But I can not see a baby coming her way. She is 18, and she is hunting down her Strigoi lover on the other side of the world, with no permanent residence. I don't think Richelle would throw a baby into that mix. It makes a complicated situation even worse.

But, something wacky might happen. We have book four, Blood Promise, coming very soon and two more books are assured after that.

That would be too much of a typical happy ending scenario in my eyes, and regardless why would Mason lie about it? Yeah, he liked her, but he was also her best friend and I don't think he would lie about it.

But on a happier note, it is July now! Meaning that, counting today, we have twenty five days till Richelle posts the first chapter online and two months until Blood Promise.

the whole series started off pretty slow .... but agreeing with everyone, IT SURE IS ADDICTIVE ~!!!
i got bout 6 other ppl addicted to the series and they all like it better than twilight (WooT!) but the downside is .... they all keep borrowing MY copies, so I havent been able to re-read them, SOB

Are they really good?

When I was shopping at a bookstore, my intent was to buy a particular series by Kristin Cast and P.C. Cast the House of Night books. However I was truly horrified when it wasn't in stock. Though, my mother picked up Vampire Academy and offered me to get it since she knew I was into reading Vampire Books. My first response was, "No." But after a few minutes I considered it, and actually purchased all three books. And I am absolutely glad I got the series. In my opinion Shadow Kiss was amazing and soon became my favorite. I must say, Twilight is fantastic also, but if I had to choose over Twilight and Vampire Academy, I'd say Vampire Academy without hesitation. I literally expressed my emotions while reading Shadow Kiss, I was technically bawling my eyes out. Dimitri Belikov and Rose Hathaway are unique and diverse characters. And I hate to admit it, but even I couldn't resist falling in love with a fictional character, Dimitri is simply a "god".

I am highly looking forward to Blood Promise. August 25, 2009 is officially my favorite day.
