Yeah I would take screenshots of the messages between you and both the accounts, and link them as well as the accounts to an admin and just tell them you feel like something fishy is going on, have them check it out. I mean they might not be spambots but it definitely sounds like someone there may be up to no good.

I have a quick question about adding books! When it asks for a description, are we supposed to make up our own or use a published description, such as what's on the back of the book?

I've had my story posted for over two weeks and it won't come up in Story Search. When I search my username and try to get to the story through my profile, it won't let me through. Getting friends to do it as well doesn't work either... Need help!

NC-17 stories require a Mibba account to read. When I do a story search on Mibba I can find your story (it's the only one under that title).

You have to remove the 's' from https: as that stuffs up the coding, for some reason.

So I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but i don't know where else to go.. So I made a story banner on photoshop but I don't know how to put it in my layout, if anyone knows how to help me I'd appreciate it!

You'll need to upload it to a photo hosting site (tinypic, photobucket, that sort of thing) first. You then need to go to the story layout maker. Depending on where you want it, you just have to get the URL for the picture off of the photo hosting site and pop it into the layout maker section you want it in (your best bets for a banner is the 'content' or 'title' sections of the layout maker) and voilà, you're good to go!

Hi, sorry if this was stated-asked somewhere already, but recently I've been having trouble with mibba in general and I don't really know why to do about it and am doubtful it's on my end.

It doesn't matter if I'm on my tablet or my phone or my computer, or if I'm on wifi or data. Mibba has been very slow to load, I am not receiving alerts, and my message box is telling me I have unread messages (3 to 5) when really I have anywhere from 0-2 from different users in the first page of my mailbox but I have 1-3 copies of whatever messages I already have with the same names and matching users but when I open them there are is no message inside and I can't delete them.

I don't know if you guys are doing some updates that would be causing a technical issue or if it somehow is on my end. Please let me know if there's anything I can do, I love mibba and would like to keep using it like I have but these techinal issues are a real pain.

What you've listed are all glitches that unfortunately cannot be fixed by anyone on staff but Dujo. Everyone that is active onsite has gotten the "dummy / empty" messages in their inbox and you just have to wait and try again to delete them. Same for loading time; it's not a browser issue, it's Mibba's server / host "freaking out" and being slow. Which is why sometimes it is able to load faster if, for example, there are less users online at certain times of the day (e.g. when it's twelve to three AM-ish where I live, most American Mibba users are sleeping and the site runs a bit faster since there is less traffic).

We all have been dealing with it, especially with the recent waves of spambots trying to post their spam in various areas of the site.

As I stated before, we just need to be patient and try to remain as such in the meantime.
