I think it looks good, not intimidating at all. :)

I've always wanted to do that but I've been too chicken. It looks amazing.

Try not to blowdry, straighten, or curl it because that'll damage it and make you want to keep cutting it. Hair generally grows faster during the summertime, so you're in luck now

- Okay, so does anyone have any hair growing tips?
My hair is really layered, collar length, and thick and wavy. I'm wanting to grow out my little sideswept bangs and layers and get it all about the same length, maybe two layers with no bangs.
Any tips on how to grow hair (diet, certain foods, certain vitamins?) and how I should cut my hair next time around to get it to grow into a shape I want?
Alright. Thanks.

Also, a sub for PE last year told me that massaging your scalp when you're shampooing or conditioning your hair helps encourage growth. I started doing that and it actually helped.

so my hair's driving me crazy and I desperately need to get it cut but I have no idea what to do.... my hair's either gonna be redish brown (which is more likely) or dark brown and I need a nice guy's haircut but kinda long (though I'd prefer above shoulder length) since my mom doesn't want it too short.
Do you have anything specific in mind? Bangs? No bangs?
- die Bienen Knie:
There's a vitamin I take called Biotin I believe, and it works super well. Also, massage your scalp while shampooing. Wash your hair in cool/cold water. Don't sleep on it if it's wet. If you must use a blowdryer/curling iron/flat iron, use heat protector spray or leave in conditioner.

What I did was go to ULTA and get someone to match my skin tone with Bare Minerals, and give me an idea how to use it. Then, I went to a MAC counter in the mall, and asked someone to show me how to use eyeshadow, eyeliner, and such. But I only do it on the top lid.

- I think I might start wearing makeup. But like I have no clue where to start. What are like the basics of makeup? Eyeliner, mascara?
Hmm, well for me I sort of just started using it... No lessons or anything like that. You probably want to ease into it, maybe start with just a bit of eyeliner or lipstick/gloss/etc. Once you're comfortable with that and it becomes routine, then maybe try some mascara. If you're uncomfortable with your skin, then start with some concealer on the spots that you're not happy with. It works best for circles under the eyes and small marks, it's not designed for pimples, but sometimes it can work. If that still doesn't feel right, then try to find a foundation that matches your skin tone. There's so many different shades out there, it won't be difficult to find. If your skin is acting up with acne, then lay off the concealer and foundation because more often than not it just makes it worse (even though it may appear to look better). Stay away from eyeshadow, bronzer, blush etc until you're more comfortable with make up, and if you really want to try some eyeshadow then keep to neutral sorts of colours, no blues or greens or anything too bright.

I'd go for the ones that take longer to whiten, such as the whitestrips that you're supposed to put on for like, an hour every day for fourteen days. The ones that require the longer amount of time have the lowest concentration of active ingredient (usually hydrogen peroxide), so they're less likely to cause gum bleeding or tooth sensitivity. I'd stay clear of the one-hour and two-hour whiteners because they have the highest concentration of active ingredient, therefore are more likely to hurt your teeth.

- I've got to take my senior pictures sometime this summer, but I really want to whiten my teeth before. The only thing is, I'm worried that they'll become super sensitive because I've heard that can happen. Is there any brand or type that won't hurt my teeth?
Start out using lightish neutral eyeshadows and practice with contouring. Put a an color on your lid, a light one at your browbone and near your inner tear ducts, and put a slightly darker shade of brown on your crease. Or use the darker color on the outside half of the eyelid. Hope this is helpful. Experiment with different application techniques and you'll eventually find something that suits you really well.

I don't know if what I have going on is working for me. Year round I use classic ivory liquid base. On top of that in the fall/winter, I use Bare Minerals "Fairly Light" and Loreal "Soft Ivory" powder, and black or navy blue eyeliner on the top lid, topped with mascara (usually Mac or Clinique).
In the summer, I use "Fairly Medium" over the liquid base, and then "Medium" sort of as a blush. I use either Slate or Plum eyeliner, and top it with maybelline or Loreal mascara (it holds better for me in the summer).
I only do top lid, by the way.
I don't wear eyeshadow, but would like to. It just seems a little...hard to find anything that makes me look pretty :/
Help?
I started with mascara. That and foundation are the best to start off with without looking dramatically different. Eyeliner is good too, but if you have small eyes black eyeliner especially will make them look smaller (I say black because that's what pretty much everyone starts off with).

I'm a dental nurse, and I would say you best bet is to go to your dentist, they can provide you with the correct bleaching trays and whitening gel.
