How do you end your stories?

    Sad?

    Happy?

    Cliffhanger-ish?

    Bittersweet?

    Do tell. Shifty

For my first story, it was a cliffhanger.

For my second story, it was a cliffhanger, but I didn't write the chapter. I gave the person the idea, and they wrote it for me since I suck at writing endings.

And for the sequel to my second story, it's gonna be a happy chapter. But I'm not writing it. I gave the person the idea, and they're gonna write it for me.

For my other story, I plan on having it a cliffhanger.

For my first story...it was...the world's weirdest ending, but I planned on the ending from the beginning. For those of a curious disposition, its called It Wasn't. The ending is chapter 16. It was up on GSB and a lot of people didn't "get" the ending. I thought it was a good ending, but I didn't pull it off right.

My second story and baby, Fallen, has...well I can't tell you the ending. But its sad and not sad at the same time.

I never write a happy ending to my stories.

In my first story, the main character killed himself in the end.
Second, the main character moved away from her first love after her family died in a car accident. And I think that was kind of a cliffhanger too, as well as sad.

Then in my other stories there were suicide again, moving again, two neutral/happy endings on my funny oneshots, a neutral ending/nothing special, lover leaving for college...

    That's about it, I think.

For my first story, it was happy and it was a nice close.

My second story ended very tragic yet there was closure in the end.

The story I'm writing right now... Shifty

    And my one-shots vary...

    Okay...

    Way brotherly fics...

First story - sad ending. What do you expect? It was based on the GOY vid. :tehe:

Second story - somewhat cliffhanger, somewhat in-between. It wasn't really resolved, but I left it like that.

Third story - cliffhanger and and sad ending. It made people wanna kill me. XD I might write a sequel though...

Fouth story - ending's not yet posted, but it will be happy.

    Co-written:

First story - If I get to write the end, it'll be somewhat happy but nostalgic.

Second story - ^^, sweet and happy, but not nauseatingly so.

Third story - ^^, sad and bittersweet.

    --

    My Frerards are happy/hyper.

My competition entry was... scary. :lmfao

    A fic for Jolly's challenge had a twist/surprise ending.

My random one-shot was happy in a teary, relieved way.

Depends; I like to change it up. Sometimes it is happy, sad, cliffhanger, or open-ending.

My first story was a happy ending, but that was because I felt bad since i tortured the mainc characters alot throughout the story.
Second and third stories I killed off the main characters in the end- but in different ways. One from assisted suicide and the other was murder.
Third story, was an open ending.

As for my other stories: Two are going to be sad endings and one is going to be happy.

I try to have twists or something. I like that. Although, because one of my stories was a conceptual 2 part and the other didn't go so well (as in, never actually finished). I only have a proper twist in one of them. But I'm still very happy with the ending to Venenum.

    I have to admit...
You have no idea how much I wanted to kill Ry or Gee at the end of Sick and Sain.

    I hate happy endings.
But I also hate angry mobs coming after me.

    Happy endings.
I've only written one story with a sad/cliff hanger.
The rest all end happy or they're just...there. Not really happy or sad.
I'm sort of planning on a sad one for MM.
    But I'm not sure.

I think the ending for my new story will be happy.
The ending for my other two stories will be sad for The Music Flows Through My Heart For You.
I fell in love with you will have a sad ending.

    I live for sad endings.

I forget how I ended my very first story. My first story posted on Mibba was happy, considering the story that it's a sequel to ended a bit sad.

    [2 - 6 are one-shots]
Second: It ended up being a cliff-hanger. I ended up writing more so it's not posted as a story.

Third: Sad, when I wrote it I even got sad because of the meaning.

Fourth: Depends on how you look at it. Could be happy, could be sad. I think it's a mixture of both.

Fifth: Bittersweet if you ask me. xD

Sixth: It ended twisted. It sure didn't end happily.

Seventh: Currently working on it, but it'll have both happy and sad in the ending.

Eight: Also currently working on it. Actually, re-writing it. It's the one that went before my first one. :tehe: So it's a tad bit sad.

Ninth: Working on this one, too. It's from my first one-shot. It's only on the first chapter so no one has any idea how it's going to end. I know for a fact though that I'm going to have it be victorious/happy. I just can't make this one sad because of the topic.

I'm working on a particularly sad/gruesome/twist ending for my non-fanfic.

I say the more depressing the better.

I've got a few that end with humor, but that's only if they're funny all the way through.

I hate cliffie endings, though. Especially when the story isn't going to be continued. It just kills me.

    It depends what genre.
My deathfics always end sad. -__-
But usually they are unexpected endings.
    I love twists.

My Frikey is happy, and so is my Geradam, kinda.
All my Waycest's are sad - naturally.
My Matt/Adam end's sweetly. My Potterslash end's rather angrily...
    It depends...

    Depends on the story.
I'd say normally it's either bittersweet or sweet.
But I've had suicide endings and whatnot.
    Depends on the story.
    One-shots and drabbles usually don't end well . . .
