Eleanor blinked sleepily, slowly remembering what had happened earlier and whose room she was in, blushing faintly as she heard Thomas snoring next to her. She didn't want to disturb him, even though she knew he tended to be a deep sleeper, so she settled back down into the mattress, rolling onto her side to look over at the tv out of boredom, hoping it would help her fall asleep again.

Thomas slept for a bit more before he rolled over onto Eleanor, surprising his body and he woke up. He immediately rolled off of her. “Sorry.” He grumbled and began to rub his eyes. He wanted to tell her to leave but quickly remembered they were trying to fix things.

Eleanor had started to drift off to sleep again when Thomas roller over onto her, startling her awake as she quickly moved to the edge of the bed to give him more room. "Sorry.." she apologized quickly, frowning a bit as she noticed he seemed irritated. "Sorry, I should have gotten up and left when I woke up, I-I didn't mean to upset you.. I'll leave so you can relax.. Sorry." She murmured, sliding out of bed before hurrying to the door.

Thomas frowned when Eleanor started to hurry off. “Nooo.” He whined, pouting. “Stay please.” He said and reaching out to grab her hand, gently tugging her hand towards him. Thomas gave her smile and yawned. “Cuddle and pizza?” He asked and laughed.

Eleanor tensed a bit as he grabbed her hand, looking at him nervously as he asked her to stay. "..A-Are you sure? If you're just saying it and you don't really want me here, I'd rather just go so as not to bother you anymore than I have.." she murmured softly, although she hesitantly took a seat at the edge of his bed.

“We’ve been napping, you haven’t bothered me a bit. Get back here.” He teased and pulled at her again, grinning. When Thomas got Eleanor in the bed her pulled her close to him, kissing her head. “I’ve been bother you. So if you want to go I’ll let you. But I’d like you to stay.” He explained and stretched out again, yawning and rubbing his eyes as he tried to get the tiredness out.

Eleanor was surprised when Thomas pulled her into his arms after she'd sat down again, blushing as he kissed the top of her head. This was more affection than she'd received in months, almost since the first few months of their relationship, and after so many months of misery it was hard to believe, especially when he said that he wanted her to stay. She hesitated for a moment, thinking it over before she laid back down again, tucking herself under the blankets once more as she rubbed tiredly at her eyes. "..What kind of pizza are you going to get?" He was always in charge of meals, and it had become an unspoken policy that whatever he made or ordered was what was available, and if she didn't like it or didn't want to eat it she'd have to fend for herself.

Thomas grinned when Eleanor came under the blanket with him, his eyes closed and he rested his head on her shoulder humming slightly. He was trying to be kind again, he knew he had to be good and kind. But he was enjoying the closeness. He would never admit it but he adored cuddling and physical touch and intimacy. “What kind do you want?” He asked as he opened up his eyes, looking down at her. He nuzzled his face into her neck and yawned again. “We can have it delivered because I’m still tired.” He said and chuckled.

Eleanor blushed as he rested his head against her shoulder, the blush only brightening when he nuzzled his face into her neck. She remembered being close like this and cuddling back when they first started dating, but after everything that had happened in the year plus since then it was strange and foreign and she couldn't help but feel awkward. "I'll eat whatever you want, since that's usually how we do things." She murmured, snuggling into his side a bit despite her nervousness, finding him to be a bit warm and comforting.

Thomas was smiling to himself. He too remembered what the beginning of their relationship was like. He had missed the feeling. He liked this. But he could still feel the tension between them. “I asked what you want, Elle.” He said and grinned over at her. “I’m a dick I know you don’t have to keep reminding me.” He said with a laugh. Thomas pulled up the delivery app on his phone. “What do you want? I’m gonna get a size of mozzarella sticks for us, you want a side?” He asked

"Pepperoni." Eleanor finally gave in, knowing it was the kind of pizza he usually ordered the most. She preferred white pizzas, but she didn't see the point in ordering a pizza he wasn't interested in eating, and she didn't hate pepperoni. "Just pizza is fine for me." She murmured, rolling onto her side so she could watch whatever was on TV.

Thomas raised an eyebrow at her choice and shook his head. He knew she didn’t love pepperoni. He was racking his brain trying to remember what she used to order. He ordered two pizzas. A pepperoni for himself and a garlic Alfredo white pizza for Eleanor. He wasn’t sure if she liked this kind but he knew she wasn’t a fan of red sauce. “Food will be here in 20.” He commented and laid on his back as he began to look through the channels for something to watch.

