The best two shows I have been to :

Green Day (August 9 2009) I won tickets. I felt like the luckiest girl on the planet. seeing Green Day was a dream I have had since I was 10 fucking years old and it happened. The whole thing was emotionally overwhelming. Seeing those three, in the flesh... The people that I have loved with all my heart for years... There, sharing with me their songs. No words for how wonderful it was.

The Strokes (March 17, 2011, SXSW)- so amazing. I was sooo close to them. Until I got pushed back by the 30, 000 people that were there. lol They played my favorite song (Whatever Happened) first, and there were fireworks at the end when they play last nite. It was free, and again i felt so lucky that they played for free in Austin, which is just six hours from where i live. Being there with all the people singing every word along with the band. I have also loved them for forever, so seeing them was Fan-fucking-tastic.

I have also been to these FUCKING amazing concerts. Again, this is probably redundant, but I live in a very small town, and so i feel so lucky that these bands have come to my town:

    All-American Rejects/ Action Action
    Aiden
The Used x2 and one time Atreyu was there
    Taking Back Sunday
    Mindless Self Indulgence
    Silverstein/ Dance Gavin Dance

And then, being a violin player -multiple orchestra concerts/operas that have blown my mind.

Big ass rant coming up, just a warning Naughty

Soooo, on Tuesday night I saw PTV, WCAR, BMTH, and ADTR (in order from who played first to who played last). This was my second/third time seeing all of these bands. Mr. Green Cute But anyways, I hung out with a buncha losers because my friends were too busy/aren't into this kind of music. The second I got there I bought a BMTH shirt and ADTR shorts Happy face I fucked up my knee during BMTH's set 'cause some fat chick fell over and knocked over about seven or eight people... including me... being at the bottom OMG NO! But some dude pulled me up a minute later after I was screaming in agonizing pain from having four people on top of me while I was on my knee. Think And then during ADTR's set (beginning) some bitch was pushing everyone into the mosh pit when we were in the seating area, so I punched her before I shoved her in. lmfao And then I fell again and hurt the side of the same damn knee Facepalm and it bled too... still had a good time though XD
At the end of their set they dropped balloons and shot confetti out at the crowd while playing The Downfall of Us All. OHOHOH and I flashed my tit on accident while crowd surfing... [/irrelevant].

Basically, April 5th, 2011 made my fucking year. Crazy First show in a long time, and definitely not going to be my last one this year.

Sorry about it being all a gigantic block. & these are just the more interesting deetz, not all of them xD

So I'm pretty excited....I've convinced my mom to come see Lynam with me again, if she feels up to it. We had SUCH a good time last time, and I've really been wanting to get her out to another show. She's such an amazing mom!

Also, since I have now seen Lynam 30 times (yeah, I'm a little obsessed), their singer/guitarist has taken to giving me a pick at basically every show. lol. It's so sweet. I must say....the one two weekends ago was the most meaningful.....he'd promised me a pick with the band name on it some time last year, but he never had them made so instead he brought me one from 2008 when Lynam played Motley Cruise. XD

    Shows I've been to:
Hellogoodbye (with support from Go:Audio and Sherwood)
Green Day (with support from Prima Donna)
Green Day (with support from Frank Turner and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts)
    Frank Turner

The first Green Day show was phenomenal. Purely because we had the most stunning view and well, Billie Joe was blond.
I'm now hoping to one day see Mumford & Sons.

So I didn't get to see Black Veil Brides last Wednesday (the 27th). That's when all the tornadoes came through north Alabama and I was in a storm shelter, hoping that everyone I care about would be okay....fun stuff. Not really sure when my next show is, unless we do decide to go see A7X and BFMV on May 6th.

Super excited about seeing Blessthefall in October. I wasn't sure whether to go last time they were touring, because it was pretty soon after they got their new vocalist, but I'm really looking forward to it.

    Cute

Sugarcult last month was good. Pretty chilled, actually, I don't think I've ever been to a show before when I've just walked in without planning to get in early, stood at the barrier, and got pushed like, once.

i know warped tour last year was pure amazing. so was the bigger lights, friday night boys, for the foxes, and even cute is what we aim for (though shaant is not my forte). panic! at the disco, foxy shazaam, and fun. were absolutely amazing a few weeks ago. i have never been to a better show in my entire life. i used to rate things from one to warped tour, no longer! i'm psyched to see the black cards, neon trees, and panic! again in september. i'm not sure about my upcoming shows though /:

I've seen WAY too many bands live to even recall. Like, literally any "mainstream" band you can name, I've seen. Shifty Mostly because every years I go to lots of festivals with 10-20 big names there.

My proudest feat however? I've seen A7X eight times. Weird Soon to be eleven! Crazy Pit tickets, against the barricade, every show. I've met M. Shadows twice, met Johnny once, met Arin Ilejay once. I also have ZV's guitar pick because he recognized me from so many shows, Syn's pick for the same reason, a setlist, and have had Zacky wave to me from the tourbus. Cute

My second proudest feat: I've only seen MCR once, but at that show I was waved at by Frank, nodded at by Mikey, and had a shout-out and a kiss blown to me from Gerard, because I drew them a picture and Gerard reached down and pulled it out of my hands. In Love I was against the barricade for that show as well.

I've been to two "for real" concerts:
Sparks the Rescue/The Scenic. Small crowd, bad people.
The Summer Set/We the Kings. Six Flags had the wrong time so me and my friend got to the concert hours late and caught the end songs of TSS and stayed a bit for We the Kings.

:/ My concert experience has sucked so far...

Best bands live that I've seen:
    Green Day
    Madina Lake
    Foxy Shazam

I swear, those three have some of the best energy I have ever seen on stage. They're pretty much some of the only bands I can ever say to have as good/better music just listening-wise than their mastered stuff.

    Tours/bands I've seen:
    Projekt Revolution 2oo7:
    Madina Lake
    Mindless Self Indulgence
    Julien-k
    Placebo
    HIM
    Taking Back Sunday
    My Chemical Romance
    Linkin Park

    Minutes to Midnight:
    Chiodos
    Coheed and Cambria
    Linkin Park

    21st Century Breakdown (loop one/2009):
    The Bravery
    Green Day

    Bamboozle Roadshow 2010:
    Good Charlotte
    LMFAO
    Boys Like Girls
    All Time Low

    21st Century Breakdown (loop two/2010):
    AFI
    Green Day

    A Thousand Suns:
    Does it Offend You, Yeah?
    Pendulum
    Linkin Park

    The Second Stage Turbine Blade:
    Coheed and Cambria

    Warped Tour 2011:
    DRUGS
    The Devil Wears Prada
    Madina Lake
    Foxy Shazam
    Hellogoodbye

I've seen a couple other random ones like Maroon 5 and whatnot, but that was just like, on a whim :P

The only concert I've ever been to was a Motley Crue and Poison concert on July 8th in Biloxi. New York Dolls were the opening act, but I missed them because we got stuck in traffic :(
It was totally kickass though. Motley Crue is my favorite band, so I was really glad it got to be my first concert.
