Was she ready for this? Is this even something that she was able to back out of? Aelia was kidnapped for crying out loud, did she even have a chance? The King even told her that she had three choices to be able to stay here as he wanted, but, she didn't want to stay here. She wanted to go home, but she knew he wouldn't let her. He was a decent guy, but Aelia knew that there was no disrespecting his wishes. She didn't want to know a King's wrath personally.
Bright blue eyes kept glancing towards the side as Aelia felt Jame's eyes on her. The feeling of a man's attention was nice, but, again he kidnapped her. Lia could feel her heart beating frantically and the fact that the King was staring at her wasn't helping in the least bit. An, when she was to place her hand in his when he offered it, she could pretty much imagine that he could feel her nerves. She felt like she was going to pass out from nerves. Like she wasn't even herself anymore as she stood next to the man who was forcing this upon her.
Slowly, Aelia licked her lips and looked up towards James as the Priest asked if he'd take her. It took him a moment, an Aelia hoped that his answer was that this was a mistake and order her to be sent home. That didn't happen though, he said yes. Then, it was her turn. The Priest gave her the same speech that he must give everyone. "Yes." She spoke quietly, knowing that saying no, wasn't an option for her.

"Well," Elliot mumbled quietly and looked to the side as he tried to find the words that he should be saying in a situation like this. He was a womanizer and adored women, he was used to them falling over themselves just to get an ounce of his affection. So, this was new. Trying to rekindle a barely even formed friendship. "You just got here and I upset you." Was all that Elliot started with, not sure what else to really say, as that's what he's apologizing for anyways.
"My apologies Princess Charrie. I shouldn't have tried to pry, especially since it's none of my business and you're betrothed to my brother. his Majesty the King." Elliot took this time to offer her a small bow, revealing the other flower vases that were being held by a few of the servants behind himself. "Please, accept these flowers as a token of my apology." He said as he stood up straight, doing his best to present her that smile of his that made so many women weak in their knees.
Adjusting the flowers in his arms as he stood, Elliot held out the flowers once more towards the Princess. Silently asking for her to accept the small apology that the Prince was trying to convey to the young woman in front of him. Although he knew the decision was ultimately hers, he silently hoped that she'd accept them. He was getting bored holding the flowers in the hallway.