"Ok.." Eleanor murmured as he said the pizza would be there in 20 minutes, beginning to drift off back to sleep again. As she did she ended up rolling back over onto her stomach as she snuggled close, resting her head against his arm as she slept. She was startled awake when there was a knock at the door thou which announced the arrival of their pizza, looking rather panicked as she sat up and looked around the room to orient herself.

Thomas let Eleanor rest as they waited. When he heard the knock he slid out form under her. “You’re good you’re good. The pizza is here.” He said and made his way to the door. Thomas paid and tipped the driver in cash and well before taking the food up to the bedroom. He set his pizza on the side table next to him and handed to other box to her. “That one is for you.” He said and sat down, sitting upright so Thomas could hold the box in his lap while he ate. He poured the mozzarella sticks into the top half of his box. “Feel free to have some if you want. I won’t finish this all.”

"Huh? Oh.." Eleanor murmured sleepily, having forgotten for a moment that they had ordered pizza. She sat back against the headboard as she rubbed at her eyes sleepily, waiting for Thomas to return with their food. She wasn't super excited to eat pepperoni pizza, but she was quite hungry after not eating lunch, so she supposed it was better than nothing. She was surprised to see that he had two boxes, assuming he'd ordered breadsticks or something like that, but when he passed it to her and said it was hers she frowned a bit, her eyes widening in surprise as she opened it up and saw it was one of her favorite kinds of pizza. "You.. You remembered what kind of pizza I like?" She asked softly, looking up at him after a moment, clearly in shock. She'd mentioned it maybe once in passing when they'd first started dating, but after maybe one pizza date she'd just been getting whatever kind he ordered to the house. She shook her head a little when he offered her the mozzarella sticks, sitting back slightly as she began to eat. "No thank you, I'm all set for now."

Thomas nodded and began to eat. He looked to Eleanor when she was surprised, raising an eyebrow. “You look shocked. Like as if I just rose your grandmother from the dead shocked.” He commented with a laugh between bites of his own pizza. He shrugged his shoulders and took another bite before speaking. “I told you. I’m an asshole, but I remember things.” He said and tapped the side of his head. “One of those photographic memories but like for things people tell me.” He said and laughed finishing off his first slice. Thomas began on the second slice as he found a movie for the pair to watch. He glanced over at Eleanor as she ate, smiling to himself. He thought maybe things could work.

Eleanor nodded a bit at his explanation, sitting back quietly as she ate her pizza. "I guess I just... I've always thought that you only cared about the publicity and the money. That you never really cared about me.." she knew he'd said just as much in the past during their fights, but if he remembered something as obscure as this then maybe there was a chance he did care about her. Once she finished her slice of pizza she closed up the box and set it on the nightstand, figuring she could save the rest for later.

Thomas shrugged again as he ate, he wasn’t sure what to say. They had both said some mean and hurtful things to each other. He couldn’t tell her that he liked it, could he? He liked going back and forth. He wasn’t sure why. But it gave him adrenaline. He decided to stop thinking about it because they were trying to work things out at the moment. “I dunno. Maybe I’m just an asshole with a heart.”’he said and shrugged again as he looked over at Eleanor.

Eleanor knew that Thomas liked the fighting, liked to tease and poke fun and bully her for anything and everything. She'd figured it out a long time ago, and convinced herself that as long as he wasn't hitting her that she could handle it. But in the last six months things had gotten so much worse, and she knew she couldn't stay if he was going to keep saying such awful things. But she also knew she couldn't ask him to stop, so there wasn't really much she could do in the situation but wait and see if he'd stop on his own. "I should go back to my room for the night, give you some time alone.." she murmured after a while, shifting to slip out of bed and grab her pizza box. "I'll put this away.. Thank you for getting it."

Thomas frowned when she got up to leave. “No stay. We’re trying to fix this arent we?” He said. “I’ve gotta get up anyway I’ll take care of the food.” He offered. Thomas’ mind went back to wondering about why he enjoyed their fighting so much. It wasn’t so much him fighting with her, it her giving it back to him. He loved it. He craved someone going head to head with him. Maybe that’s why he was such a good actor. He always fought with the directors to get the movies to be perfect. Thomas finished his food, and got up to take the boxes to the kitchen and place them in the fridge.
