How Do You Like Your Nails?

I like mine unpainted, and short. I feel unhygienic if they aren't. I do a lot of science subjects and long painted nails during a heart dissection isn't appropriate in my opinion. I was the only one who would really get into the dissections. Pity really.

Well, my nails are currently shortish. They're a bit shorter than being right the the edge of my finger. I like longer nails, not too long though. Long in the sense of, right at the edge or a bit longer. When it comes to colour, I don't paint my nails too often. Maybe once in two weeks if I can be assed. The couple colours I've worn last are white, purple, yellow and black. I don't like fake nails, they bug me too much. I think nude nails can look beautiful sometimes.

My nails are short, but because my guitar teacher yells at me when I let them get super long. :roll:
Plus, I'm trying not to bite them.
I like just painting my nails myself.
I'm not a big manicure person.

I chew my nails. :file: Sometimes, I put clear polish on them so I won't chew them, but it doesn't really work (I really like the shine of it, though). :XD I like short nails, though - I'd assume long nails break a lot, they scratch, and they might get in the way of guitar-playing. :think: Besides, those massive, fake nails look kind of weird in everyday wear. :XD

I like my nails to be just a little bit longer than my fingers and preferably even.
Though I have a bad habit of picking at them.

Usually I like to have my nails short and painted except I let mine grow for a while and now I'm going to see how long they can grow before breaking.
They're pretty long and my friends think it's kinda gross but whatever.
I think they look kind of cool.
Someone thought they were long fake ones even though they're not even painted.

I've stopped biting my nails since I started wearing nail varnish in the summer and I now have over 20 different nail varnish colours (:

And the color I used most on my nails is white.

Short and colorful. Short enough to see the tip of my finger but long enough to actually be nails.
I like to stick with blue, red, and purple.
Either that or colorless.

I can only paint them coloured in the holidays, which kind of sucks, but I make the most of it.
When it's during a school term, I try and keep them even and put clear nail polish on them to help strengthen them. :mrgreen:

Mine are bitten to the point of bleeding.
And they are metalic purple.
I wish I didn't bite them, but oh well.
It's a bad habbit, and hard to break.

I have to keep mine short. Painful playing the guitar with them long. But I usually end up biting the nails off so they will be as short as I want them. I usually have them painted, but I have to bite my nails off so often that it is pointless.

Well i usually get mine done either in leopard or zebra print.
Although, lately i've just been getting normal french ones.
I hate painting my nails though, i find it so awkward.

Total opposite with me.
I have to have them painted :cheese: Which is bad, because I have to soak them in olive oil often so they wouldn't get too damaged.

I keep them short. Nails too long creep me out and I think they're highly unpractical.

I like short nails, long nails freak me out, because of all the things that can get under them. That and I have a habit of biting them when I'm nervous.
But like sunny scent, I have to have them painted, 'cause it's cute.
