"Actually I don't have anymore classes today." Natasha said as she watched him move closer to her. When he placed a hand on her shoulder, she couldn't help but blush, looking away from him for a moment before finally looking to him once more. "Well I should get going anyway.' She said as she got up.

Charlie nodded softly, 'oh okay," he said surprised. He stepped back, noticing her blush and look away. 'Yeah, head home Miss Anders, enjoy your day," he said softly. He moved to the door, holding it open for her. He hoped she didn't think he was rushing her out of the room, or anything.

Natasha nodded as she rose from the chair. She watched him as he opened the door. She wondered if she did something wrong, but didn't want to overthink things. "Thank you Sir..." She spoke softly. Grabbing the book that he gave her, she started walking towards the door. "I guess I'll...um...see you around." She spoke softly.

Charlie smiled softly at her, "of course, I look forward to see you in class," he said. He reached out and put his hand on her back lightly. "Seriously, come see me anytime," he said. He moved back to his chair, and sat back down. He blushed realizing that he'd been a little too familiar with her.

Natasha didn't say anything as she left, thinking about that conversation. She was really thrown for a small loop with his actions. As she thought about his hand on her back, she blushed deeply. She bite her bottom lip as she walked across campus to her dorm building.

Charlie sat down, and tried to forget about how weird his actions must have seemed. He sighed, picking up his book again, reading it. He finished up his day at work, and headed home to his place.

It was a long and restless night, as he worried that he'd freaked her out, and put her off him.

That night in her dorm room. Natasha had a very interesting night or thinking. She kept dreaming about Professor Martin." She opened her eyes, sitting up in her bed, and sighed softly. She then picked up her journal, writing down her thoughts. That what she felt was best when she couldn't sleep or when something was on her mind.

Professor Martin woke in the morning, after a very sporadic sleep. He went out for his usual morning run, his mind still on Natasha. He sighed as he finished his routine, then climbed into his car, deciding it was best to drive in today.

He only had one class to lecture today, in the afternoon. He made his way to the teachers lounge, deciding to read in there for awhile.

When Natasha woke the next morning, she couldn't stop thinking about that night's dreams. What caused her to have such dreams about her new Professor? Sure he was cute and very attractive, but two days into the new school year and she was already feeling she was crushing on him...

Getting up to get ready, the young girl looked at her agenda, seeing what she had today. She had two classes, one in the morning and then one later that day in the afternoon.

During her first class of the day, she was focused but not focused all at the same time. She took notes, but would have to occasionally look to her classmate and friend, asking for the last note they wrote down.

By lunch time, Natasha found herself walking along the Campus' Courtyard, almost looking for Professor Martin. "Girl, don't do that." She mumbled to herself. "He is your Professor. You are his Student. He's not even interested in you in that way, and never will be." She mentally scolded herself.

Professor Martin sat on the couch with his feet up reading quietly, he was struggling to focus. His mind kept picturing Natasha as the young woman in his novel. The idea on it's own wouldn't have been so bad, however the book was a romantic novella.

He began to feel slightly embarrassed and decided to head to his office. He made his way there, flipping the sign on the door to, "In, please knock." He made his way to his desk, setting the book down, figuring he'd try working on his article for awhile, maybe his mind would be free of inappropriate thoughts of his pupil.

Remembering back to when Professor Martin told her that she could come by anything, Natasha made the bold decision to do exactly that. She was kind of testing a theory on herself with it. She wanted to see how she acted around the young, dashing professor.

If she noticed that she was nervous around him, then that would conclude her self-theory test that she was crushing on her Professor. If she seemed calm, then she would take that as it was a one day, one time attraction to the man.

Making her way towards his office. When she got to his office, she read the sign. Taking a deep breathe in then out. Was she really about to do this?

Getting up the courage to move forward, Natasha knocked on the door, waiting for Charlie to answer.

Charlie had just opened up the file on his computer, and had pulled out several textbooks, to reference for his work. He looked up hearing the knock. He minimized the window, and put the books to one side. "Come on in," he said lightly.

He smiled seeing it was Natasha, "Hey Miss Ander's, how can I help you today?" he asked softly as he turned to fac her.

Natasha smiled brightly the moment she stepped into the office. From the moment that she saw Charlie sitting at his desk, Natasha could feel her heart instantly beginning to race.

"Hi Professor Martin, I don't mean to bother you." She said shyly. "I just have time on my hands and well I wanted to see if there was anything I can do for you...help you with anything that is." She blushed.

Charlie nodded and looked her over for a moment. He thought for a little while, 'Thank you so much," he said softly, "please take a seat," he said.

He continued to think of possible things she could help him with. "How do you feel about photocopying?" he asked softly. He had a few handouts he still needed to get copied.

Natasha smiled, taking a seat. She gave him a moment to figure out what he could have her do for him.

When he asked her about photocopying, Natasha just smiled."That's easy and I would love to do that for you." She smiled as she rose from her seat.

Charlie grinned and looked her over, "thanks," he said. He pulled out the originals from a folder, "here, can you do like a hundred copies of each?" he asked softly.

He turned back to his desk, opening one of the draws pulling out his copy card. He handed it to her gently, "there should be enough on this card," he said.

Natasha looked to him and smiled, nodding to him. “I can do that.” She whispered sweetly.

She took his copy card then walked to the copier. She made the 100 copies then walked back to his office.

“Here you go Professor Martín. 100 copies like you asked.” She smiled, placing them on his desk.

Charlie smiled and nodded, letting her leave to do the copying. He went back to his work, trying to keep his mind occupied.

He finished drafting the next paragraph while she was gone. He looked up hearing her come back, "ah, thank you Miss Anders," he said lightly. He looked over her again, "would you like to sit down and talk?" he asked.

"Professor Martin, please call me Natasha." She looked to him with a sweet smile. "Miss Anders is too formal." She laughed lightly, taking a sit in front of his desk.

"If you would like to sit and talk, then I am good to sit and talk." She smiled.

Charlie's smiled brightened when she said to call her Natasha. 'Well okay then Natasha," he said softly. He turned to look at her again, shifting his seat around.

"Well I'm happy to talk about anything, unless you had to be somewhere else," he said softly. He had enjoyed seeing her the last couple of days, it had been a nice distraction from his usual loneliness. Most to the time students didn't bother to get to know him, at all.
