Mibba is slow for just about all of us recently, as there are likely many bugs in the code Dujo needs to tend (and won't because he is busy) and the site is in need of a cleanup. To clear messages go to the last page of your inbox, they are there. Delete them. For alerts, they disappear eventually, as soon as the server notices you have interacted with them!

Does anyone else see the http://ad.lkqd.net/ thing when they try viewing an alert?

Not from my end, no. Are you accessing it via the mobile site? The only time I find myself being redirected to anything when checking alerts or anything else is when I'm on my phone and I accidentally tap an ad / my phone wacks out and clicks on an ad instead of what I'm intending it to click on.

Hmm. Maybe it's the screen on your phone then? I know mines sometimes clicks random things, which is super-annoying (and I've got a pretty-much brand new phone).

Can anyone tell me what the multi-colored domino looking things in the corner of the box with your username, age, avatar, points, and location are? It's in the bottom right corner of the box, and I've been perplexed about this for a while.

Clicking on it takes me to your profile. So they are apparently links to profiles.

It's specifically if someone has a custom profile. If all the person has is a normal mibba profile then the symbol doesn't show up.

So, this might be a silly question...

But why is it that I'm seeing all of the user information that accompanies a post/comment (username, avatar, member group, age, location, etc.) on the right side of the comment all of a sudden? And more importantly, is there any way to change this?!

Apple totally upgraded my software when I got my computer fixed, so maybe this has to do with having the newest version of OS X and Safari?

Guys, I really hate this version of the layout. Like, to the extent that I will legitimately refuse to use Mibba if I have to see posts and comments all weird like this. PLEASE HELP ME.

It's always been like that on new Mibba.

The only time it appears elsewhere is when you're using the mobile site. If you were using the mobile version of the site and you want to go back to that, just hit the "mobile version" link at the bottom of the page.

...You mean, I've somehow been using the mobile site on my computer for years? Can one be that oblivious and still be allowed to drive? xD

huhhh. I really always thought it was either above (like on the mobile site) or on the left... though now I'm wondering where I got the left idea from, if this was the normal and the mobile is above.

EDIT: Wait! No no no, I'm not that oblivious! The mobile version doesn't let you see blog layouts and whatnot, and I've always been able to see those.

...Has it really always been post on the left, information and avatar on the right? I really, really thought I remembered it being different (either post on the right and avatar on the left... or avatar above, I don't know). And, I mean, if I do the full-site version on my phone (instead of the mobile version), then it still shows up as avatar and information above the post itself.

I don't know. Maybe I'm going crazy, haha. Or maybe it is my browser, because Netflix looks totally different to me now, too.

It could be how you're zoomed in on the site. Like is your browser zoomed in a lot? I noticed that when I zoomed in enough, the layout looks that way as well.
