hugged her before going into the kitchen.

Rina went back to Yoongi’s room and stripped his bed, using some cleaning products on the mattress and then turning the air on so it would dry faster while she went to pick out new linen for the bed.

Mina shook her head at Namjoon, smiling at him. Soon she finished eating and could no longer wait to get high. She excused herself from the guys and went into her bedroom Mina went found her stash that she hides from Namjoon and went into their private bathroom, locking the door so no one could come in. She slid down to the floor and began prepping the heroin to be injected.

Taehyung looked at Mina when she left and then looked at Namjoon who was staring at her like he was in love with her. "How do you and Mina have such a strong relationship? And why haven't you asked her out yet?" He asked, curious to know.

Yoongi watched Jungkook grab his plate then sat down at the table, and began eating quietly. Usually Yoongi didn't mind the quiet, but he hated it when he knew something was wrong. "Kook, I've noticed that your nightmares has been getting worse lately...are you out of your medicine? Or do you need a stronger prescription? You know you can tell me Kook." Yoongi said softly. He didn't want it to sound like he was being mean, especially since his tone of voice can come out sounding mean or sarcastic.

Namjoon watched her leave before looking at Tae. “I haven’t asked her out yet because I’m afraid of what might happen to our friendship if a relationship didn’t work out. I do love her, a lot, I might even be in love with her but I’m probably denying it...do you think I should ask her out?” He asked Taehyung.

Jungkook looked at him. “I’ve been out of it for the last eight months...I’m sorry I didn’t say anything...I didn’t want to go back to the doctors...they almost killed me last time, if it wasn’t for Jin they probably would have succeeded.” He said as he looked down. “Are you mad at me?” He asked softly, trying not to cry. He didn’t want to upset any of his hyungs, especially Yoongi.

Mina took the syringe out of the baggy and filled it up with the melted heroin substance. She then took out the elastic band and wrapped it around her arm tight so she get the perfect veign to appear. Once finding it, she injected the drug into her system, sitting there until she reached the high she wanted.

"You guys practically act like a couple anyways, I don't see why it would go bad. Besides you two have some sort of history together that keeps you close." Taehyung said before getting up, "I should probably start getting ready to meet Rina." He said then walked into the living room and saw that Mina had washed, dried, and folded his clothes for him. He was grateful for Mina and Namjoon. They were pretty much like parents to him.

Yoongi shook his head and hugged the younger boy. "No, I'm not mad at you. I don't blame you for not wanting to go to the doctor. I would have killed him for hurting you like he did. Thankfully Jin is level headed and handled the situation." Yoongi said then had Jungkook look at him, "Rina and I are working on getting you your medicine. Just next time and in the future, please let me or Rina know when you run out, so we can quickly refill your prescription. I don't want you to keep suffering like you have been." He said, then kissed his forehead

Namjoon smiled. “I think you’re right, Tae, thanks for the talk.” He said and walked over to the drawer and pulled out his car keys and some cash. “Here, take my car and pick up Rina and here’s some money for lunch. I just need the car back by 3 because I have to work at the gas station at 4.” He said, ruffling the boys hair. “Have fun.” He said before going to find Mina.

Rina had just finished making Yoongi’s bed whenever her phone rang. She thought it might be Taehyung but was surprised to hear her sister’s voice. “Hi Akira, I’m at Yoongi’s...mhm...well I’ll ask, I’m sure he won’t mind. Jungkook is here too.” She said into the phone. “Wait a moment, let me go ask.” She said and walked back into the kitchen.

“Yoongi hyung, is it okay if Akira comes over and does her studies here? She doesn’t want to go home after school because my step mom is at work.” Rina said.

“Can she hyung?” Jungkook asked, his mood seemed to improve hundred percent when Rina mentioned her sister Akira.

"Thanks Namjoon hyung. And tell Mina unnie I said thank you as well." Taehyung said before leaving their place to pick up Rina.

