Andy smiled softly as the girl came towards him, he knew he needed to be careful here- he didn't want to lead her on too much, or make her feeling uncomfortable. "Ellie, hey! I came to check out that french bulldog you mentioned?" He told her, lifting his sunglasses up off his face and putting them in his pocket.

Ella’s heart was pounding in her chest as she watched him, he was a beautiful man and she was just... infatuated. Damn. She smiled “oh yes, he’s right over here, his name is rocky and he loves people.” Ella led the way and showed Rocky to Andy. “Say hi Rocky.” She grinned. The pup barked in excitementZ

Andy grinned, following Ella toward the dogs pen, his smile only growing as he saw the beautiful grey bulldog bounding around. "He is adorable" he said with a little laugh, moving towards the pub and letting it jump around his feet as he petted him. "Had he had all his shots?" He asked her, looking her straight in the eye as he spoke.

Ella smiled watching the interaction between Andy and Rocky, Rocky seemed to really like Andy. She looked up staring st his bright blue eyes, she bit her lip and nodded. “Yeah, he’s all taken care of, he’s such a good boy aren’t you Rocky?” She got down and gave him a hug. “Aww he’s so sweet!” She laughed as the dog licked her face. “So what do you think?”

Andy laughed softly as he watched Rocky licking the girls face. He quickly took a picture on his phone before bending down to pet the dog again, really enjoying how energetic he was.

"I think he's amazing, where do I sign" he answered with a laugh, shaking the dogs ears in his hands as he played with him, continually looking up into Ella's beautiful eyes.

Ella didn’t realize Andy had taken a picture of her and Rocky she was enjoying playing with the dog. Standing up she grinned, “yay! Rocky you found a home buddy!” She kissed the pup’s head, “hopefully your owner will let me come see you..” she chuckled. Looking up at Andy, “I’m not .. you don’t have to I’m just being goofy..”

Awkward. Ella shook her head, “anyway,, yeah let’s go sign some papers!” She walked back to the office to grab everything he’d need.

Andy chuckled softly shaking his head, although he could feel his cheeks reddening at the thought of having Ella in his house. "Yes let's go get them signed, I can't wait to get this sucker home" he said with a laugh, assuring the dog he would be back shortly before following the beautiful girl out of the room to go sign the papers.

He couldn't help but stare at her ass as she walked away, good he needed to get a grip... Would it be so wrong? She was clearly flirting too.. right?

Ella bit her lip, was her flirting obvious? Did he like it? She couldn’t help it, the man basically looked like a god. She handed him a stack of papers and leaned forward, watching him write away, she bit her lip. Ella was thinking what it would like to kiss him. Would his beard tickle her face? She shook her head, she had to stop. Ella let out a soft sigh, “so besides taking Rocky home any other exciting plans?”

Ella wasn’t wearing anything to revealing just some jeans and a tank top, since it was warm out. She wondered if he was interested in her, probably not.

Andy glanced over at the girl, smiling softly as he shook his head. "No nothing big... I'll probably take the little guy out to the fog park this evening and then head home and watch a movie or something" he told her with a smile. Her lips looked gorgeous, he wanted to know how they would feel against his own.

He cleared his throat softly before he got carried away with his thoughts. "Do you guys feel dog beds and stuff too?" He asked her kindly.

Ella nodded, “that’s great, he’s so excited I’m so happy Rocky found a home, I’m sure he’ll bring you so much happiness.” Ella took the papers once he was done and typed stuff up. She pushed some of her hair behind her ear and looked up smiling.

“Oh yeah, we do, we don’t have a huge collection but you’re more than welcome to look around. Here I’ll show you.” Ella led the way to a room full of pet accessories. “Food, collars, whatever they need we have, well, mostly.” She leaned against the wall, wondering if he was single. Probably not he’s a gorgeous man.

Andy nodded and began looking around, picking up what he needed. "Great thanks.. do you have any plans tonight after work?" He asked her. He assumed she would be going out to some party with her friends, and probably her boyfriend. There was no way a girl like her could be in her senior year and not have plans on a Saturday night.

He too this time browsing the collars, wanting to spend as much time as possible with her without seeming creepty.

