Consequences

Andy smiled as he walked towards the gate of the dog park. He could see a girl bent over her dog standing there, and he could already tell from her beautiful body that it was Ella. "hey cutie" he called out with a laugh as he got closer. "I was talking to the dog" he teased lightly as he came to a stop.

Rocky was bouncing about on his lead, heading straight for Jesse's to have a sniff and make friends. "so there's a great coffee stall about a block over, will we go grab one before we walk?" He suggested

Ella was ruffling her pup’s head when she heard Andy call out and for a moment she thought her heart was going to swell up, when he called her a cutie. Turned out he was talking to her dog. She shook her head, “I mean, yeah, my dog is so much cuter than I am so.. do t blame you there.” She laughed.

She watched as the dogs sniffed each other before getting friendly, Ella smiled softly. Ella looked over at Andy and nodded, “sure that sounds good, lead the way.” She followed Andy and Rocky, “come on Jess,” she smiled at her dog who was wagging his tail in excitement.

Andy smiled down at Ella's adorable dog as they walked, continually checking to make sure rocky was doing okay and not tiring out. "What age is Jesse?" He asked Ella kindly, his eyes shifting to look in to her beautiful blue eyes.

Once they got to the coffee station he ordered himself a flat white and a bottle of water, before glancing g at Ella to get her order.

Ella walked along side Andy as she looked over at Jesse once in awhile she looked up at Andy and smiled. Her eyes bright, staring at, he was just so handsome.”he’s three years old, and very much thinks he still a puppy, which he is” she laughed.

Ella looked over the menu once they were at a coffee station, “I’ll just have vanilla cappuccino and some water..” she said while reaching for her bag.

Ezra called in her order before placing g his hand on her arms gently "don't worry I got this, you helped me find Rocky it's the least I can do" he told her with a wide smile before handing her the coffee and beginning to stroll back towards the park.

"So Ella, tell me a little bit more about yourself" he asked her as they walked, his eyes dancing over her slender body.

Ella looked at Andy and smiled softly “well, thank you” she spoke softly as they walked back to the park. Was this actually happening? This man was so charming and handsome, she bit her lip as they walked side by side.

She thought for s moment “Well, let me see, I love animals that much is established and that I want to be a vet. I love photography and painting, hmm what else can I tell you? What about you? What do you do?”

Andrew smiled as she spoke, this girl clearly didn't understand how amazing she was- she was completely underselling herself if she thought that that was all he would want to know about her.

"Well, I grew up in Pennsylvania, I moved to California for college and well now I'm here. I studied English Lit and had wanted to be an author... But you know I do prefer being fed over starving so now I'm a teacher- those who can't and whatnot" he said with a soft laugh before sipping his coffee.

Ella smiled and thought about what else she could about heralded she was kind of a humble person. “Oh really? Wow so what’s Penn state like? I always wanted to travel the states or you know just travel in general. I’m young in sure I’ll do it st some point in my life.”

“Oh an author? What kind horror? Action? Mystery? Maybe romance?” She asked with s slight wiggle of her eyebrows. She giggled at her own weirdness “oh yeah I get it, my parents had to sacrifice s lot before getting their dream jobs. I’m sure I’ll have to do it too.”

Ella took a good look in the mirror, the dress was perfect for a casual date. It took some convincing, Andrew wasn’t too sure about it at first but he seemed to like her. Sure, she was his student but she was basically done with high school. They found each other attractive and she couldn’t help herself, she had to ask him. As she finished applying her red lip stick and fixing her hair into loose waves, Ella was ready to go. They had planned to meet at a Greek restaurant, for dinner and then they’d go to the beach to just relax and have a conversation.

Ella knee this was going kind of slow, they hadn’t kissed, just on the cheek and that didn’t count. She finished up before texting him letting Andrew know she was on her way to the restaurant. She was a little nervous, this was an older and more mature man than she was used to dating. What would they talk about?

AndY cleared his throat as he saw her message incoming and gathered his wallet and keys in to his pocket before heading to the restaurant. It wasn't far from his apartment, and he knew it was unlikely anyone who knew them would find themselves in this part of the city. he had gotten quite a shock when he realised that Ella was in his class when he turned around from the blackboard one day but he still couldn't hide his attraction to her.

He had made sure to take things slow, letting her make the loves, or at least make it clear that she wanted him to make one. He did not want to lead her on too much h just in case she was simply attracted to the thrill of getting with a teacher. He gave his name at the door and took a seat waiting for her. He had to admit he was excited to be on a date with her.

Ella had taken an Uber so no one would recognize her car, she was excited about this. She had to be the one making all the moves and she was fine with it, hoping he’d react. Which he did very positively and she finally asked him out in a date, via note. It was very high school and she laughed st the thought, but she would find herself staring st him while he taught. Something about the man just made her heart leap.

As she got out of the Uber she paid them before walking into the restaurant she looked around until she found Andy. And walked over smiling. “Hey,” she hoped her outfit was okay, she took a sit in front of him. “You look great very handsome.”

Andy smiled as he saw Ella walk in the front door, and waved get to to get her attention. She looked gorgeous, yellow was definitely her colour. "hey you" he said happily, start ding up to greet her, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek. "Whatever about me, you look amazing Ella" he told her before sitting back down in his seat, unable to pull his eyes off of her.

"Have you eaten Greek before?" He asked, trying to distract his own mind from how much he wanted to see what was under that dress.

Ella smiled brightly as she noticed Andy her smile only grew when he greeted her with such enthusiasm. She planted a soft kiss on his cheek, “thanks, I’ve been wanting to wear this for awhile.” She sat down in front of him, she couldn’t keep her eyes off him. Andy was just so handsome she wanted to feel those muscles.

Ella nodded, “once, it was pretty good, what about you?” She wondered if he was thinking what she was.

Andy smiled "yeah I have,this place is so good I get take out from here all the time" he told her with a smile, opening out the menu and taking a look over it, his eyes continually glancing back up at her. "So how is work going at the shelter?" He asked her sweetly, closing his menu and focusing all of his attention on her.

Ella looked at Andy and smiled softly “it is good, I might go with a salad and some chicken.. oh, work is going really well, we just got some kittens that were found in a dumpster I about cried. How can people be so cruel.” She shook her head. “I’d ask how work is going for you but I see you every day” she giggled softly.

Andy took a sip of his water, nodding "that is pretty devestating, I don't know how anybody could do such a thing" he agreed, street hinghis hand out over the table to take hers. "let's not talk about school, okay?" He said politely, slightly afraid anybody would overhear and put 2 and 2 together.

Ella looked at Andy and simply nodded before looking down at her menu, “sorry,” she mumbled. She placed her loose strands of hair behind her ear, the waitress walked over to take their drink order “just water for me,” Ella told her.

Andy ran a hand through his hair softly. He hadn't meant to put her down.. he just didn't want to be reminded of all the reasons this shouldn't be happening. "Sorry.. I didn't mean to snap.. let s just not focus on that this evening and have a good time, okay?" He said gently and gave her hand a squeeze before motioning to the waitress that they we're ready to order.

He ordered his food along with a bottle of white wine.

Ella our the menu down and looked at him nodding her head before looking at the waitress who was waiting to take an order. Ella bit her lip, she couldn’t have a drink.. why did he order a bottle? She took a sip of her water, feeling a little awkward.

Ezra cleared his throat softly, raising an eyebrow at her "is everything okay El?" He asked her softly she seemed so on edge this evening. He noticed her eyes flitting to the wine glass before her and sighed softly. "I'm sorry I never thought... You don't have to drink it if you don't want to. They aren't going to ID you though,I promise" he told her with a soft laugh.