Mina heard the front door close. She quickly got up and cleaned her mess and put away her stash back in it's hiding place. She then quickly tried to make herself presentable by washing her face, brushing her teeth, brushing her hair up into a bun. Once Mina thought she looked better, she opened the bathroom door to see Namjoon walking into their bedroom. She smiled softly before speaking. "Taehyung left? Does he seem to be in better spirits?" Min asked.

Yoongi looked at Jungkook knowingly, but then looked back up at Rina "Yeah that's fine, as long you will be here when she comes. I have to go to work by then." Yoongi said then began cleaning up their dishes from breakfast.

Namjoon nodded. “He is. I let him borrow the car so he could go pick Rina up. You look beautiful by the way, I mean, you always do but I like when you pull your hair up.” He smiled, kissing her softly. “I’m going to go shower and then I want to talk to you okay?” He said, before grabbing his towel and heading to the bathroom.

“I will be.” Rina told Yoongi. “He’s okay with it. Do you remember the way to his place?” She asked she walked back to the bedroom again. She felt her phone vibrate, Tae was on his way to get her. She quickly texted him that she was at Yoongi’s.

Jungkook looked at Yoongi. “Should I feel bad for having a crush on Akira? I know I can’t date her, but I hope when she’s of age, she’ll still give me a chance.” He said softly.

Mina blushed slightly at his comment, but then frowned to herself when he went to the bathroom. He wouldn't think I'm beautiful if he ever found out I'm doing heroin. Mina thought to herself. Namjoon and Mina have done drugs together for a few years, but they only did weed, prescription drugs like percocet and oxycodone, and acid, and they made a promise to each other to never get involved with anything stronger. But now Mina needed something stronger to give her the high that lasted longer and heroin was the drug to fufill her needs. Mina sighed and then went to the kitchen and began cleaning the dishes from breakfast.

Yoongi looked at Jungkook, "No you shouldn't feel bad for having a crush on her. No one can control who they love. I'm sure she will give you a chance when she is of age, but until then, you will have to make sure you control your actions when you're around her. But that doesn't mean you can't talk to her or be her friend." Yoongi said, giving him advice like he would with the other younger ones.

Namjoon quickly showered and got dressed before going to find Mina. He heard her in the kitchen so he went and sat down as he watched her. “I was talking to Taehyung and he was asking why we weren’t a couple because we are so close to each other.” He explained, pulling out a cigarette and his lighter and the ashtray.

Jungkook smiled. “Thank you hyung. Is it okay if I use your shower?” He asked. Rina came back in a moment later, having changed her clothes. She kept a stash of clothes at Yoongi’s because she was usually there when she was avoiding her father. “Taehyung is on his way to get me for lunch. Akira won’t get out of school until after 3 so I’ll be back before then.” She told them, making sure she had her phone and the spare key to Yoongi’s. She gave each of them a kiss. “Bye unnie.” Jungkook waved.

Mina put the last dish away in the cabinet, before turning to face Namjoon. "We have a lot of history together, Namjoon. We have known each other since we were 8 years old, and went through hell and back together to get to where we are now." She said softly, before sitting in the chair in front of him. "We have a bond, a strong one at that."

Yoongi lifted his chin at Rina as his way of saying goodbye. He then looked at Jungkook, "knock yourself out. Towels and other shower stuff is in the closet, with some spare tooth brush as well." He said then got up. Yoongi went to his studio that he built in one of the rooms. He wanted to keep himself occupied.

Namjoon nodded. “Yeah I know...but what do you think about taking it a step further? Or would that be too weird?” He asked as he offered her a cigarette.

Rina smiled whenever she spotted Namjoon’s car pulling up, Taehyung was behind the wheel. She walked over and got in. “I’m surprised Nami let you borrow his car.” She said and then frowned when she saw his face. “Tae...” she said softly, reaching out to touch the cut and bruise on his cheek. “Your father?” She asked quietly, leaning over to give his cheek a kiss.

She took the cigarette he offered and lit it up. "You wouldn't want to date me Namjoon." Mina said, looking away. She loves Namjoon and has always wanted to be his number one girl, but now that she is hiding her new addiction from him, she wouldn't feel right about their relationship when she is not being fully honest with him. Mina believed that Namjoon deserves better, but she didn't want him to find better, because that meant she would no longer see him and that is something she didn't want to lose. "You've seen how my past relationships been." Mina said.