Ella watched as Andy shopped around she smiled watching him, he really loved dogs. “I don’t actually, I spend all my time studying I don’t have time to go out so much, but I mean, I could make an exception for dog loving man,” she smirked. Was she being too forward? She didn’t care. Ella stepped closer to Andy. He smelled good like Old Spice. “This one is nice,” she grabbed a collar and “accidentally” brushed her hand against his.

Ella couldn’t help but feel like they were having a moment, maybe a connection? Reading too much into this? Probably.

Andy paused and looked at her for a second, was that aimed at him, or just a passing comment. She seemed too quiet of a type to be this forward he was worried he really was building this up in his own head. "A sin for someone like you to be locked in on a Saturday night .. but I suppose if your aim is vet school" he said, a little impressed by her ambition, mature of her.

He paused for a second as their hands touched, turning towards her and nodding, his eyes locked on hers. "Yes it is a nice one actually" he said, moving to take it from her, leaving his hand linger around hers for a little.

Ella wondered if he noticed that comment, obviously directed at him, she wasn’t usually this forward. Something about him though, she just wanted to ask him out. She was much too shy for that, Ella let out a giggle a few moments later. “Yeah I get that a lot, I do get out sometimes though, yeah it’s my dream. I want to help animals, and you’d think I would be vegan because that’s what people assume but like.. I love eating chicken” she laughed shaking her head.

Ella’s breath was caught in her throat, this man made her nervous, she couldn’t even think properly. She cleared her throat, “right? It’s look good on Rocky.” She nodded. Ella’s hand lingered in Andy’s and she gave s light squeeze, causing her face to light up.

Andy laughed softly nodding, slowly letting go of her hand before it became weird, but he kept looking in to her beautiful eyes. "It would look great on Rocky" he affirmed and picked up another chew toy or two before bringing it up to the counter.

"Well hey.. maybe if your not too busy after your shift you could bring Jesse along to the dog park? Might be good for Rocky to get used to palyong with other dogs" Andy suggested sweetly not wanting to push anything on her. "We could grab. Coffee and just walk around?"

Ella nodded, feeling her heart beat a little faster. Ella couldn’t believe how infatuated she was with this man, she just met him a day ago. It was crazy. Something about him just made her heart want to jump out of chest she shook her head trying to clear her thoughts.

Ella looked up smiling wide, “you know what that would be a great idea,” she nodded. Was he asking her on a date? How could she say no? “Yeah, that sounds wonderful, I have s couple more hours so I could just meet you there?”

Andy nodded with a grin "perfect, you have my number so let me know when your done" he told her happily. He was so glad she had agreed and he could spend some time with her outside of this building- and it would still look perfectly innocent just two people in a dogpark- right?

"Will we go get Rocky out of this place?" He asked after paying, already heading towards the door excited to have his dog now.

Ella smiled brightly nodding, “okay,” She walked towards the desk finishing up the adoption process. She handles the money and gave Andy his change back, smiling. “You two have have a great time” she looked Rocky “I’ll see you around buddy!” She blew kisses at the dog. Ella watched them leave and turned around feeling her cheeks grow pink. This wasn’t a date: no how could it be? She shook her head and went back to work.

Hours had passed and her shift ended, she finished up and said her goodbyes to everyone before heading home to get Jesse. Ella made sure to message Andy I’m out, just getting Jesse ready, I’ll be at the park shortly. :)

Andy smiled at how she said goodbye to the dog, carefully leading his new pup out to the car and letting g him sit up front on the ground . He got him home and settled, filling up his water bowl and playing g a few games of tug o'war with the pup.

He smiled seeing her message and began to pack up whatever he needed and headed to the park to meet her.

Ella smiled as she placed the leash on Jesse,”you be nice okay? We’re making friends today” she smiled ruffling his fur. Ella pushes her hair out of her face as she made her way out the door with Jesse. She hummed as she walked next to him. Her stomach was doing flips, why was she so nervous? It’s not like it was a date... nope.

Explain the coffee thing? She was reading too much into this, she shook her head she arrived at the park. Ella bit her lip looking around, “I’m sure you’ll like Rocky, Jesse hey bud,” she smiled getting on her knees to kiss her dog. “Yeah we’re honna have fun.”