Taehyung winced slightly but nodded. "We got into a fight last night. But I don't want to talk about that fucker right now." He sighed before grabbing her hand and brought it to his lips, before driving off to the restaurant. "Everything's okay with you?" He asked Rina as he kept a hold of her hand while driving.

“And you’ve seen mine. We’re good for each other though.” Namjoon said as he took her hand. “But I won’t pressure you into anything, I never would.” He smiled and kissed her hand. “Speaking of, why don’t we walk to your favorite diner for lunch?” He smiled.

Rina nodded. “I stayed at Yoongi hyung’s. Akira is coming over today, so we have to be back before three because hyung has work, but Akira and I will probably go back home tonight...I hope my father will be somewhat sober at least.” She explained, running her fingers over Tae’s knuckles.

Mina smiled, before leaning to kiss him, "I know you would never pressure me Namjoon." She could never recall a time that he pressured her to do anything. Even when he introduced her to the drugs, he never made her participate with him, she made the choice on her own. "Namjoon, you do know that I love you right?" She asked him, holding his hands.

"No you can't go home, Rina. I don't care if you stay with any of us, but don't go home. You don't need to keep enduring abuse from him." Taehyung said briefly looking at her. "I don't want you or Akira to get hurt, especially if he's not sober." He pleaded.

“I know and I love you.” Namjoon smiled and stood up, pulling her up with him. He brought her into a hug. “I know things are tough with everyone right now, we’re all fighting our own demons, but if you ever need to talk about anything, no matter what it is, I’m here for you.” He whispered.

Rina looked at him. “I feel bad enough staying with Yoongi, adding Akira to it would just make it worse. But we won’t go home if he’s drunk...he’s not always drunk, sometimes he’s sober.” She said softly. “I wish I could just stand up to him like you do to your dad..” she said more to herself but she was sure Tae heard her.

Mina nodded, feeling even more guilty about hiding her addiction from him. But if she did tell him, she knew for sure that she would lose Namjoon. "I know and I appreciate you, Namjoon. You have done more for me than anyone in the world." Smiled genuinely, but then she winced when she felt shooting pain in her arm. She grabbed onto it tightly hoping the pain will go away soon.

"Regardless if he's sober or drunk, you father is a dangerous man and it should be in your best interest to stay away from him. I'm sure Yoongi wouldn't mind you staying, especially if it will keep you safe." Taehyung said, before pulling up to the restaurant. He shut off the car and looked at her. "I stand up to him because I'm tired of him hurting me. I'd do anything to keep him from abusing me and anyone else, even if it means me killing him." He said but whispered the last part, so that Rina wouldn't worry about him.

“Are you okay?” Namjoon asked, seeing the pain on her face and her grabbing her arm. He sat her back down, “Mina, look at me, what’s wrong?” He asked, concerned about his best friend.

“Can we not talk about them anymore please? I just want to enjoy our lunch..” Rina said as she looked at him. She got out of the car and waited for Taehyung before they walked into the restaurant together.

Mina's tried to regulate her breathing. The pain was coming from her arm that she has been injecting the heroin. She looked at Namjoon, who was now worried about her. "I'm fine, I'm fine." She said not wanting to expose herself to him.

Taehyung sighed, but nodded. He got out of the car and walked with her inside to get lunch. While they were waiting to order their food, he thought about what Mina and Namjoon said to him earlier. "Do you really look up to me?" He asked Rina, out of the blue.

Namjoon sat back and nodded. “Don’t scare me like that Mina noona...are you sure you’re okay?” He asked again. He tried to look at her arm but she pulled away from him. He figured something was up but wasn’t going to hound her.

“Mina told you huh?” Rina said and nodded. “Yes, Taehyung hyung.” She smiled. She usually never called him hyung because they were the same age, but Tae was older than her by two days, and she felt that now he needed to hear that. “I always have and always will. You’re so brave and that’s something I’m not.” She explained.
